LOGAN Director Explains How He Froze Time with Professor X

There’s a lot to love about this week’s release of Logan on DVD and Blu-ray. First and foremost, we get to re-live every gritty second of the best film in the X-Men universe. But we also get to consume all the awesome behind the scenes tidbits! A recent post on io9 shed some light on how the film’s best action sequence featuring Professor X freezing time from his hotel room.

The link in that tweet will lead you to io9’s page where they share a clip of Logan director, James Mangold, explaining the iconic “frozen in time” scenes from the film and particularly the one where Logan brutally takes out multiple attackers while they can’t move. The film depicts Charles Xavier suffering from a degenerative brain disorder that causes his powers to go way out of whack when not kept in check with medication. Logan has taken up the task to keep Charles away from everyone for years since it’s alluded to that one of his first bad spells of this telepathic glitch caused the death of every single one of the X-Men (sans the ever-regenerating Logan).

http://nerdist.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/LoganShakeGif002.gif

Mangold explains that when Charles has a seizure it results in everyone around him stopping in their tracks much like we’ve seen in previous films. Except that with Xavier’s powers degrading, this also causes people to stop breathing altogether. A horrible thought to think about in terms of what we see in the movie but even worse to think about how everyone back at the X-mansion wasn’t so lucky.

http://nerdist.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/LoganShakeGif001.gif

The frozen effect and Logan struggling to move through it was accomplished with some digital trickery and a whole lot of movement on the camera’s part. Filmmakers literally vibrated the camera itself to effectively mess up the shots and then fed that footage through image stabilization removing most of the movement. What’s left is a blurred effect that seems to perfectly encompass being incapacitated by Xavier’s powers. Frankly, we hope this effect isn’t some trade secret now because we can’t wait to see if there’s BTS footage of the rig they used.

What’s your favorite part of Logan? How about your favorite VFX in recent years? Let’s discuss in the comments below!

Let’s Dissect Those Images of STAR WARS’ New Casino City, Canto Bight

The Star Wars universe that we know and love is comprised of so many different, intricate elements–lost, lonely characters seeking their true destiny; the eternal struggle of good versus evil; a seemingly endless array of daddy issues; fandom-dividing love triangles, just to name a few–but one of the most fun, lighthearted staples of the series is a mysterious, dangerous locale filled to the brim with all manner of aliens, scoundrels, and potential enemies. In A New Hope, it’s the original wretched hive of scum and villainy, the Mos Eisley Cantina, where Luke Skywalker and Han Solo first meet. In Return of the Jedi, it’s Jabba’s palace, replete with unsavory types like Salacious Crumb and the sweet sounds of the Max Rebo Band. In The Force Awakens, it’s Maz Kanata’s castle on Takodana, where First Order spies and family secrets are hidden ‘round every corner. Now, according to The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson, we have a new seedy underbelly to explore, one that’s a bit more glamorous than we’re used to seeing: Canto Bight.

tumblr_inline_o8v0e9LWda1s70gj2_500

According to Vanity Fair’s epic The Last Jedi preview, which hints at a number of tantalizing new details, Canto Bight is a new, Monte Carlo-inspired casino city for “the rich assholes” of the galaxy. If the portraits taken by renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz are any indication, these colorful new characters are unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. Though we’ve caught glimpses of royalty and big city life in the Star Wars universe before (most notably Naboo and Coruscant in the prequel films, Rebels, and new Legends books), most of the films’ focus on the edges of the galaxy ravaged by war and slavery (Tatooine and Jakku) or the military (the Empire and the New Order).

With the New Republic’s capital, Bosnian Prime, destroyed by Starkiller Base in The Force Awakens, Canto Bight is a place where the upper class have “carve[d] a life for themselves where they can live apart from the galactic struggle,” according to Lucasfilm Story Group’s creative executive Pablo Hidalgo. “They found a way to live above it or beyond it. There’s a class of wealthy that have helped build all sorts of loopholes in society that will always ensure that they’ll survive or even thrive no matter what else is happening out there.”

