Fox���s Judge Jeanine Called It: No Indictment, Saying Charges Would Require Obama to be Witness

 We know now, with certainty, that Hillary Clinton will not be indicted in connection with what has become known simply as the ���email scandal.��� Cable news programs began strongly suggesting this outcome over the weekend, and James Comey, the head honcho at the FBI, made it official on Monday: No charges for her mishandling of classified information.

While many talking heads had been suggesting for some time that such would be the resolution of the ���investigation,��� Fox News Channel���s Judge Jeanine Pirro flatly predicted the outcome last Friday during an appearance on the network���s ���Fox & Friends��� television show, declaring that an immoveable impediment to proceeding with prosecution is the role that President Barack Obama would have been required to play.

According to the judge, a Clinton indictment would have necessitated that a sitting president serve as a witness on behalf of a criminal case, and that would have engendered a ���constitutional crisis,��� according to Pirro.

Said Judge Jeanine during her visit to ���Fox & Friends: ���The reason she will not be indicted is because her first witness as a defendant in a criminal case is the President of the United States. Because Hillary Clinton emailed President Barack Obama. He knew that she had a private email server ��� that Clinton email dot com. So he is complicit and they will not allow a constitutional crisis where the President of the United States knew about the risking of security of the United States.���

Girl Gone Wild: Hillary Also Burned Daily Schedules, According to Aide Huma Abedin

In recommending against any charges being brought against Hillary Clinton in connection with her mishandling of classified information, FBI director James Comey said the following: ���Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.���

Do you suppose he was including Mrs. Clinton���s burning of her daily schedules, documents that qualify as public records?

Huma Abedin, the former Deputy Chief of Staff at the State Dept. under Clinton and the person generally believed to be the presumptive Democratic Party nominee���s closest aide, admitted during a deposition last week that Clinton destroyed some number of her daily schedules while she was Secretary of State.

Abedin was being deposed in connection with the lawsuits filed by Judicial Watch over the alleged mishandling of emails by Clinton, and revealed the following in response to a question from a Judicial Watch attorney: ���If there was a schedule that was created that was her Secretary of State daily schedule, and a copy of that was then put in the burn bag, that���.���.���. that certainly happened on���.���.���.on more than one occasion.���

The significance of Abedin���s response lies in the fact that while Clinton has admitted to destroying what she has termed ���private personal emails,��� there has been no admission by Clinton or anyone close to her���up to this point���that she destroyed public records.

Bill Clinton Reportedly Manipulated Flight to Pin Down AG Lynch in Meeting

Mainstream news sources are now reporting that Hillary Clinton will not be charged in connection with the email scandal that has dogged her (but not really) for over a year now. Just as that information should be unsurprising to any of us, neither should it come as a shock the lengths to which Bill Clinton apparently went last Monday to arrange a private meeting with Attorney General Loretta Lynch at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix to discuss���well, you will just have to guess at what was discussed. Anyone with a brain and a shred of objectivity, however, surely believes that besides the weather, grandkids, and other such benign topics of conversation, the former president and the nation���s top law enforcement official engaged in some back-and-forth on the matter of Hillary���s email troubles.

It is Lynch���s office that is, of course, responsible for investigating Mrs. Clinton and bringing any charges against her in connection with that inquiry.

Bill Clinton, who was preparing to depart Phoenix at the same time Lynch was arriving to the city on official business, took it upon himself to wait for the AG as soon as he learned that she would soon be landing at Sky Harbor. Once her plane touched down, Clinton walked over to it, stepped right into it, and proceeded to spend the next 25 or so minutes visiting with Lynch.

