Kaz backs Trump into the window. “What’s this about Healthcare? The physically and mentally disabled don’t deserve affordable care? Should we just die on the streets?” he pushes. Trump falls. Kaz grabs onto his wrist, holding him dangling many floors up. “What’s it gonna be, Mr. President?”
I like this AU. A lot.
I want to say something too… I grew up in a conservative house. My immediate family is still conservative. I completed this a couple months back but I’m just now getting around to posting it. This coat/vest/shirts/ties ensemble was built for @lbardugo, one of the kindest people I’ve been lucky enough to meet since moving to LA. Made to celebrate the release of her book “Crooked Kingdom” the fabric chosen for the coat has a dappled pattern suggesting the scales found on bird legs. The contrasting back and collar is an embossed silk that also reflects scales or overlapping feathers. (Seeing a theme here?) Couldn’t have been happier with the results. Thanks again Leigh for inspiring countless with your writing (and for patiently enduring the fitting process!).
I love that you’re calling me kind when you literally made me a dream ensemble because you’re just that generous. So grateful book magic made our paths cross, friend.
