Hi, Gail! Just a quick question regarding your coming to Brazil for International Comics Festival next month - Is it okay to bring multiple books for you to sign? Not like a ton or anything, but I can't decide, between BoP, WOnder Woman or Red Sonja, which
Hi, James!
First, absolutely, bring as many books as you like, I will be delighted to sign them all, no worries. And yes, of course we can take a photograph. :)
I don’t charge for any of that, by the way, in case you were wondering. Looking forward to meeting you!

Clean Room #4 - Cover by Jenny Frison
I think that anon just meant that we all want to see you do the definitive Cheetah GN, something that elevates her to Joker status with a book that showcases what she is really about (without the messy triggering stuff).
Ah, I see…okay!
Well, I’m not the biggest fan of Killing Joke (it’s gorgeous but I think it’s one of Moore’s lesser works, brilliant as he is), so I might have misunderstood.
I like the Cheetah, not sure I have a definitive story for her. I wonder if Greg Rucka does?

I will confess to being dubious of Strix on this team...

I will confess to being dubious of Strix on this team at first, but she not only grew on me, but my affection for her now rivals that of what I feel for any of the “classic” Six.
Secret Six #7, Words by Gail Simone, Art by Dale Eaglesham
Strix is pretty much my everything right now. :)
Odd question: are there any people who would be too freaked out to read clean room? Is it horror? Or terribly scary?
It’s psychological horror, I genuinely would not recommend it for someone who has an aversion to that genre (no judgments, there are genres I avoid as well).

I know you said you won't write a wondy solo comic but what about a cheetah graphic novel like a "the killing joke" for her?
That doesn’t really sound very appealing for a number of reasons.
I like Cheetah though, she does show up in this arc of Secret Six!
Where was Jeannette?? I was so hoping she'd be in the issue.
NEXT issue, I promise!
