Natural Remedies and Holistic Studies
I have a lifelong love of reading non-fiction books and wanted to share some of my recent favorites. My passion for non-fiction began when my father read to me out loud when I was a child and made me an insatiable reader. I’ve continued reading non-fiction, so I can keep learning such amazing things!
Currently, I’m reading a lot of books about herbs, aromatherapy, homeopathy and supplements. For home remedies try Do It Yourself Herbal Medicine and Healing Remedies That Work. There are also a lot of great books on natural medicines like Scott A. Johnson’s Surviving When Modern Medicine Fails and Cat Ellis’ Preppers Natural Medicine. For more helpful books try Essential Oils for Health and Herbal Goddess: Discover the Amazing Spirit of 12 Healing Herbs with Teas, Potions, Salves, Food, Yoga and More.
