Matriarchy

In most countries today a kind of patriarchy
is ruling but there was a time where things were different.

I have been reading a book called “The
Oera-Linda manuscripts”. It is an ancient text which talks about the history of
Europe. There was a time long ago where there was fertile land between Great
Britain, the Netherlands and Denmark. This land sunk due to a major natural disaster.
This land was the origin of a matriarchy culture which spread over Europe. The
text says that there were a few main mothers for the different countries which
were in charge for society, religion, justice, etc. The society itself was
free, free men and free women who all followed common laws for the greater
benefit of all.

From the east, the Middle East, patriarchy
came with priests in power and with a society which was not free but separated
in rulers, citizens and slaves.

The text says that these priests did all to
maintain their power and all against the possibility of freedom. So, they misused
their religious leadership to keep people dull and under control. Those
representatives from the original Matriarchy were not happy with this and so
they tried their best to teach the priests and to bring them back on the path
to freedom. But the priests were obsessed by the power and the people were not
able to deal with the idea of freedom. And so it didn´t work out and the representatives
of the Northern countries had to escape (from the Greek islands where they met
the priests).

Now, I certainly cannot report the whole
story in all details and perfection. I just want to point at the situation in
these times. When we look at our world today, then we see that the Goddess, the
Matriarchy, the power of women, the positive influence of women is not given in
society or not as it should be. But we still have this patriarchy, we still
have these false priests in power and we still have this lack of freedom.
Indeed, slavery has developed in a way that people don´t understand that they
are enslaved. The system of slavery has been improved to perfection.

And so much about our history has been
lost, has been destroyed by natural disasters, by war, by the winners, by the missionaries,
by ignorant and uneducated people, etc. It is a great tragedy and the world
would look completely different if we remember our past, the ancient history.

Our systems today are diabolic, and people
are so used to them that they think that all is good. In the future, things
must change. Men and women must rule together to maintain a prospering society
in true freedom.

The topic of gender from the spiritual point of view

Today, we experience extreme fights about
gender and the development of all kinds of ideas about this topic. Meanwhile
people discuss 60 different genders. Depending on the country there are around
92,6 % – 98,5 % of heterosexual orientated people and around 1,5% – 7,4% of
so-called LGBT orientated people. (Dalia Study, 2016)

Now, maybe you are surprised how all these
genders can suddenly appear while until some years ago people were convinced
that there are only two genders, – male and female. We will answer this
question later.

My article cannot take part in any fights
and cannot support any aggression in any way. We can only examine together the spiritual
position in this discussion of genders. A spiritual position cannot be an
ideologic position. It can not serve any human opinions, desires, prejudices,
political or economical goals. The spiritual position must follow higher wisdom,
higher knowledge and it must be based on the laws of creation.

“Gender” starts with physics, with the
principle of polarity. Originally there are two poles which are interdependent,
vitalizing each other and from the same origin. We call if fire and water. The
Chinese Taoists call it Yin and Yang. Physicists call it “plus pole” and “minus
pole”. There are many names. When we take the terms fire element and water
element, then we can understand that the two poles are the same energy in two
different states. Fire is active, hot, expansive while water is passive, cool,
magnetic. Now, when only the state of the energy makes the difference, there
cannot be any difference in value or quality. It is one energy in two different
states. This is important to understand as this principle can be found
everywhere in nature.

In the next step, this idea of polarity
gets the labels of male and female. Fire is male. Water is female. This
labeling is certainly absolute abstract and far away from human genders, from men
and women. All human terms are limited and not at all perfect. This must be
understood as well.

So, why do we speak of fire as male and
water as female? Simply because we can see similarities in these principles.
The male is active and procreates while the female is passive, receives and
gives birth. Fire and water. Man and woman. Both are interdependent and
nourishing each other. And both have the same “value” as they are the two sides
of same coin, two expressions of one energy.

And here we see that it is pure nonsense to
believe that one of them is better than the other. Both deserve the same
respect and appreciation. But it is also true that both need to be respected in
their individual nature, fire as fire and water as water. Fire is not water and
water is not fire.

In conclusion, we have an abstract level of
male and female labeling which is used for physics, principles of nature, etc.
and which has not much to do with human men and women. But the human gender
originates from these principles in the end.

Still on the level of metaphysics, we can
see that the first polarity (primary parents) originates from the state of
unity, the one energy (state), and that fire and water procreate the “individual”,
a child which consists of fire and water, bound by earth, as an individual
unit. This “child” has male and female aspects with one dominating. So, there
are children where water is dominating and so they are female while other children
have fire dominating and they are male.

This principle of procreating individuals/units
from the plane of spirit over the astral plane down to the material plane is in
general valid. The whole creation is made of this primary polarity together
with the individualizing principle, consisting of both and with one dominating
pole.

