Sam isn’t fangirl material.
He’s black. He’s upbeat. He’s got issues but he’s dealing with them in his own way, on his own terms, without the emotional “poor liddle me” woobieness that fans love to emote all over the guys with tragic pasts.
i fucking love Sam Wilson. i was already like “YES PLEASE BE IN EVERY MARVEL FILM” the first time I saw this. like, Bucky is sad and woobie but good lord I wanna take care of Sam Wilson, too.
Sam Wilson is EVERYTHING. I want a Falcon movie more than another Batman film.

That is very kind of you, and yes, Batgirl has a trans character that I love a lot named Alysia, who is finally getting some decent panel time (Darn those crossover events!).
