Comey Book Likely To Hurt Him More Than Anyone Else

An update on the $12.5 million dollar robocall settlement, the death of radio legend Art Bell, an airline that might not be as safe as you think, and how to defeat airline dynamic pricing algorithms to be sure you are getting the lowest price.

Robocall Settlement Update

In August of last year, ChristianMoney.com reported on a $12.5 million dollar government settlement reached with several of the major cruise lines for so called robocalls. It turns out that approximately two million people filed claims to be a part of the settlement. As a result, the court is requiring further information from claimants proving their connection to the phone numbers they are claiming. In the event that you did not receive it, here is the entire e mail with instructions - Click Here.

Robocall Settlement Update

This may actually be good news for those that can be proactive and file proof of their phone numbers by the May 1 deadline. The likelihood is that this will substantially reduce the pool of claims, increasing the payment to each each claimant.

How Americans Are Living Like Kings For $1,500 A Month Overseas

Dan Prescher, Editor Of International Living, joins Jim to discuss how Americans are living overseas for $1,500 per month and less. Locations like Panama, Ecuador, Costa Rica, and Mexico are seeing an influx of Americans. With access to low cost healthcare, inexpensive housing and food, Americans are living on less than half of what it costs them to live in the United States.

Vacation For Free With Top 10 House Sitting Sites

Many regular readers know that I have been writing and talking a lot lately about how to find travel deals. After just returning from Europe, I guess I have the 'travel bug' and am more excited than ever about planning future trips. I have been doing a lot of research trying to decide on our next trip, and along the way I have been seeing frequent mentions of house sitting as a strategy to get free accommodations. So, I decided to dig a little deeper into the idea...

To my surprise, house sitting has really become a big deal - who knew? Although watching pets is many times part of the deal, that is not always the case. Some arrangements are simply that a homeowner wants someone to occupy their home while they are away, water plants, get the mail, etc... Either way, the demand for house sitters is growing, and the potential destinations are worldwide (if you love dogs or cats, you will have more opportunities and get to make some new furry friends).

After perusing so many of the popular house sitting sites this week, it is interesting to note that some of the assignments can be more than just a few days or a week. If you have a location flexible job or business, or are a teacher and have the summers off, this opens up some really incredible opportunities.

Major House Sitting Websites:

TrustedHousesitters ($96 year)
Nomador ($89 year , but you can browse available gigs before joining)
House Carers ($50 year)
Luxury Housesitting ($25 year)
Mindy My House ($20 year)
House Sit Match ($68 year)
Rover.com (free to join, pet sitting/house sitting)
House Sit World ($40 year)
Luxury House Sitting ($25 year)

For those that want to become home sitting experts, consider taking this online course, Become A House Sitting Pro.

While home sitting may not be for everyone, I think it is an excellent opportunity for those with an adventurous spirit that love to travel (and love to save money). Although it is fun to discuss exotic locations (like Europe and Australia) home sitting can be done right here in the good old U.S.A. as well. Truly a win-win for the homeowner and vacationer alike.

Case Files Of The Golden State Killer

Hes the most prolific, enigmatic, and dangerous offender the State of California has ever known... yet he remains unidentified and unpunished to this day. With over one hundred burglaries, fifty rapes, and possibly a dozen murders, the East Area Rapist / Golden State Killer / "Original Night Stalker" was truly one of historys most vile and heinous criminals. He seemed to appear out of nowhere in the mid-1970s near Sacramento, California, where he began a series of rapes and murders that left police baffled and communities on-edge. He couldnt be tracked, he couldnt be found, and he couldnt be stopped. Over a ten-year period, towns like Modesto, Davis, Concord, San Ramon, San Jose, Danville, Fremont, Walnut Creek, Goleta, Ventura, Dana Point, Irvine, and the neighborhoods of Sacramento were all violated by this monster. He left behind thousands of clues spread throughout over a dozen jurisdictions but still somehow outmaneuvered efforts to capture him at every turn.

This book culls together information from every source possible to present a comprehensive rundown of each and every attack. Evidence is explained, myths are debunked, and viable leads are presented. Other cases which might be related like the Visalia Ransacker, the Ripon Court shooting, the Maggiore murders, and the Eva Davidson Taylor murder are explored. Never before has such a detailed and thorough chronological volume been published about this case. Going over the nuances and evidence with such granularity is a worthwhile exercise. This case is solvable, and the offender is probably still alive. The clues to his identity are in here. Because, as they say The Devil is in the details.

Who Is Behind March For Our Lives?

On this episode, Jim discusses who is actually behind the latest anti-gun movement, who is funding it, and documents that prove that it is not just a group of kids from Parkland, Florida. What was really the point of the Stormy Daniels interview? Does this mean that the Russian collusion narrative is dead?

High Speed Browser Pays You To Surf The Web

There is a new browser in town called BraveIt was created by one of the individuals behind the popular Firefox browser. Brave offers a high speed browsing experience through ad blocking and increased security. What's more, Brave pays users in cryptocurrency just for using their browser. The idea behind the payment system is to provide a so called micro-payment solution for online content creators. The cryptocurrency is called BAT, which stands for Basic Attention Token. The value of one BAT token is presently 18 cents. The more you use Brave, the more tokens you will accumulate in your online wallet. Download Brave Here

Update-brave-browser-featured3

Four Reasons To Make The Move To The Brave Browser

1. Increased Speed - Brave is two to eight times faster than Chrome.

2. Save Money - Brave loads more quickly and will save you money by consuming less data on your mobile device. The savings will vary but Brave says you can save $20 or more per month (based on your mobile data plan).

3. Enhanced Security and Privacy - Brave blocks ads and tracking cookies.

4. Earn BAT Cryptocurrency - earn Basic Attention Tokens that you can use to pay for premium content online or donate to your favorite websites (including ChristianMoney.com).

What is Brave Payments?
From the Brave Website - Brave Payments is a system that allows you to anonymously donate to content producers that you like. All you need to do is create a BAT wallet and add an amount. Then, when you visit websites, Brave Payments automatically distributes microdonations based on the time you devote. You can customize your list of favorite websites. You can even pin specific sites to receive a certain amount every month. Its like becoming a patron. With regard to your privacy in Brave Payments, we do not know which BAT wallet is associated with the lists of sites that you choose to support. In other words you, the user, have access to your browsing report but Brave (the company) does not have that information.

Final Thoughts

I just installed Brave on my desktop and laptop computers and it is the fastest browser I have ever used. It is really remarkable how many unnecessary and intrusive files are loaded with each page of a website (Brave blocks all of this, which is why it is so fast). I am also very excited about the new BAT cryptocurrency and how it provides a means for online content creators to get paid. I am especially enthusiastic about the benefit of an additional income stream for Christian bloggers and website developers. The more people using Brave, the more BAT tokens that will be available to be 'donated' to content creators. I think Brave is a game-changer on many levels. Please use the comments section below to share your experience after installing Brave on your own computer and mobile device.

Download and begin using Brave for free, Click Here.