In conclusion, we can say that human beings
have female and male qualities on the mental level, the emotional (soul) level
and on the level of functions in the physical body. As human beings like all
beings in the material world need to procreate, they have bodies with female or
male sex organs. This mirrors the primary polarity of the first “parents”, fire
and water. And this is an expression of the law of analogy which rules
creation. We have a man and a woman with children.

There are two principles in nature, – one
which says that we have always the full color wheel and not a limited number of
colors, and the second one which says that nearly always there is an exception
to the rule. These principles lead to the phenomenon that the majority of
people belongs to men or women with the corresponding biological gender and
sexual orientation while a few show differences in the sexual organs or the
sexual orientation. This is just normal and natural. In a first step, this
explains why there are people with different sex organs or a different sexual
orientation. Further aspects will be analyzed later.

Now, let´s come back to the human
personality. So, in the normal case we have a fixed, physical gender due to our
biological nature, man or woman. However this is, we can see that there are men
with strong female characteristics, and women with strong male characteristics.
Nevertheless, they are still men respectively women with the normal sexual
orientation.

One principle in nature says that we have
the whole range of quantity and quality. This means that we have “typical” men
which are the majority and then we have men which are super male or very
female. These are rare cases, again due to principles of nature. The same is
true for women. Now, regarding relationships, we can see again a principle of
nature at work, – that corresponding to the dominance of female or male
characteristics a fitting partner is chosen. A “strong male” looks for a “strong
female”. A man with strong female qualities looks for a woman with strong male
qualities. This is simply a matter of attraction and compensation, being
complete together, fire and water, in the different constellations.

In conclusion, we see that we have already
on this level a great diversity of people with differences in the composition
of female and male qualities.

Now, let us take a further look on gender.
When you are active in past-life-therapy which is based on the fact of
reincarnation, past lives and the spiritual worldview, then you are confronted
with problems and traumas, conflicts originating from gender and relationships.
So, it can easily happen that a client narrates about his suffering in a past
life because of his gender, maybe because he was a woman in a society where
women are treated in a bad way. He was so traumatized that he decided to
incarnate as a man in this life. So, a former woman decides to incarnate now as
a man to be safe from evil treatment and suffering. The same thing can happen
with a former man who incarnates now as a woman. Besides this frame of trauma,
suffering and hurts, it is quite normal that the human spirit changes from time
to time the gender for his next incarnation to make new experiences and to
balance his personality, his characteristics and abilities.

Now, in past life therapy, you can have
clients who feel gay in this life. Certainly, this is no problem at all.
Interesting are possible causes for being gay which come to the surface during
the hypnosis sessions. One main reason is an unprocessed trauma because of
gender due to abuse or painful experiences. Another reason can be that the
incarnated spirit is so used to be female or male that the present incarnation
in a body with the opposite gender does not feel right. Spirit/soul do not fit
with the gender of the body.

Therapy means to help the client heal from
bad experiences, from trauma and to dissolve blockades. This can happen or can
be done certainly also in this frame of past life therapy in connection with gender-based
suffering.

In conclusion, we can find reasons for the
sexual orientation or gender or problems with gender in the past of a person,
in former incarnations and the connected bad or good experiences. I personally
know women who tried incarnations as men and made such bad experiences that
they decided to incarnate again only as women. I also know cases of men who are
gay in this life and who were women in the last incarnation.

In general, it doesn´t matter at all if you
are heterosexual, gay, a man or a woman. We are all humans. And we all deserve
the same respect, love, care and appreciation.

We can only make research to understand
better why things happen.

When we now think about the spiritual path
itself, then we see that the seeker is asked to develop male and female
qualities, skills and powers in a balanced way. It is the marriage of the two
genders in himself which means completeness and perfection. The enlightened master
identifies in main with his nature as a spirit while he perceives men and women
as children or as brothers and sisters. Certainly, in a relationship, he will
feel his male dominance in his personality due to the attraction of his wife.
It is the natural attraction and interaction of male and female energies.

Again, and in conclusion, gender does not
matter. We are all compositions of male and female qualities with a certain
dominance which normally corresponds with the biological gender.

Now, let´s come back to what is happening
these days. As we have seen, there are only two real genders, two real poles of
polarity, male and female. There are also only two real biological genders.

The 60 genders are simply an ideological,
social construct. There are people who proclaim that being male or female is
not a biological matter but a social conditioning and that everyone can choose
deliberately what he or she wants to be. Ideology is the opposite to reality.
Now, certainly everyone can proclaim to be this or that and but it is the
question if there is any sense in it or also any kind of benefit for the
person. This free mental choice of gender has expanded already into further
fields of life, so that some people proclaim that you can also choose your
ethnic group or your nature itself. This means practically speaking that
someone from France can proclaim to be a Mongolian or a native African or
whatever he wants to be. And if this is not enough, he can proclaim to be a
tree, an alien, a stone or whatever.