Benicio Del Toro and Laura Dern’s @StarWars: #TheLastJedi characters revealed https://t.co/e5FJ79sVYG

— VANITY FAIR (@VanityFair) May 24, 2017

As is often the case with Star Wars, there may be more to this new city than meets the eye. In his interview with Vanity Fair, Rian Johnson also shared that Canto Bight is inspired by James Bond films and Hitchcock’s classic thriller, To Catch a Thief. Though Laura Dern’s character, Admiral Amilyn Holdo, is photographed on her own (with endlessly cool lavender hair to boot), doesn’t she look like she’d fit right in with the casino city’s dapper new aliens and party guests? All we know about the Admiral so far is that she’s a high-ranking human officer in the Resistance. It stands to reason that, since she clearly fits in with the upper echelon of Casino Bight, the new Admiral might end up infiltrating the casino. And if we take Johnson’s film references to heart, she could very well be The Last Jedi’s answer to a cat burglar, charming her way to some item or artifact crucial to Resistance efforts.

Either way, we are dying to meet all of these upper-crust characters… Especially this guy:

But what do you think? Are you excited to see a Monte Carlo-inspired city in The Last Jedi? Do you think Laure Dern is the Brigitte Auber of the Star Wars universe? Let us know in the comments below, and don’t miss all the behind-the-scenes photos from Vanity Fair’s illuminating cover story.

8Bitdo Now Has a Bunch of Classic-Style Nintendo Switch Controllers

The Nintendo Switch, which was released back in March, is still a relatively young console, so there aren’t a ton of third-party controller options available just yet. That said, 8Bitdo has been making Nintendo-inspired controllers for a while that provide an excellent gaming experience on your laptop or tablet and other devices running Android, Windows, macOS, or Steam. The good news is that now, the company has released a firmware update for its controllers that means they’re now all compatible with the Switch (via Engadget).

Reddit users have confirmed that there are a few support issues (which honestly isn’t that surprising given this is the first Switch-compatible firmware update), but it generally works pretty well and isn’t difficult to set up. “Played [Mario Kart 8 Deluxe] online and solo, and played Puyo Puyo Tetris,” one poster wrote. “Syncs easy enough, the console recognizes it as a pro controller symbol on the bottom left on the home screen.”

8Bitdo offers a variety of Bluetooth controllers that take on the appearance of classic controllers from the NES, SNES, N64, and others, and they’re generally well-regarded for the quality and gameplay experience that they offer. Depending on the model you go for, an 8Bitdo controller can be yours for anywhere from $15 to $50. The higher end of that range is admittedly pricy for a third-party accessory, but it’s also a far cry from the $70 Pro Controller and an $80 pair of Joy-Cons.

Will you be snagging one of these controllers, or are you gonna stick to a first-party option? Let us know what you think in the comments below!

Talking GAME OF THRONES and SPIDER-MAN Trailers and THE LAST JEDI News

We all have our favorites across pop culture’s spread of enchanted locale. Some prefer Westeros. Others like Bespin. More still delight in good ol’ New York City. And how ’bout enchanted powers? Among us are those who wish we could employ Jedi mind tricks, those who’d love to warg, and some yet who just want to spray mucusy fibers from our wrists. No matter which of these categories you fall into, you’ll find something that piques your interest in today’s Nerdist News Talks Back. The latest installment of our show–led today by host Jessica Chobot, Nerdist Managing Editor Alicia Lutes, and Nerdist Senior Editor Dan Casey–carries out the heavy order of tackling three of the biggest pop culture entities running today: Game of ThronesStar Wars, and Spider-Man.

via GIPHY

First up, the new trailer for the forthcoming seventh season of Game of Thrones. As this is our first look at the string of episodes yet to come, we’re all bound to have some pretty expansive thoughts and excited feelings. For one thing, if this trailer does indicate anything, it’s that war is on the horizon. Shout out what you think is in store for our return to Westeros!

Next, we trade in direwolves for tauntauns–Vanity Fair released an expansive The Last Jedi cover story that revealed plenty of interesting info, not to mention a few choice pics, from behind the scenes of the latest Star Wars chapter. Jess, Alicia, and Dan dig into these new first looks at Laura Dern and Benicio del Toro, casino planet Canto Bight, and some other interesting tidbits.

via GIPHY

And finally, we turn to the latest trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming. Our main takeaway: Lots of tech! Oh, and the first appearance of your friend and ours, Donald Glover. Granted we still don’t know who he’s playing, but we’re pretty pumped over the notion of seeing him in a Spider-Man movie at all.

