New chapter on sound studies
I have a recently published book chapter in The Long History of New Media, edited by Steve Jones, Nicholas W. Jankowski, and David W. Park, and published by Peter Lang. My contribution, "Sound Studies for Historians of New Media," intersects the transdisciplinary conversations of sound studies with new-media historiography, giving three research sketches of the usefulness of sound studies'