In conclusion, we can say that this “free mental
choice of your nature” is at least questionable and indeed a sign that
something is in disorder. Disorder means that there is somewhere a conflict
between spirit/soul and physical body. And this means that research for causes
and a healing treatment would be useful. Besides this, everyone can believe
whatever they like, and they can behave however they like. This is a matter of
the freedom which is given to all human beings. And this means that there is no
sense in judging people.

At last, we come to an important point, –
the work of the dark side. Normally people do not imagine genders beyond male,
female and gay and bisexual orientation. 60 genders and all the ideological
propaganda including all the artificial fights in society are the work of the
dark side. The dark side follows the goal to create chaos wherever it is
possible to destroy the natural-divine order. The propaganda suggests in a
hypnotic way that we all can choose if we want to be heterosexual, gay, bisexual
or anything else which is imaginable and beyond this. It also suggests that we
should try everything and this already from the age of young children where the
sexual drive is still sleeping. Ego, uncontrolled lust, lower passions,
perversity and total disinhibition are celebrated. The sacredness of love, of
the greatest mystery of creation is profaned and degraded to the human animal
nature. This is not about morals. It is something to think about. One main
point here is that sex is something private, normally, but today everyone needs
to know what is indeed not at all his business.

It is the old “panem et circenses” from the
Roman Empire. Provide games and food for the masses, and you will keep them
entertained and under your control. Give them alcohol, drugs, unlimited sex,
soccer on TV and the slaves will work well under your control.

I must say that we live in very interesting
times where the dark side launches one experiment after the other. People are
so mentally ill, driven into madness by the elite, that they believe that all
is fine, that they are right. But in fact, most people are already at the edge
of collapse, brainwashed, mentally destroyed and perverted, broken, sucked out
of their vitality, ideologically conditioned, only functioning like dull
machines, having lost the divine spark. And they are happy with it. All is
fine.

At last I want to point at the need to show
loving care, respect and appreciation to all those brothers and sisters of the
human family who have conflicts with their biological gender or sexual
orientation. As I have explained already, the causes are logical and natural.
All fights regarding gender are artificial and made in main by religion. It is
high time that we all focus again on the most important fact, – that we are all
humans, all brothers and sisters of the human family and that we must stand
together for the light of unity and against the diabolic forces of separation,
aggression and endless fights.

We must heal all wounds, unite again and
become again powerful to change this ill world into a happy, healthy and prospering
world for all of us, where love, compassion, wisdom and understanding are
ruling for the benefit of all beings.

Most people today are suffering a lot from
all their bad experiences, their traumas from this life and from former
incarnations. Healing is what we all need so bad, enlightenment and
understanding.

Let us all work together on establishing
the divine principle of unity for mankind beyond all borders. Let us heal the
wounds of artificial, diabolic separation. Let us all get back into our
natural-divine state of wellbeing and personal power to work together on a
bright future for the human family.

Epilogue: Although this article is very
short in comparison to all the diverse aspects which I have treated, I hope
that the positive message is clear beyond all stupid prejudices and
ideological, evil propaganda. I know and appreciate a lot of people and it was
never a question of gender or sexual orientation. Divine love and compassion do
not care about such things. Only humans with all their limitations have
problems in this regard. Humanity must grow beyond such limitations. Divine
love is all-embracing. God loves all his children in an equal way. The Divine
Mother loves all her children in the same way. Love rules. Love counts. Love is
the way for all of us.

Suicide and the Underworld

There are situations in life where the
darkness reaches a level which seems to be unbearable. The hope for changes has
left. There is no light anymore. Just suffering. And it seems that there is no
way out.

In such a situation, the concerned person
produces great amounts of negative energies, – negative thoughts, negative
emotions, which all work like dark slime, covering himself, clogging his
chakras and nadis, so that the vital flow of energy is blocked. The dark
energies are also hanging like dark clouds in his aura and so no light can
enter, no healthy energies can vitalize him. Further on, wounds of his soul are
bleeding energy. And his overall condition attracts negative beings, parasites
which perceive him as prey. Probably there are also negative influences by
other humans and his living space is also contaminated with bad energies.

If in such a situation instant help is not
available, illness, death or suicide will come.

Suicide is not a spontaneous matter, but it
is a process, starting with thoughts about suicide, later it becomes a concrete
plan with details and then in worst case it is done.

The earlier help is offered and accepted,
the better. Often relatives like family and friends have no idea about such
plans. The concerned person keeps silence and shows normal behavior. So, it is
very dangerous and hard to discover.

