Emerald Darkness Prequel Story, Part 1: Harper

Emerald DarknessHi everyone! As some of you know, over the past five weeks I’ve been sending out exclusive prequel stories to my mailing list subscribers. Now that we are just five short days away from the release of Emerald Darkness, I thought I would share these stories with everyone else!!!

These short glimpses into each character were originally a set of scenes at the beginning of the book. When I cut them out, I hated to just throw them away entirely, so I wanted to share them with you!

Over the next fe...

The Pressure To Produce Faster

Times Up!If you are an author–at least in today’s Indie world–you have likely been thinking about speed. How fast can you write?

This is a question that paralyzes me.

Pageflex Persona [document: PRS0000038_00071]

She’ll have to let go of the past in order to find a love that could last a lifetime.

All I wanted when I moved to Fairhope was to disappear. I wanted to become a ghost. A stranger to everyone who knew me before, including my parents. Especially my parents. I never expected to become someone. A friend. A faithful employee. A scholar. And least of all, a lover. Love is a word I never truly understood until I m...