A member of the security detail that was on site to protect both Clinton and Lynch spoke anonymously about Bill���s actions to the New York Observer, saying that the plan was for Clinton���s plane to be gone before Lynch���s arrived in order to avoid a logjam of limousines and security personnel, as well as an exacerbation of security concerns, more generally. However, according to the source, when Clinton did not leave on schedule, it was clear what was afoot. The source describes the scene:

���Nobody knew this was coming. We just knew to be aware there were other events going on. There was no planned meeting. It was just chance contact. The fact is, he just started walking over. I don���t think it was pre-arranged. He just started walking over and [even her security] can���t tell him, ���you can���t do that.��� He walked in her plane for at least 20 to 25 minutes and the FBI is standing face to face with the Secret Service and just chatting on the hot tarmac like, ���what the hell.������

���I don���t agree with her politics and all that, but I knew from the beginning that she got caught off guard and her staff was already talking about it that it���s going to be a political problem for her. Her staff was flipping out. We didn���t think about the political part until we saw her staff flipping out. For the security guys, it was more of a ���I���ve got armed guys coming into my perimeter��� problem. But the staff guys saw right away that it was a political problem. After Clinton got off, they were like, ���that wasn���t good.��� And I know from others who were in the actual car with her that her people knew immediately the political ramifications of it and were very upset.���

It is in the days that followed this meeting that news began to break that Hillary would be unlikely to face any charges relating to the investigation of her use of a private email server for official communications; Chuck Todd of NBC said so definitively on Saturday, and CNN followed suit soon thereafter.

Elite Manhattan K-8 School Allegedly Indoctrinates White Students into Self-Loathing

Reportedly, at the Bank Street School for Children, an elite Manhattan K-8 school that describes itself as ���a leader in progressive education,��� the teaching of reading, writing, and arithmetic is secondary to what the school sees as its pressing responsibility to indoctrinate white students with the belief that they are inherently racist and beneficiaries of so-called ���white privilege.���

According to a New York Post article by Paul Sperry entitled, ���Elite K-8 school teaches white students they���re born racist,��� the school adheres to a ���Racial Justice and Advocacy��� curriculum in which even the youngest white students are required to consider matters of racism, and must do so within the context that as white people they are guilty of, or, at least responsible for, social injustices that exist at the hands of the aforementioned white privilege.

One parent who requested anonymity reportedly told the Post that, ���Ever since Ferguson, the school has been increasing anti-white propaganda in its curriculum.��� Another parent said that, ���One hundred percent of the curriculum is what whites have done to other races. They offer nothing that would balance the story.���

Exacerbating the problem, according to parents, is that minority students are segregated into ���race-based affinity groups��� that provide for race-specific support of those students in all ways, and that even include treats for the students in those groups not available to the white students.

High-Profile Black Mass by Oklahoma City Satanic Church Scheduled for August 15

The Satanists are back at it.

For a while now, they���ve apparently felt a little ���crowded out,��� and have been responding with media-centered, high-profile ceremonies and unveilings to demonstrate their adherence to the Devil, in one form or another.

Well, here is another one, and, if you���re interested in attending, you might want to get your tickets fast (yes, they���re selling tickets).

Did you know there are Satanists in Oklahoma, of all places? Well, there are, and a group of them, led by the ���Church of Ahriman��� are going to be conducting a black Mass���again, a ticketed event���at the Civic Center Music Hall in Oklahoma City on August 15. The black Mass���s featured ceremony is going to be something called ���The Consumption of Mary,��� where sulphur and menstrual blood, along with burnt pages of the Quran, will be used to ���corrupt��� a statue of the Virgin Mary.

The leader of the Church of Ahriman, Adam Daniels, (who goes by the title ���Dastur���), has been known for a while for his offensive public displays, and it appears that he and Archbishop Paul Coakley of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Oklahoma City have had an adversarial back-and-forth for some time; among other protestations, Coakley issued a media statement wherein he referred to the Church of Ahriman���s 2014 black Mass as ���a satanic inversion and distortion of the most sacred beliefs not only of Catholics, but of all Christians.���According to Daniels, and as reported by Ben Luschen of the Oklahoma Gazette, the actual Consumption of Mary celebration involves the placement of the ���corrupted��� state of Mary in the center of something called a ���Solomonic triangle,��� where other ceremony participants dance around the statue before a ���spirit��� cuts of the head of statue and creating an ���opening to hell.���

A real pig���s heart has already been placed inside the statue before the ceremony begins, because it is at this time, following the decapitation, that a ���priestess��� removes the heart and eats it, which represents the actual ���consumption��� of Mary.