Now, from the spiritual point of view, the
clogging with dark energies is the basic problem as it blocks the light and the
supply with vital energies. As soon as the person gets cleaned from all the
darkness, the vital supply with healthy energies and with light is given and
with this the person is enabled to find solutions and to cause necessary
changes. Suicide is prevented.

Certainly, a lot of work needs to be done
like increasing the understanding and awareness of the person for his
situation, psychotherapy to change thinking, emotional reactions and behavior,
changes in his life situation, and so on.

In the case that a person commits suicide
to escape his bad life situation, the soul will discover that all the bad
energies are still there after leaving the body. So, some negative aspects
might be finished but the real problem is not solved. And this means that the
soul will walk through the underworld to release all the darkness. “Underworld”
means astral realms which are dark and characterized by suffering. It is a
principle in creation that everything must go there where it belongs to. Ashes
to ashes, dust to dust, darkness to darkness, light to light. Someone who is
filled with darkness cannot dwell in heaven. This is just impossible due to the
great differences in nature.

In conclusion, the soul has no advantage in
committing suicide. The suffering goes on after death. Further on, a great
chance to balance problems and to grow is wasted. The hero grows by each challenge.
No challenge, no hero.

The worst part is after all, that the
person causes often extra harm and problems to those who he has left on earth. And
he won´t be happy with himself in the higher realms as he has failed in his
challenge.

And then, in the next incarnation, the same
problems will continue, – as long as it takes for the person to face them and
to manage the challenge.

In conclusion, there is nothing good in
trying to escape independent how dark the situation is. There is only one good
way, – to face the challenge and to get as much support as necessary to be
successful in the end.

Important to understand is that life on
earth is planned before the incarnation. This means also that hardship and
problems come along with solutions and the support to find and realize them.
When you know this, then you can react in a better way towards hard times. You
are meant to be successful. Then the questions are how you can be successful
and what is needed? And here it is more a matter of perception, opening eyes
and ears, instead of thinking hard. It is a matter of divine guidance, of
intuition and coming up situations, opportunities and happy coincidences. So,
it makes a lot of sense to maintain a strong connection with God and the higher
realms to be able to see the signs, to understand what needs to be done.

May these explanations serve all souls in
despair well.

The divine sun shines permanently.

It is up to us to dissolve the dark clouds
in our microcosm.

The problem with the crown chakra

The crown chakra is the highest, divine
center, the center of the divine spirit, the absolute, impersonal, cosmic
consciousness. A highly developed master has realized this cosmic consciousness
and so he is able to let the Divine Spirit speak through him with total
authority and absolute power.

Such a high self-realization takes a very
long spiritual training and is rarely accomplished even by serious
practitioners. Now, when you take a look at normal humans, then we can see that
the crown chakra is active to some degrees, more or less. Some students on the
spiritual path might have a better developed crown chakra. This depends on
their former spiritual training in past lives.

When we go back to the master with his
cosmic consciousness, then we see that it is an aspect of a perfectly refined
and developed divine personality. This means inter alia that his divine authority  and absolute power from the crown chakra is
balanced by the heart chakra with its virtues of compassion, wisdom, love and
understanding. And this means that normally, the master does not use his
authority in a pure way but wraps it into love, making it smooth and good to
take. Normal people and spiritual students simply cannot take the full power of
the divine authority and so it must be “prepared”, so that it fits
individually. Therefore, students feel comfortable with the messages of their master.
They feel understood. They feel the love and compassion which the master has
for them. And they feel that they can take it and process it in mind and soul.

If a master would not work in this way, the
messages of the divine authority could easily destroy or damage students and
normal people.

Now, we can see these destructive effects
when normal people and students make subconsciously use of their crown chakra
without using the heart chakra to balance it. And this is a real problem.

It starts with parents or teachers at school
who are in a situation where they appear as authorities with power over
children. From their crown chakra, they subconsciously draw energy and then
unleash their messages towards the powerless individuals, here the children
with penetrating and destructive effects. “You messed up everything! You are
stupid! Shame on you!” and so on. The child has no protection and feels broken.
It will take a lot of effort to build up the self-confidence of the child again.
The adults who behave like this are not aware of what they are doing. It is a
misuse of authority, of the crown chakra.

We know such examples also from all kinds
of people in positions of power, – the boss in the company, doctors, educators,
teachers, etc.

A special situation is when spiritual
students get into states of a certain activation of the crown chakra and then
give “messages” to others, to fellows or people. The power of authority is
higher and more penetrating, more powerful and with this certainly also more
destructive. The results are, that they easily damage good relations with their
spiritual fellows or in their own families, etc.

