Book 2 Proof Received
Received the bound proof copy of my second book this last Saturday. I am hoping to post a chapter and possibly even the cover for the book. It is very surreal to see my name along with the amazing art work by Tate Publishing. I will be receiving the first book's proof this coming Friday, so hopefully I will be able to post from that book as well. This is the final stage prior to publishing, so we are almost there. This means that I really must get to finishing book 3.

Cover Art
I received the cover art for both books this past Friday...the options were fantastic. I am getting closer to being able to actually post the release dates for the books. As excited as I am about getting these out there, I am preparing myself for the criticism that will follow. The art that was done for the covers has helped to boost my confidence. Really at this point there is no turning back. I look forward to the surreal moment where I am holding book 1 & 2 in my hands. This will one of my top five things I will have ever done in my life.
As a result of the progress being made I have renewed my focus on editing what I have done with book 3 so that I can quickly finish book 3 over the next 2 to 3 months. Very excited with the chapters I have edited thus far. It is always a good thing when you come back to something you wrote and are still impressed with your own creativity. I just hope that I can get through the editing soon so I can get back into the creation process. That is the place that makes me happiest...there are many things that bring me joy, however, this is by far my favorite outside spending time with my family.
