Was North Korea Behind The Profitable Sunrise Ponzi Scheme That Targeted Christians?
A note from the author: Since originally publishing this book in October of 2013, the wide variety of nefarious activities that North Korea has been involved with have become more than apparent. It appears that the regime, desperate to fulfill its military ambitions, will operate as a state sponsor of hacking, ransomware, and worse. In hindsight, I wish I had brought more attention to this element of my investigation when the book was first released. As a result, I am publishing the below excerpt and making the entire Kindle book available for free on Amazon for a limited time.
Excerpted From Exposing The Ponzi Masters (currently available for free on Amazon Kindle)
Another red flag (as if there were not already enough of them) was uncovered when I did some basic research on the corporate entity behind Profitable Sunrise, Inter Reef, Ltd. Oddly enough, Roman Novak, the supposed founder of the company, was not listed as an officer or director on any of the corporate documents I was able to locate at the website of Companies House (the English governmental agency that manages corporate registrations). A new name, however, appeared in the corporate documents: Agnes Jouaneau. Who in the world was Agnes Jouaneau, and how did she fit into all of this? I Googled the name and uncovered what was even more shocking information. It appears that Agnes Jouaneau (if that is even a real persons name) has been involved with forming so-called shell corporations for alleged nefarious activities for years. The address for Jouaneau was located in the Seychelles, a small island off the coast of Africa.
I tripped across this article from the New Zealand Herald from January of 2010. The story raises questions about Jouaneaus shell corporations and ties to money laundering for arms for North Korea and other terrorist activities. What in the world had I gotten myself into here? As if things could not get any stranger, in Auckland, New Zealand, the guy behind these shell corporations, Geoffrey Taylor (he apparently worked/works with Jouaneau), was evicted out of the virtual office space he was leasing from The Salvation Army.
You may be starting to see the murky picture here: A corporation formed in Seychelles with virtual offices in New Zealand, England, and other locations worldwide, as well as anonymous bank accounts that cannot be tracked back to the beneficial owner of the corporation - these folks have created such a tangled web that it becomes nearly impossible to follow the money trail. One can only imagine the criminal activities possible with such an arrangement.
Obamacare Premiums Not High Enough? Dont Worry; the Health Insurance Tax is Coming Next Year
Forgotten about this?
Obamacare, which is already in a death spiral, fights to stay alive each year with higher and higher premiums.
Well, come 2018, as things stand right now, in addition to however much premiums are due to increase simply on the basis of the failing mechanism, they will go higher still. This is thanks to the Obamacare health insurance tax thats always been lurking, but never (yet) implemented.
The health insurance tax has always been a component of the Affordable Care Act, but one that politicians have managed to keep at bay during the first years of the law.
The health insurance tax, or HIT, represents a direct tax on premiums, and would, as usual, be another government levy that hits small businesses and middle-class families squarely between the eyes. As if thats not enough, the tax will make life tougher for those seniors on Medicare Advantage plans, as well as those Americans dependent on Medicaid.
Numbers-crunching by The Heritage Foundation estimates that insurance premiums will rise another two to three percent next year simply on the basis of the tax. According to the Congressional Budget Office, HIT will cost taxpayers $12.3 billion in 2018, and over $145 billion during the next decade.
Grover Norquist, writing in April about the tax over at The Hill, shared the National Federation of Independent Businesss estimate that HIT may well cost as many as 286,000 new jobs, and as much as $33 billion in lost sales to small business, through 2023.

Illinois Passes Law Making Barack Obamas Birthday a State Holiday
Do you live in Illinois? All this talk of financial turmoil in your state got you down? Avoiding visits to the Windy City since it became a murder factory?
Well, it turns out the news isnt all bad in the Land of Lincoln. Now, you can celebrate Barack Obamas birthday.
And its all official-like, too.
As reported by a variety of media outlets, including Fox News, Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner last week signed a bill that makes the 44th President of the United States August 4 birthday a state commemorative holiday.
Pretty neat.
According to Senate Bill 55, that day will be observed throughout the State as a day set apart to honor the 44th President of the United States of America who began his career serving the People of Illinois in both the Illinois State Senate and the United States Senate, and dedicated his life to protecting the rights of Americans and building bridges across communities.
Unfortunately for state employees, however, the governor and legislature stopped short of making the official marking of Obamas birthday a full-blown paid holiday. It wasnt for lack of trying, however; there was an earlier version of the bill making the rounds that did call for the holiday to go all the way, but it seems Gov. Rauner wasnt having it.
I dont think it should be a formal holiday with paid, forced time off, but I think it should be a day of acknowledgment and celebration, said Rauner.
Still, though, the paid-holiday version of the bill was only barely defeated in the Illinois House, suggesting that as cash-poor as Illinois is, many there clearly believe celebrating Obamas birthday is a good reason to go even further in the red.
Your government at work.