The authority “style” in communication is
probably the most hated and least tolerated way of delivering messages. So, if
you communicate like this, you can easily grow the number of real enemies.

The hidden message, intended or not, is
that the “authority” is better than the receiver of the message. It is not a
communication on eye level.  

Exactly this problem, we can find on social
media platforms like Facebook where people discuss topics, feeling like
superior authorities. It just causes a lot of hate and damage, instead of a
nice exchange of experiences and points of view for growing together in
understanding.

As you can imagine, I recommend becoming
aware of such behavior and to balance the crown chakra activities with the
virtues of the heart. In this way, you will grow the number of people who
appreciate and like you. It is also a necessary step towards real mastery.

Who and what are you?

Maybe you have asked yourself this question
already. The more you advance in your spiritual development, the more you have
to find a fitting answer.

The main problem is that we identify with what
we see in the mirror, with our physical appearance, and then with our
experiences, characteristics, likes and dislikes, etc. This identification is
quite temporary and in a change process. From one moment to the next we can
become a different person.

A main factor is that we are a composition
of all the personalities we embodied in the various incarnations. Some might be
of dominance or might be more important than others. However, in sum they all
have an impact on your present life with all needs, desires, preferences,
fears, etc. Some characteristics are good and useful while others limit you,
cause problems and pains.

However, – in the end you discover that
your original nature is universal, that you can create, strengthen and integrate
divine virtues in yourself on a universal standard and that you can take roles
like an actor. You can see yourself as a universal actor who can realize
perfection and who can play any kind of role.

Besides all the universal aspects, you have
an individual history and with this, also individual characteristics. You
embody both poles, the universal-divine pole and the individual-human pole. This
is fascinating and one of nature´s paradoxes.

Besides all these ideas, the main point
simply is that it is a trap to say “Okay, that´s me, with all my flaws, my bad
behavior, my shortcomings. I must accept my limitations.” And the second trap
is “Okay, I am this or that personality. I cannot be different.” Unfortunately,
these are typical mistakes of humans in general and students on the path in the
lower steps.

We are not limited by nature. Not limited
by flaws. And not limited by our personal strengths. Our true nature is
unlimited. And when we understand that we can go beyond our limitations and
that we can integrate new qualities, then these has great effects on life, on
happiness and on success.

Important to understand is also that not
only our flaws and mistakes have limiting effects, but that also our strengths
limit us.

“Once a warrior, always a warrior.”

“Once a monk, always a monk.”

“Once a scholar, always a scholar.”

This is simply unhealthy and blocks so many
wonderful opportunities to behave in different ways and to open yourself to new
experiences.

Each incarnation offers you new experiences
(as you forget about who you have been in the former incarnation). But it is
obviously hard for people to go beyond the old personality and to walk new
paths in life.

Certainly, there are reasons. But
especially when you walk the path of initiation, you need to become aware of
these things and you must ask yourself if your present personality is good and
useful in all aspects or if you can and want change things.

“Be your Self, create yourself!”

It might be useful to understand yourself as
this universal being which has made a lot of individual experiences to create
in sum the personality you experience today.

So, check yourself, do introspection,
question all aspects of yourself and change what is useful to change. Become
well-balanced in the end and refine yourself.

Regarding Bardon, – you must become a
perfect human, before you can become an individual deity and then a universal
deity.

All human ideas of being a god or goddess
with human characteristics are just phantasy, nice and good for entertainment
and maybe for parties. Real deities are divine in nature, not human.

The international conference of infidels

It was time again for the big conference.
All infidels from the various corners of the world were expected to come. Until
now, no one was able to answer the burning question “Who is the real infidel?”
The best experts of each religion and belief arrived again to compete with each
other to show who is the real infidel. The statements and explanations were
clear and logical, and all were based on the holy books of the various
religions.

Now, the problem was that none of the
experts was willing to acknowledge the superiority of a single belief. For
every single expert it was more than clear that he was right while all others
were wrong. And indeed, how could it be different with all these infidels by
nature? They were all misguided and worshipping the devil without recognizing.

Unfortunately, there were no weapons
allowed during the conference. This would have been the easiest solution, –
just slaughtering all these infidels like it is written in the holy book. If
God wants it this way, then it must be good and right. And these infidels are
of less value than the cattle on the pasture. God made the infidels as slaves
to serve us but for some unknown reason they don´t understand their position
and purpose. Probably, they are just too stupid, as they are also too stupid to
understand which the only true religion is.

These were the thoughts which nearly every
participant had on his mind during the conference. But there were also others
who were more liberate and tolerant, with more compassion, more understanding
but nevertheless still infidels in the eyes of all others.