While it���s hard to say if Christians will take any sort of active stance at the ceremony, Daniels might want to be careful about a possible backlash from radical Muslims. In addition to the likelihood that Muslims will be none too pleased with the burning of pages from the Quran, Mary is actually a figure subject to great reverence in Islam; she is mentioned more frequently in the Quran than in the New Testament (she is the only female mentioned by name in the Quran), and is unquestionably portrayed as a great and righteous figure in the holy book of Islam.

Polling Giant Rasmussen���s Latest Weekly Survey Shows Big Swing to Trump���s Favor

If you tend to rely on the mainstream media for your news about the upcoming general election battle between presumptive nominees Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, you���d surely think that a good thrashing is in store for ���The Donald��� come November.

Not so fast.

Esteemed polling firm Rasmussen Reports, an outfit that has been hailed by such politically disparate media organs as Slate Magazine and The Wall Street Journal for its accuracy, released the results of this week���s White House Watch survey of ���Likely U.S. Voters,��� and they reveal that Donald Trump has taken the lead over Hillary Clinton by a margin of 43% to 39%. This is following weeks of Trump trailing Clinton in these surveys, and his current, positive margin is the highest level of support he���s enjoyed in these Rasmussen polls since last October.

What is striking to many is that just last week, Trump was behind Clinton by a full five points, garnering just 39% to Hillary���s 44%. However, it is believed that his latest bit of momentum is attributable to a combination of recent events and developments that have served, both directly and indirectly, to cast Clinton in a poor light, including the damning findings of the Select Committee on Benghazi as well as the June 12 Orlando terror attack, about which she remains steadfast in her refusal to identify ���radical Islam��� as having been a principal motivation for killer Omar Mateen.

George Soros Sounds the Alarm on Brexit

I���m no fan of George Soros��� hyper-progressive globalist politics, but, for those who aren���t terribly familiar with him, he���s an investor first, and has made almost inconceivable sums as a brilliant, intuitive hedge fund manager. As a matter of fact, his Soros Fund Management, LLC is considered to be one of the best performing hedge funds of all time.

Soros was not a fan of the Brexit decision, and that likely has more to do with his aforementioned globalist-centered bias than anything else, because he reportedly made more bucket loads of money after markets of all kinds tanked following the vote (Soros is a notorious bear, anyway).

Despite the fact that many markets have seen a sort of Brexit rebound in recent days, Soros told the European Parliament on Thursday that the U.K.���s decision to leave the EU ���unleashed a crisis in the financial markets, comparable in severity only to 2007/8. This has been unfolding in slow motion, but Brexit will accelerate it. It is likely to reinforce the deflationary trends that were already prevalent.���

Soros continued, ���The banking system of continental Europe has not recovered from the earlier crisis; it will now be severely tested.���

The fact is that, Brexit aside (if we can do that for the moment), the global economy, overall, has been very soft since the 2008 collapse, and fundamental economic recoveries, rooted in the underlying drivers of such things as low unemployment and significant sums for capital investment, are still a long way away in many of the world���s developed and developing nations.

Celebrities Sign Open Letter to Congress Demanding Further Restrictions on Your Gun Rights

 Billboard, easily the most recognizable name in the music publishing industry, has put together something they are calling an ���Open Letter to Congress��� on the matter of gun control, and, to no one���s surprise, the publication was able to claim nearly 200 signatures of musicians, various other celebrities, and industry executives in support of the letter. The mass murder at Orlando���s Pulse nightclub on June 12 by self-proclaimed ISIS loyalist Omar Mateen appears to be the principal catalyst for the Billboard effort, although Billboard���s website also mentions the murder of singer Christina Grimmie the night before���also at an Orlando club���as a reason for its decision to write the letter.

There are a great number of instantly-recognizable names affixed to the communication, names like Barbra Streisand, Billy Joel, Ellen DeGeneres, and Paul McCartney, and the cover of this week���s edition of Billboard magazine is configured to feature the letter in its entirety.

