... one day in a life of a novelist ...

Every day after I have accompanied my youngest daughter in school I go for a more or less one kilometer jogging. When I arrive home, one of my most treasured reflective moments is to play two or three of my favorite pieces in piano and think how I would go about my editing, revising and how my hero and heroine and other characters on my current book project manuscript. Also writing brief thoughts of wisdom or some valuable quotes are easy to share in twitter and Facebook graced by some random snapshots during my jog or walk of the day in the neighborhood.

Whatever your commitment in life and your career, find time to balance your daily activities with serene reflections during the day.

Making the most of every situation we met comes with blessings and grace of wisdom depending on our unique coping mechanism.

Have a wonderful day!

best regards,
Angelica

Time Brings Roses

How do we embrace forgiveness?

The road to real forgiveness sometimes require time, the right moment and humble disposition in anyone’s heart. It can be as delicate as rose petals as it emerged from its supporting thorns before it bloomed to its unique beauty.

True forgiveness to anything or anyone or any circumstances is simply like that, it can be a beautiful sight like the delicate rose in full bloom yet deep in its heart has conquered the defensive and offensive thorns of pain as the beautiful impact of shared forgiveness is peace and harmony.

Time bring roses as the Yiddish proverb says.
I’d say: Time, humble heart of acceptance, inner peace, full understanding bring true forgiveness.

“Forgiveness is often times elusive but it can be one’s humble, peaceful and harmonious choice.”

Melt It, The Unique Way

You have the power to melt any relationship damages and miscommunication through humble acceptance, proper dialogue and sincere forgiveness.

One’s resentment and hatred rising from offensive circumstances or very disappointing situations involving human relationship can melt like a sweet ice cream when one faces the reality, accepts the situation, do something about to improve the circumstance and forgive any form of misgivings.

It is not easy to forgive especially if the offenses done to us are repetitive, however, we are also given a chance and choice to either suffer in anger or resolve matters in a peaceful and harmonious manner.

Seeking purity of one’s heart who embraces meek acceptance by first forgiving one’s self before we can forgive others is a step towards the path of forgiveness.

Forgiveness melts anything in its most unique, touching way.

An honest dialogue which involves true deep listening and honest opening topped with respect give way to effective communication to patch up any misunderstanding.