After the brilliant speeches of the experts
with all the well-prepared arguments and stunning logic, the atmosphere was
emotionally charged. The first hecklers got loud and then the participants
started altogether to insult and swear at each other. Fortunately, there were
no weapons. But the words hit hard. It was a fascinating mixture of dirty words
from all over the world and personal insults in English. Some already called
for the holy war as it was time to conquer the world, bringing peace and
happiness into all countries. Others called on the devil and hell to engulf all
these damned infidels. It was simply fascinating. Only a small group of
participants maintained inner peace, just observing all these infantile
infidels fighting each other. Indeed, it was the same procedure as every year.
No results, just fighting with emotional upset. Stupid infidels!

After the official speeches and the
emotional insults, people calmed down and peace was restored. The conference
was finished and all parties with their representatives were ready to leave, to
go back into their own countries. But the day of departure hasn´t come and so
most of the infidels enjoyed another day in the five-star-hotel. In the evening,
most of them met by coincidence like every year at the hotel bar to have one or
two drinks. The alcohol made them forget about their dispute and infidel status
quickly. So, they started talking, laughing, making fun and a lot of stupid things
the whole night long. Everyone felt like being in a big family as all have been
knowing each other for so long. And if they weren´t infidels, they all could
have been friends. So much fun!

Fortunately, the day of departure came, and
everyone was suffering from a big hangover. The night was great but now the
fight had to continue as there is only one true belief, one true religion. They
all knew this truth. With a serious face, expressing their superiority, they
all left the hotel, secretly looking forward to meet again at the next
conference, celebrating all night long.

Stupid infidels!

Primary role patterns

We can say that there are typical roles for
men and women which we can find through all ages and in all cultures. These
roles are connected to profession and the position in society and in family. So
just imagine the diversity of professions, the various positions in society and
in family. The point now is that these roles offer a specific frame for
personal development including the way of thinking, feeling, perceiving oneself,
others and the world, and of showing behavior. Further on, these roles come
along with specific experiences which have effects on yourself and on others.

Let´s examine a few examples for a better
understanding.

Imagine that you are born as a woman in a patriarchal
culture. Your role is clear. Low level of education, preparation to be a good
wife and mother, early marriage, fulfilling your role, accepting the dominance
of men and husband, raising many children, being passive, doing what your
husband tells you, hard work. This incarnation makes you fit into the
expectations of society and husband. You have no own will, all decisions are
made by your parents, then by your husband. You learn to be a good mother, a
good cook and to be good in managing the household. You learn to accept, to serve,
to follow, etc. Certainly, you develop good skills in this, but you lack of
everything else. In another life, the roles might have switched and then you
are the man, with young wife, many children, having to work, enjoying freedom
while keeping his wife at home. Then you know both sides.

Imagine that you live as a monk for your
whole life. There is nothing else than the monastery with your brethren and
your spiritual work. Daily meditations, Mantras, events, etc. You learn a lot
about being selfless, serving others, true brotherhood, spiritual practice. But
you have no idea about worldly things, about women, family, business, etc.

Imagine you are a beggar. You are busy the
whole day with asking people for money, with looking for food, etc. There are
no other topics, just survival. You feel left alone like rubbish, no friends,
no family, nothing but you enjoy a specific freedom which others do not know.

Imagine you are a commander in a special
forces team. Every day, you go to and beyond your limits. You are always ready
to attack, to kill, to die. You and your time are one unit. No one could ever
separate you. Together you manage the hardest challenges. True brotherhood. Fighting
is your life. Fighting under all circumstances, even if you have to sacrifice
yourself.

Imagine you are a politician, always
talking a lot, presenting yourself in public, feeling important, smiling for
self-marketing, making a lot of money. And maybe you feel like a whore and a
fraudster behind your smile and perfect appearance. You are in a position of
power and people who have even more power and money pay you to work for them
like a puppet on strings.

These were just small examples which show
that the role we play due to profession and social status have great impacts on
our personal development and behavior. A beggar perceives the world in a
different way than a businessman. A businessman has different goals than a
monk. A man of power shows a different attitude and behavior than the married
woman in a patriarchal society. All these roles offer different experiences and
different patterns of thinking, feeling, perception and behavior.

Now, the point is that we all go through
such roles in our countless incarnations to develop in personality, to balance
our character and to become complete.

So far, this might be good or interesting, but
it comes along with problems. Big problems arise from the imbalanced and bad things
we do to others and to ourselves, one-dimensional behavior, extreme behavior.
Further big problems arise from the change of roles from one incarnation to the
next incarnation. When you are conditioned as a monk in your last incarnation
and now you are meant to live and work as a businessman then this takes a lot
of effort as you still have the old patterns in your personality as a monk.
These are the difficulties in life which we all experience.