Any thoughts on Game of Thrones season seven, The Last Jedi, or Spider-Man: Homecoming? Let us know!

Watch Hugh Jackman Narrate a Real Live Mario Kart Race

Imagine you’re in Tokyo on business and you come across a gang of go-kart drivers dressed as characters from the popular Nintendo game Mario Kart. That would be the greatest thing that’s ever happened to you in your life, right? Now imagine that you are also Hugh Jackman, star of such films as X-Men: Days of Future Past, Wolverine, and Logan, and that, even with your impressive personal history, it’s still the greatest thing that’s ever happened to you. Imagine how much joy you would feel in that moment.

Such is the magic that Jackman brought to Twitter today, when he shot a quick video of a Mario Kart race while on the Japan leg of his Logan tour. His glee is truly infectious, and I’m going to have a very hard time not repeating “Bowser” to myself in an Australian accent over and over again for the rest of the day.

We’re here waiting for the green light and ohhhhh ….. #mariokart #supermariobros pic.twitter.com/zyI2eHv9rp

— Hugh Jackman (@RealHughJackman) May 24, 2017

The best part is that what Jackman stumbled upon wasn’t a flash mob or a weird miracle occurrence. It’s something that happens regularly in Tokyo thanks to MariCar, a company famous for its Mario Kart-inspired public go-kart tours. Although it might not be such a familiar sight in the future, unfortunately—according to Tokyo Weekender, Nintendo recently filed lawsuit on the grounds that that MariCar has been renting unlicensed versions of its characters, and that their name sounds too much like trademarked “Mario Kart.”

Still, even if MariCar falls off the Rainbow Bridge that is copyright infringement, at least Jackman will always have those memories of cheering on Mario and Luigi through the streets of Tokyo—and because he’s put them online, we’ll have those memories too. Plus all the ones from other people who’ve done the tours and posted them to YouTube, too:

Would you ever participate in a real-life Mario Kart race? Let us know in the comments below!

THE FLASH Has a Villain Problem

Not everyone was happy with the way the CW’s The Flash closed out in its third season, but one thing fans seem to be excited about is the prospect that the fourth season’s main villain be–finally, mercifully–not a speedster. The finale heavily hinted that the new big bad will be the Thinker, a former district attorney from Keystone City who, in the comics, becomes obsessed with outsmarting everyone. It’ll be a nice change to see the Flash’s main adversary change the mold, but already the show has introduced–and often squandered–some of the comics’ best villains. Why the rush, Barry?

The Flash 2

After Batman and Spider-Man, the Flash has the best cadre of recurring villains of any modern superhero, and when the TV series began in 2014, it was certainly exciting to have the prospect of getting to see them in live action. But now, with three seasons gone and dusted, when you actually take a look at the sheer number of villains the Flash has faced, it starts to feel a tad like overkill. By my count–and it may be a lowball–31 Flash or other DC Comics villains have been utilized in the series so far. That’s insanity, and while some (like Killer Frost) have gotten their proper due, most of them were one-offs or semi-recurring at best, and not in a Gotham way where the motto is basically “Hey, look at all these f***ing villains.”

Now, certainly not all of these deserved to be season-long arc villains, and some of them even received some nice multi-episode storylines that worked great. The Pied Piper, for example, was given the right amount of screen time, and no one’s clamoring for the Top or Girder or Tar Pit to be a main baddie. But Season 3 saw a two-episode jaunt to Gorilla City to face Grodd, and there’s truly no reason why he couldn’t have been a proper main bad guy (and he still might, perhaps).

Grodd

We’re excited that next season won’t have a speedster main adversary, but they don’t actually have any more to choose from, really. The Reverse-Flash in the first season was a stroke of genius. I was certainly surprised to see that incredibly formative storyline taken on so early, and it was done brilliantly and with heart. The following season gave us Zoom, who was basically the same but bigger and less interesting. The whole idea of using Eobard Thawne was that the audience knew he was disguised has Harrison Wells, but Barry Allen and company didn’t, which led to a heartbreaking reveal. We didn’t know who Zoom was until pretty close to when Barry did, so that drama was lost.

