"Six Scary Tales" Books Get New Covers
I've commissioned an artist to create a new cover for the Six Scary Tales books.
As before, each volume will have the same cover picture in a different colour.
The old cover was something I cobbled together from two stock photos. The new one is painted by Erica Syverson, who has also painted the cover illustrations for Bites: Ten Tales of Vampires, Haunted: Ten Tales of Ghosts, Undead: Ten Tales of Zombies, and collaborated on the cover of Storm Dancer. She's good with dark and creepy images.
Original art is so much more exciting than stock photos.
The new cover will reflect the flavour of horror readers will find inside the book: atmospheric and creepy.

"13 British Horror Stories" free till Sunday for Kindle
You can download my short story collection "13 British Horror Stories" free from Amazon.
These stories are the creepy, atmospheric, disturbing kind of horror (not the slash and gore kind) and they're all set in Britain where I live.
The book is free until Sunday only.
To read it, you either need a Kindle, or download the free Kindle app so you can read ebooks on your computer.
Here's the US Amazon link: http://www.amazon.com/13-British-Horr...
and if you paste this into your browser, it'll take you to the book's page for the Amazon of whatever region you're in - Germany, UK, Brazil, Canada, etc.

The more downloads the book gets, the better. You may want to download it now and read it later... maybe for Halloween? :-)