Now, a therapeutic, meditative approach for
healing and positive changes would be to detect such patterns in yourself. For
example, you might detect role patterns of a knight, of an engineer, a Buddhist
Lama, a high priest, a shaman, etc. in yourself. These roles are connected to
very specific characteristics and abilities in you, also to ways of thinking,
of solving problems, of feeling and of behavior. And then you can examine these
things and work with them consciously. You will be able to understand what you
miss and why, what would be good and useful and what does not work today.
Indeed, it is a comprehensive introspection. Know yourself!

In general, all these roles offer something
positive and at the same time something negative. The positive qualities,
values, skills, etc. need to be appreciated, while the negative aspects need
correction and healing. And in fact, we all need a lot of healing and
balancing. It is the main key to spiritual progress and happiness in life.

Physical health training and the four elements

The four elements are a main key of wisdom
to analyze problems and to find lawful solutions. When we use this key for the
physical health training then we get interesting results. I want to share some
essential thoughts about this.

The physical training respectively the
training of the physical body has the overall goal to maintain physical health
and a high degree of vitality. Health means harmony, order, balance, a well-functioning
body with its organs, nerves, glands, etc. Vitality means a good or high level
of vital energy, the fuel which the body needs to maintain its functions. A
healthy structure or system with a high level of energy is able to show a great
performance, so that the owner of the physical body can interact with the
material world in a free and good way. He is able to make all kinds of experiences.

Now we have fire, air, water and the earth
element. On the level of the physical body and in regard of health training, we
can address keywords to the elements in the following way:

Fire: Heat. Action. Unleashed power.

Air: Balance. Endurance. Breathing.
Metabolism. Control of fire and water. Vitality.

Water: Cold. Relaxation. Storing energy.

Earth: Strength. Strong structure.
Endurance.

The main polarity is fire and water, two
extreme poles while life exists in the air between them. It is no wonder that
humans prefer a moderate climate, – not too hot, not too cold.

Now, when we think about the metabolism in
connection with the exposure to heat and to cold, then we see very healthy
effects. Let´s think about cold showers, Kneipp treatments or sauna sessions.
Heat helps the body to release all kinds of toxins by sweating and it helps to
improve the supply of blood with nutrients for the whole body or body regions
which are in need for healing. The exposure to cold temperatures or cold water
helps the body to increase his immune defense and to manage “bad weather”
better.

Regarding air, – we are surrounded by air.
The only thing which we can do is to increase the volume of our lungs,
strengthening the breathing function. And we can do conscious breathing for a
saturation with oxygen or a saturation with carbon dioxide or to have a dynamic
way of breathing. Wim Hof is quite famous these days for working with a high
level of oxygen to manage the exposure in cold temperature better and specially
to increase health. Before Wim Hof, we know different breathing techniques from
the Yogis of India. An increased volume of the lungs offers a high level of air
to manage all situations in life. It means a great endurance in all what you
do.

Then we have the earth element with a
strong structure of the body, strong muscles and a powerful supply of the
electromagnetic fluids for earthy endurance.

We need the pole of endurance of the earth
and the pole of endurance of the air element. A strong body without good lungs
does not work well and good lungs achieve nothing without a strong body.

In conclusion: A small choice of exercises
make much sense to maintain a great physical health and vitality which is the
basis for a happy life, success and good progress in the spiritual training.
Recommendable are the saturation with oxygen which Wim Hof teaches in
combination with the expose to cold (showers), sauna sessions, air-endurance
training like jogging and physical strength training. Here the Tabata training
is a smart invention. It is a special type of high intensity training. Then the
warm-up training (gymnastics) of Mantak Chia is recommendable and martial arts
like Wing-Tsung are very useful to train body coordination, spirit,
self-defense, etc.

Maybe as an additional note: The vital
energy breathing and accumulation exercise is great to maintain health on the
energy level. Here the high energy level keeps negative influences on distance
and offers the necessary energy for a high performance in everyday life. There
are specific physical breathing exercises which increase the vital energy level
but the techniques by Bardon are simpler and more efficient.

So far, I spoke only about the physical
health. Mental and psychic health need to be regarded too for the overall
wellbeing.

The wise and the clever

There are a lot of clever people but only a
very few wise people. Clever people are those who are responsible for all the
chaos and trouble in life, for all the extra effort, for the pains and for the
suffering. Clever people do not need to care about laws of nature, the right
time and place, the right situation, lawful ideas, well thought out concepts,
good plans, etc. Clever people just follow their subconscious impulses, their
emotions, their ideas about the world, about what is good and what is bad.
Clever people must realize immediately what is on their minds. They have no
patience. They have no higher insights. They have no capacity to think, to look
beyond their personal limited beliefs or to show empathy. Clever people are
just stupid people. They are driven by their lower, subconscious nature and
infantile ideas. They are like children, playing, without taking
responsibility. They behave like life is just a game without consequences.
Clever people believe in the superiority of their intellect and their own ego.
And unfortunately, they enjoy taking important positions in society to command
all others according to their limited philosophy.

