Foreign Land and Foreigner, You and Anxieties

Tíðin rennur sum streymur í á
Time runs like a river current.
~ Faroese proverb

Do you have major anxieties or worries right now? Take care of them because you'll never know how and what tomorrow may bring.

Time and tide wait for no man but we can choose to travel on any huge anxiety by:
facing it,
exploring it,
analyzing it,
making the best out of it,
solving it,
evaluating everything you've done to ease it.

Sometimes it requires agility to change direction and produce your own patterns not to end in the path of being drag down by it by being light hearted, which means combining readiness, joy, calm, courage, strength and optimism.

When it comes to challenges, anxieties and problems, you may feel like being in another planet or in a foreign land, however, it is only you who is the stranger not the situation.

So if you think of it as a ratio:

Foreign Land : New Situation

Foreigner : You and Anxieties

If you wish to transform those anxieties to something useful or eliminate it completely, remember this formula:

Flexibility + patience + confidence + optimistic coping mechanism = anxiety elimination

If the Vikings conquered, raided, explored, traded, settled in foreign lands you can also conquer any forms of anxiety unsettling your heart and mind.
