Very proud of this book. I think it’s unlike anything Vertigo has ever done, certainly it’s unlike anything I’VE ever done.

It’s got some nightmares in it.

So, it’s been a sucky couple of weeks. Lots of difficulties getting home from England, got overcommitted and got sick after NYCC, and worst of all, our house was broken into and trashed on our last night away. It’s taken several days just to clean up most of the mess and catalog the stuff they took…they primarily went for electronics, and my computer stuff, some musical instruments, and they made the biggest mess in my office, so I only now am able to get to my desk and work with some replacement computer pieces.

It is very depressing. But things are just things, they can be replaced.

Still.

Crap.

Gail, don't forget that if Wonder Woman met you, she would call you 'sister' okay? You are totally Wonder Woman's sister! :)