What follows is the body of the missive:

As leading artists and executives in the music industry, we are adding our voices to the chorus of Americans demanding change.
Music always has been celebrated communally, on dancefloors and at concert halls. But this life-affirming ritual, like so many other daily experiences���going to school or church or work���now is threatened, because of gun violence in this country.
The one thing that connects the recent tragedies in Orlando is that it is far too easy for dangerous people to get their hands on guns.

As for the mandate to stop ���suspected terrorists��� from buying guns, many have suggested that if people on ���no-fly��� lists and other similar kinds of blacklists are really a threat, they should simply be arrested, deported, or otherwise dealt with in such a way that does not risk infringing on the constitutional rights of law-abiding U.S. citizens.

Also not lost on critics of Billboard���s campaign is the fact that each of the letter���s celebrity signatories is privileged to live in a personal world that largely insulates him or her from the sort of threats of random street violence that plague those of us who make up the ���Great Unwashed.���
No word if Billboard is planning to pen another ���open letter to Congress��� that demands the leadership of the U.S. do more to protect its citizens from the threat posed by radical Islam.

Judge at Naturalization Ceremony Uses Occasion to Push Liberal Agenda to America���s Newest Citizens

In what obviously struck some as a rather bizarre moment during a naturalization ceremony that turned out to be the largest in Austin, Texas history, the Guest of Honor, Travis County Judge Sarah Eckhardt, used the traditionally solemn event as a platform to proselytize on behalf of fringe Democratic values.

Although Eckhardt was not the judge officially presiding over this week���s ceremony, her role as Guest of Honor afforded her the opportunity to address the 1,200-plus brand-new U.S. citizens, and, when she did so, proved not the least bit shy about encouraging them to embrace some of the most extreme positions of the Democratic Party, saying, in part, ���I encourage everyone to register to vote and hopefully, not for that guy who is against immigrants.���

According to Breitbart Texas, one attendee at the ceremony, Kyle Hood, there to support his wife who was taking her oath as a new citizen, was particularly offended by the things Judge Eckhardt had to say, noting, ���I have a problem with her using her title and position to make what I thought was particularly political comments to a captive audience.��� Hood, a resident of San Antonio, told Breitbart that the judge spoke for less than five minutes, but, in that time, slammed presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, gun rights, and the death penalty.

���The Daily Show��� Gets Pounded Over Crass Tweet Celebrating SCOTUS Abortion Ruling

The culture wars are certainly alive and well in these United States, but, every once in a while, something happens that makes you think there���s reason for at least a little hope in what unfortunately appears to many conservatives and other traditionalists to be an otherwise hopeless situation.

On Tuesday, after the Supreme Court���s Monday ruling that overturned the Texas HB2 law requiring a minimum standard of care at abortion clinics, as well as that doctors who perform the procedures have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of their clinics, plenty of liberal media outlets were in a particularly celebratory mood. Among them was Comedy Central���s decidedly left-leaning satirical news program The Daily Show, which launched the following euphoric message from its official Twitter account: ���Celebrate the #SCOTUS ruling! Go knock someone up in Texas!���

Unfortunately for the social media manager over at The Daily Show, the tweet went over like a lead balloon with a large number of people, including plenty who publicly claimed to be pro-choice. Sample Twitter responses to that effect included:

@zacharybright: ���I'm pro choice, but this is in poor taste.���

@bond_alexander: ���This is offensive and completely misses the point. Delete the tweet and fire whoever wrote it.���

@bamaredsoxchick: ���Just wow. Abortion is not a laughing matter. BTW I'm pro choice.���

For her part, Alyssa Rosenberg of The Washington Post actually used the tweet as the basis for an article on Wednesday explaining why it���s time for The Daily Show to go the way of the wind.

The Daily Show posted a follow-up tweet, once it became clear the ensuing backlash was hardly a minor one, saying, ���Friends, we���re certainly not promoting abortions. Just excited about #SCOTUS reaffirming right to choose.���

Too late for them, the damage had been done���but it was not altogether uninspiring to see that some on the ���other side��� of the abortion debate are not as bereft of decency as those behind The Daily Show clearly are.
