Blood Tears

Three years later and Blood Tears is finally here! It has been an incredible journey for both myself and my protagonist, Christian Du Maure, the lonely, all too human vampire who is the focus of these tales. I have followed him from the art-filled halls of The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, to a ravaged, Pre-Revolution Paris, through cathedrals, over bridges and back to where it all began for him: Meudon, France. I am as surprised as he is at this moment, suspended between his turpulent past and an exciting, yet unknowable future. I can hear his deep voice as it resonates down the dank hallways of his ancestral home: Vallee D’Arbes. I feel his sorrow and see his tears shed over losses which still haunt him. His life is the stuff that books are made of and so I did with first, Immortal Obsession and now, Blood Tears.
I hope you enjoy it.

Finally
Only six days until Blood Tears is here, yes, here on my website, in the flesh for sale. It has been an exciting three years for this writer as the sequel to Immortal Obsession took shape and form and is the story you will be able to read soon.
Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. Nothing thrills me more than to create through writing. The act is something that comes from my soul, my need to tell a story, to share it the only way I know how, through the written word.
As I share the journey of Christian Du Maure, his best friend Michel Baptiste and Amanda Peretti, the mortal woman who has been thrust into their world, their stories evolve and take a life all their own. As it should be. I am only the teller of this tale of love, regret, guilt, shame, devotion and loss.
May you enjoy this tale.

Blood Tears ~ Another Excerpt
“How can you be so sure your blood will have the same affect on me?” Michel rubbed his chin as if contemplating the possibility.
“Because I am Josette’s descendant, remember; the woman none of you could resist? We have nothing to lose, and besides, the effects would be immediate, so if nothing happens you can still go out to wherever it is that you go and we won’t have lost a thing.”
He opened the drawer of the Louis XIV desk, revealing a high;y polished, silver dagger. It glistened in the firelight. Amanda swallowed hard, fumbling with her shirt sleeve…..