And they definitely doubled-down on basically the same premise in season three, with an even bigger, even more faceless speed villain–Savitar–as the big bad and, just like when the person we thought was Jay Garrick was revealed to be Zoom, Savitar was none other than Barry from the future, kinda. And, just to be different, a fourth speedster–the Rival–was used as the Flashpoint timeline’s bad guy for the first few episodes.

Reverse-Flash

But I think the most egregious handling of villains thus far has been the Rogues. The Rogues are a group of villains who become a team, and in the comics this group is almost always led by Leonard Snart, a.k.a. Captain Cold. The first season of The Flash did attempt this storyline (without several of the traditional team members), but it lasted all of one episode. Part of the reason for this is the breakout popularity of Cold, as played by Wentworth Miller, and he and fellow Rogue Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell) got shifted over to be antiheroes in DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Cool, I get it, no big deal. But surely Weather Wizard, the Trickster, and Mirror Master could have continued, right? Hell, Mirror Master wasn’t even introduced until season three, for one whole episode, that was mainly noteworthy because it had a Captain Cold flashback.

Captain-Cold

To add insult to injury, some of the Flash’s best known Rogues have been used not on The Flash, but on Arrow. Murmur and Double Down–granted, not household names–showed up on Arrow and didn’t even fight the Flash, and the huge heavy hitter Captain Boomerang was used in a crossover episode as he wanted revenge on his former Suicide Squad taskmaster, Lyla Michaels.

If it were up to me, which it is not, season five of The Flash would focus on the Rogues as the main baddies. They don’t all have to appear in every episode, but having a unified team of adversaries–none of whom can travel in time or are particularly fast, PS–is something the Flash has never done in earnest. And, if they don’t want to bring Cold back, his sister Golden Glider (Peyton List) could be an excellent leader, along with already-established foes like Mirror Master, Weather Wizard, Trickster, Multiplex, and the Shade.

Even if this doesn’t happen, I think it would behoove the show to utilize the villains its already introduced, because frankly there aren’t that many left to choose from. Not that I don’t want to see the Fiddler, Rag Doll, or Folded Man on TV, but let’s give more play to the baddies comic fans care about most.

What do you think? Is it time for The Flash to pump the brakes a little bit? Let us know in the comments below!

DEADPOOL 2 Adds Jack Kesy as a Major Villain (Possibly Black Tom Cassidy)

Hold on to your chimichangas, Deadpool fans, because according to a new report, the Merc with a Mouth might be facing off against one of the weirder characters in the Marvel Universe: Black Tom Cassidy. Per a Deadline reportThe Strain star Jack Kesy has been cast in the hotly anticipated Deadpool 2 in a major villain role. Sources close to the project haven’t confirmed exactly which Marvel villain Kesy will play, but early signs are pointing to the malevolent mutant Black Tom Cassidy.

For those of you who don’t know, Black Tom Cassidy is an Irish mutant with the power to generate concussive blasts through wood, which he usually focuses through his handy-dandy shillelagh. Cassidy, the cousin of X-Men member Banshee, can also bend plant life to his will, manipulating it and using it to generate energy. Oh, and because plants are apparently the opposite of sound, Black Tom is immune to his cousin Banshee’s sonic powers. Because comics.

Deadpool-Black-Tom-Flamethrower

Black Tom first appeared in 1976’s Uncanny X-Men #99 and went on to become best friends with Juggernaut, as well as a member of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. He has squared off with Deadpool in the “Blacklisted” arc in which Black Box hired him to murder the Merc with a Mouth. Spoiler alert: it didn’t go well for Black Tom.

Everything you need to know about Deadpool

The report also asserts that Cable, who will be played by Josh Brolin, is the film’s “principal villain,” which may sound odd at first to those who think of the time-traveling mutant cyborg as a good guy. Though Cable and Deadpool had a long-running partnership in the comics, things didn’t start out that way. In Deadpool’s first appearance, he was hired by another time-traveling mutant, Tolliver, to murder Cable and the New Mutants. Given that this will be the first time Wade Wilson and Nathan Summers cross paths onscreen, it’s understandable that they might not see eye to techno-organic eye right away. After all, Deadpool doesn’t exactly seem like the kind of guy who makes a great first impression, especially on a notoriously grumpy dude like Cable.

