I hate you.
I hate you for tearing my heart.
I hate you for making me cry for what feels like forever.
I hate you for cheating on me, because I really thought this book would lift me up (I assumed because of that goddamn title)

But really, I LOVE YOU for making me hate you
I love you for teaching me more about life.
For showing me how wrecked and beautiful this world could be.
Or how wrecked and beautiful people could be.
And for letting me know how “words” affect people.
Beautiful words. Or Awful ones.
How they couldn’t just be contain on post-stamps, because they could be written in hearts, beautiful or not.
And most of all, for making me understand how caring, noticing, and listening changes everything.

But most of all, I love you and I thank you for introducing me Theodore Finch/ Theo/

Theodore/ FINCH/ The freak Finch/ The american Finch/ The Badass Finch/ The Australian and British Finch/ etch.

UGH. I LOVE HIM And I still can’t believe it. My heart just won’t accept the fact that he went to that blue hole and disappeared completely. 

Why can’t love be enough tho? Why is it always too late? Why did everyone just ‘get used to him being that way’ not paying enough attention of how wrecked Theo was? 

This is just so unfair. Unfair for Violet. 

*Sigh* Yet I guess. That is just how is it. Always unfair.
There are more Finch out there. And it bothers me much that a lot still can’t still see it. The frailness of a wrecked man who could smile, and kid, and do everything that might hide the pain or the wretchedness. 

And I’m really hoping that despite the fact that there are a lot of ways to die or killing oneself, there is also A LOT OF WAYS TO LIVE. 

And for all of this, I had you to thank for letting us have a little glimpse of that. Just, please stop breaking us please haha, kidding.
