Because it's hot. Damned hot out there! My pie (cake) didn't come out quite as picturesque as the one in the All Recipes picture. Friday Recipe: Chicken and Rice L'orange

My mom forwarded this to me last week from Better Recipes. I think it came out pretty tasty! OK, the only marmalade I had was sweet orange marmalade, so it was really sweet, but otherwise the chicken was moist, the recipe easy, and I had all the ingredients in my kitchen!