Josh-Brolin-Cable-news

Jack Kesy will join newcomers like Brolin, as well as Zazie Beetz as Domino and incoming director David Leitch (John Wick). Returning from the first film are Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Stefan Kapicic as Colossus, and Karan Soni as the put-upon taxi driver Dopinder.

Deadpool 2 hits theaters on June 1, 2018.

IZOMBIE: Liv Turns Into a Prankster

Warning: This recap contains spoilers, undead and otherwise, for the iZombie episode “Eat a Knievel.” Go find some brains to eat if you haven’t watched yet.

Imagine a Liv interested in doing ridiculous stunts and pranks. That’s what we got in “Eat a Knievel” after she ate the brains of Finn Vincible. I wasn’t a fan of the victim, but his name I have to admit it’s catchy.

But! Before we talk braaains, let’s discuss an episode highlight. The highlight that is Blaine. Since he lost Peyton because, you know, he kept a huge secret from her, he’s been in a downward spiral. I’m disappointed in him for seemingly giving up on a somewhat straight path, but I also like seeing criminal Blaine in action. I’m not sure Blaine’s fully back in villainous territory yet though. He confronted his father in a big way, which I’m on board with. His father is an awful specimen of human and was so cruel to Blaine and his mother that I don’t blame him for wanting retribution.

Blaine also got back in business with Don E. Did you see the joy on Don E.’s face when Blaine said he would give him total control of The Scratching Post? I can’t place a finger on why I root for Don E., but I can’t help myself. He’s shown a surprising amount of business acumen and resilience since iZombie started.

The Meal

iZombie-Knievel-1-05222017

With the victim dying by being burned alive (his fire retardant suit was swapped out for a flammable one), Ravi suggested grilling the brains barbecue style. Insert loving eye roll here. Liv followed his advice and cut the brain into a thick cerebral matter steak. She covered it in what looked like chili powder (share your best dry rub for brain recipes in the comments, please) and threw the steak in a pan on the stove. Yum.

Later in the episode, Liv made a dish she could share with Justin. She chopped up Finn’s brain and served it in some spaghetti.

Liv

iZombie-Knievel-2-05222017

I’ve never seen the show Jackass, but I have to imagine the Stunted Growth’s operating procedures are similar. To summarize their qualities in a few words, they were all obnoxious, loud, and selfish. They performed stunts, pranks, and some stupid moves for the sake of doing it and capturing views for their YouTube series. They may have been more focused on the latter, which means they were willing to push stakes higher for the sake of their “brand”—insert a less loving eye roll here.

On Finn’s brain, Liv seemed to run on adrenaline. She was attracted to actions like smashing cans on her forehead and using glue on the handle of a coffee mug. Those moves are already head scratchers, but Liv went a step further and asked Justin to get his hands on Super Max. I know they’re already zombies, but the beverage hasn’t exactly done great things for anyone.

She was straight up reckless. It was kind of toxic. You could see how the behavior was gross when it came to Rudy. He played along with Finn being a complete and total asshole because he didn’t want to look uncool. And these are all adults—shouldn’t they be beyond that sort of foolishness? Stunted Growth is bullying on lower, worse level. Ugh.

iZombie-Knievel-3-05222017

Liv bonded with Finn’s pals and crew, too. Instead of staying on the other side of the interrogation table, she joined them in stapling various body parts and causing each other bodily harm. Something about Finn’s brain made her throw in with them even though they were technically suspects. Clive was not amused, and I so don’t blame him. I’m surprised he didn’t ask Ravi to accidentally dispose of the rest of Finn’s brains to keep Liv from them.

Completely unrelated: Do you think it’s a good idea for Major to continue working with Fillmore Graves? I know he has the whole serial killer suspect thing tarnishing his background checks, but I’m worried for his well being. Let me know your thoughts on the subject and the rest of the episode in the comments.

STAR TREK: DISCOVERY – The Complete Casting Breakdown

Last week, we got our first real look at the upcoming Star Trek: Discovery, the first new Star Trek series to air on television in over 12 years. Set ten years before the era of Kirk and Spock in the 23rd Century, this series features an all-new crew (or is that crews?) on the fringes of Federation space. Thanks to the trailer and various press releases, as well as the good folks at IGN, we finally have a good idea of who our main cast is, and just who they’ll be playing. Read on for all the details!