Evangelist: Solar Eclipse May Signal Gods Judgment Is at Hand
Unless youve been living under a rock for some time, you know that a solar eclipse, known as the Great American Eclipse, is just a relative handful of days away.
August 21 is the date, and it will mark the first time since 1918 that a total solar eclipse has been visible throughout the nation. The eclipse will begin in Oregon and move across the country in a southeast direction, finishing in South Carolina.
There is no shortage of activity in advance of the obviously-rare occurrence, with countless communities throughout the U.S. making all kinds of plans for viewing parties and the like. Indeed, the coming eclipse is being greeted with great fanfare by much of the country.
But not by all of it.
According to The Christian Post, evangelist Anne Graham Lotz, daughter of the Reverend Billy Graham, is wondering out loud if what were about to see is, in fact, a sign that Gods judgment may be upon us. She engages in the speculation through an article at her blog titled Is Gods Judgment Coming on America?
The celebratory nature regarding the eclipse brings to my mind the Babylonian King Belshazzar who threw a drunken feast the night the Medes and Persians crept under the city gate, writes Lotz. Belshazzar wound up dead the next day, and the Babylonian empire was destroyed.
Jewish rabbis have historically viewed solar eclipses as warnings from God to Gentile nations, Lotz continues in her piece. Therefore, my perspective on the upcoming phenomenon is not celebratory. While no one can know for sure if judgment is coming on America, it does seem that God is signaling us about something.

Job Openings in U.S. Skyrocket as Demand for Workers Intensifies
The Department of Labor released employment data last week making it clear the economy is on the mend.
As a matter of fact, according to the numbers, job openings in the United States made a resounding jump from May to June. The Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS) revealed the number of open positions in the U.S. rose from 5.7 million in May to 6.2 million at the end of Junean eight percent increase in just a month.
Perhaps even more significantly is the number of those jobs that came to life in the private sector: 417,000, or a full 90 percent, versus only 44,000 from the government side.
Broken down by industry, the category of professional and business services saw the largest increase at 179,000 of the job openings reported. Next on the list is health care and social assistance, which accounted for 125,000 of the available slots, and rounding out the top three is construction, which picked up 62,000 jobs. As for where the new opportunities are, the Midwest and West regions of the country saw the greatest number of openings.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the nations economy created an additional 2.3 million jobs over the last 12 months (from the end of June). The steady growth of job openings is attributed by analysts to a flourishing economy, where shrinking unemployment ranks make it tougher to find qualified applicants for many positions.

Don't Ask God To Bless Your Plan, Ask Him For His Plan
Transgender Day Camp Offers Enrollment to Kids as Young as 4
But will there still be archery and horseback riding?
The Daily Caller, reporting on a piece over at the Associated Press, is telling the world about a transgender day camp that is getting along quite swimmingly since opening its doors three years ago.
Thats righta transgender day camp.
Rainbow Day Camp, which can be found in the San Francisco Bay Area, describes itself as being devoted to gender diverse youth who are gender creative, transgender, gender non-binary or exploring both gender expression and identity, and describes its vision, in part, as to be a place that provides a safe space for the exploration of gender identity and expression.
So, does that mean there is no archery or horseback riding?
Something else. It turns out there really isnt an age thats too young to begin exploring gender identity and expression at Rainbow Day Camp. The program admits campers as young as four years old.
A decade ago, this camp wouldnt have existed. Eventually, I do believe, it wont be so innovative, says Sandra Collins, camp founder. I didnt know you could be transgender at a very young age. But my daughter knew for sure at 2. Indeed, Collins credits her daughters perceptiveness with respect to her own gender identity as the reason for starting the camp.

