Ninth House arrives on October 1st. It’s my story of power, privilege, dark magic, and murder set at Yale University. It’s also probably the most personal thing I’ve ever written and that makes the prospect of sharing it a little more terrifying.
I should mention that it is adult, not YA and will be published as such. It goes some very dark places and it is meant to disturb.

I really want to pre-order King of Scars
but I want the audiobook, and i can’t find a pre-order for the audiobook. I can’t find anything about the audiobook, no narrator, no planned release date.
@lbardugo Is there news on this front? Is there going to be an audiobook!? I’m freakin’ out man. Audiobooks are my life as I never have time to sit down with physical books anymore. Please tell me there is an audiobook in the works.
I need more Nikolai in my life
There will absolutely be an audiobook for King of Scars and Lauren Fortgang (voice of Inej in SoC, narrator of TLoT and the Shadow and Bone trilogy) is on deck to narrate. I know some people have asked about having a male narrator, but there are three main povs—Nikolai, Nina, Zoya. Also Lauren is just so good. I love the way she reads.