LT. COMMANDER MICHAEL BURNHAM

Yes, her name is Michael. Deal with it. Played by The Walking Dead star Sonequa Martin-Green, this character is described as the series’ primary player, despite only being the first officer on the Discovery, and not the Captain. Early reports had her going by the name “Number One.”

The first full trailer for the series shows flashbacks to her childhood, where she was on the planet Vulcan. In those flashbacks, she was mentored by Sarek, Spock’s father, but he tells her that she is “too human” to learn the Vulcan language. Could she be part Vulcan? She’s clearly not half, but her ears do seem to have very slight points.

CAPTAIN PHILIPPA GEORGIOU

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon star Michelle Yeoh is playing the captain of not The Discovery, but the Federation Starship Shenzou. Based on the trailer, both Shenzou and Michael Burnham are serving together, at least initially, before Burnham transfers. Or does Yeoh take over the Discovery? It remains to be seen.

LT. STAMETS

Broadway actor Anthony Rapp, best known for his role in Rent, will play Trek’s first openly gay ongoing character, Lt. Stamets. This character will be a science officer specializing in astromycology (the study of fungi in space). Not sure yet if Stamets will be part of the crew for the Discovery or the Shenzou.

LT. SARU

One of the new, as yet unnamed alien species introduced in Discovery, Saru’s race, as described in the trailer, is genetically programmed to sense approaching death. He’s played by renowned creature performer and Guillermo del Toro regular Doug Jones, known for his roles in Hellboy, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Pan’s Labyrinth.

CAPTAIN LORCA

Played by veteran character actor Jason Isaacs, best known for his work in the Harry Potter film series, Lorca is the Captain of the U.S.S. Discovery.

ADMIRAL ANDERSON

Anderson is a high ranking Starfleet admiral, and based on all previous Trek shows and movies, there is a good chance that he’s really a bad guy. He’s played by Army Wives star Terry Serpico.

COMMANDER LANDRY

Former Battlestar Galactica star Rekha Sharma will be playing Landry, the Security Officer for the Discovery

SAREK OF VULCAN

One of the main recurring characters in Star Trek lore, Sarek is the ambassador to Earth from Vulcan, and most famously, Spock’s father. At the point that the show takes place, Sarek and Spock are not on speaking terms. Here he’s played by genre vet James Frain, known to fans for his roles on Gotham, Orphan Black, TRON: Legacy and True Blood.

CONNOR

Sam Vartholomeos will portray  either ensign or Lt. Connor, a junior officer in Starfleet Academy, assigned to the Shenzhou

DR. NAMBUE

What’s a starship without a doctor? Actor Maulik Pancholy is plauing Nambue, Chief Medical Officer of the USS Shenzhou. Pancholy is best known for his work on30 Rock

LT. TYLER

Known best for his role as Dr. Jekyll on Penny Dreadful, Shazad Latif was originally cast as a Klingon, but during production his role became that of Stafleet Lt. Tyler. Whether Tyler will be onboard the Discovery or the Shenzou has yet to be revealed.

T’KUVMA

American Gods actor Chris Obi will be playing the Klingon captain T’Kuvma. There is a lot of mystery surrounding the Klingons on Discovery, as they don’t match the visual look of the species from the original Star Trek series and movies, nor The Next Generation. Rumor has it that these are a race of primitive Klingons, although that has not been confirmed. It will be interesting to see how the show deals with this issue.

KOL

This is the protege of T’Kuvma, and commanding officer of the Klingons. He was originally played by Shazad Latif, but is now being portrayed by actor Kenneth Mitchell.

TILLY

Actress Mary Wiseman, best known for the series Longmire, will portray Tilly, a cadet in her final year at Starfleet Academy, assigned to the Discovery

HARRY MUDD

Last, but certainly not least, Rainn Wilson from The Office will join the cast as Harry Mudd, a space pirate and con artist, who appeared twice on the original series and once in the later animated series. Wilson portrays a younger version of the character played by Roger C. Carmel in the classic show.

Star Trek: Discovery is set to premiere this fall on CBS All Access, with 15 all new episodes.

Are you as excited for this new era of Trek TV? Let us know down below in the comments.