Following Refusal of Service, NYPD Stops Running on Dunkin
The hate cops narrative in America remains in full effect, apparently.
A report surfaced last week of two plainclothes NYPD officers, with visible badges, who were denied service at a New York City Dunkin Donuts because they are police officers. The employee at issue allegedly said, simply, I dont serve cops.
In response, Michael Palladino, president of the Detectives Endowment Association, a police labor union, declared the employees treatment of the officers to be disgraceful, and said that it should not go unattended, at which point he called for NYPD detectives to boycott Dunkin until the company issues an apology.
Although Dunkin corporate has since made a statement saying the franchisee who owns and operates this restaurantcontacted one of the police officers involved to personally apologize for any negative experience he may have had in his store, thats not the level of apology Palladino is demanding from the company.
I know that Dunkin Donuts supports law enforcement, which is why I am disappointed that their official statements are weak and suggest denial, said Palladino.
According to the New York Post, the NYPD boycott of Dunkin has spread well beyond the Detective Bureau. Theres even a report of a patrol officer at Union Square refusing to provide directions to the nearest Dunkin Donuts, responding to the inquiry by saying, Im not allowed to do that.
Exacerbating the issue is an additional claim made by Dunkin corporate that the brouhaha was essentially the cops fault because they tried to order at a closed register. Police unions have referred to that explanation as an insult.

LOreal: Male Cosmetics Counters Could Be Here in Five Years
Men, have no fear putting on your best face each day will soon be easier than ever
In a recent interview with The Telegraph, LOreals Marketing Director for the United Kingdom, Vismay Sharma, believes the world can expect to see male cosmetics counters in department stores within the next five to seven years.
That should put the fear of God in the enemies of the West.
Sharma said that the acceptability of men wearing makeup is growing out of deference to what he called the selfie generation.
The selfie generation; clearly, something else that has been a big help to society.
In further explaining why he sees male makeup counters becoming standard, Sharma said, Today you have a very small proportion of men who want to use makeup products but that proportion is growing and it will continue to grow. I think its just awareness two things are happening, men know they can use makeup, and they know what it does when you use it.
The second thing is that the taboos are going, so between my generation and my sons generation the taboos are very different. Is the trend going to go towards bold colors or more subtle? I dont know. But what I do know is we are listening very carefully to consumers and what they want.
ASOS, a British online fashion and beauty store, just launched a line of makeup products for men from British cosmetics company MMUK. Speaking about the mainstreaming of male cosmetics products, MMUK co-founder Alex Dailey commented that men have been dabbling in mens concealer and foundation for many years now, but on the whole stealing their wifes, girlfriends or sisters.
Pretty sure a lot of guys out there are simply going to have to take your word for that, Alex.

Anthony Weiner Reportedly Shunned By Neighbors Who Blame Him for Clinton Loss
It is well known that Hillary Clinton has taken little to no personal responsibility for her loss in the 2016 presidential election. Clinton has pointed the finger at a variety of external influences she sees as the real reasons behind why she was defeated by Donald Trump last year; most prominent among those is alleged sexism, as well as the decision by then-FBI Director James Comey to take another look, just before the election, at her use of a private email server.
Well, if you ask some of her supporters throughout the New York City area if there are any other reasons for her loss, reasons that Clinton herself has failed to mention, theres apparently at least one.
Anthony Weiner.
According to a report by the New York Post, Weiner is presently being shunned by his neighbors who blame him for Clintons election defeat.
You may remember that the decision to reopen the Clinton server inquiry came after the FBI learned, during the course of their investigation of Weiners alleged sexting of an underage girl, that the former Democratic congressman had classified emails on his computer. It turned out that these emails had been forwarded to Weiner by none other than Clinton herself, as well as by Clinton advisor Huma Abedinwho also happens to be Weiners wife (although she filed for divorce in May). Hence, the renewed investigation.
Now, the Clinton-worshipping neighbors of Weiner have concluded that he is also to blame for the fact shes not currently the nations chief executive. Speaking to the Post, one anonymous source said, Nobody speaks to him. He is truly ostracized. People wont even get on the elevator with him.
The Post details that Weiner is scheduled for sentencing in September related to a guilty plea on a single count of transferring obscene material to a minor. Prosecutors expect to ask for a prison sentence of between 21 and 27 months.