The wise man checks first the situation and
asks then what is useful to do for the greater benefit of all. And then he
checks which laws need to be regarded and how things can be realized in the
best way. He follows his higher intuition and he enjoys serving God, creation
and mankind. His life is simple. Today, people do not care about wise men and
women. They ignore them as much as possible. Wise people are like spoilsports
for those clever people who wants to play games.

I want to give an example.

Imagine someone who is clever. This clever
guy comes to a desert and has the wonderful idea to grow a forest in this
desert. This might be a nice idea, but it is not really realistic. The guy has absolutely
no knowledge about deserts, forests, planting forests, water supply, etc. He
just has this idea, this impulse which makes him feel good and enthusiastic.
And so he starts, taking a tree from a garden and planting it in the desert. The
tree dies. The guy starts thinking. He needs water. Then further tests follow
where the clever guy makes experiments until he understands that he needs not
only water but also earth, seedlings, etc. Then he discovers that the sun is
too hot. He starts thinking again with the result that the sun needs to be
covered. And so, he organizes large covers. Then he notices that there is too
much sand in the desert. And so, he organizes excavators which are meant to bring
all the sand away. But even this is not enough. He needs a permanent water
supply and so, he pipes from the lake from far away to the desert. Now he is
happy, not being aware how he has damaged the whole landscape, the nature and
animal kingdom. The whole effort for a questionable idea for a short time as
the next sandstorm will burry everything. Today, such a person will be celebrated
by people in the internet and on TV.

A wise man would approach the idea of
planting a forest in a different way. The first question is why planting a
forest? Because it is a precious habitat of a diversity of beings and it is
good for the ground and the climate on site. So, by planting a forest, you
serve creation. The second question is, where does it make sense to plant a
forest? For example, there, where a forest was chopped down or where a forest
is needed to help the animals, insects and plants on site. This offers simple
solutions as all is given what is needed, – water, earth, fitting climate. You
just need “baby trees” to set them there. In shortest time with lowest effort
you will have grown your forest for the benefit of all. Let´s imagine going a
step further. As we know, there are areas which were rich with great forests in
ancient times but because armies needed a lot of wood for building ships for
war, these landscapes were cleared completely from trees. The fertile soil was
washed away by rain and so there is not a single tree in these areas anymore. So,
it is a very nice idea to reforest these areas, to establish again a wonderful
nature with all kinds of beings, protecting the ground from further
destruction. This situation takes more effort but also brings extraordinary
results. Here it is necessary to use fitting trees and to set them in fertile
soil bags into the rock, so that they have all nutrients which they need. A
good example are Greek islands and so one can start with a first island to
check how it works and what needs to be improved when progressing to the next
island. In this way, the microclimate would change and nature on the islands
become wonderful again. A great service to creation and mankind.

In conclusion, there is a big difference
between clever people and wise people. This world needs more wise people and
less idiots, and only then we can turn this planet into a real paradise again.

The 5 poles of good and bad

Imagine a horizontal line. On this line
there is a triangle, pointing upwards. And this triangle is mirrored at the
line to point downwards. So, we have two triangles, meeting at the horizontal
line. The left edge is the pole “good”, the right edge is the pole “bad”, the
edge above is the pole “righteous” and the pole below is “equality”. Then we
have a fifth pole in the center “dualistic attitude”.

This horizontal line represents creation
which takes place between the poles of good and bad, – constructive-vital and
destructive-deadly. Most people are in the center with a dualistic attitude,
being good and bad, depending on the situation and their state. The spiritual
development emphasizes the understanding of these two principles, and it makes
use of both. While the student cleans himself from the old and bad, he
vitalizes the good and new in his personality. The old limited nature is
dissolved while the spiritual nature is vitalized. This is the same for all
caterpillars which turn into butterflies. And it is the same which Shiva
supports, – the process of transformation. The goal of this spiritual
development is the pole on the top of the triangle, – becoming the righteous
one, embodying the laws of creation and doing what is right and good. This
includes the punishment and destruction of evil when it is right. If something
is right, does not depend on personal preferences or opinions. It is now a
matter of wisdom and knowledge, of understanding the laws of creation and the
plans of God for the evolution of mankind.

In contrast to the pole of the righteous,
there is below at the top of the downwards orientated triangle the pole of equality.
“Equality” here means that good and bad are mixed to one thing without any
differentiation. It is the typical slogan that good and bad are the same. This
is certainly not true but a nice trap and evil in nature.

In this five-pole-diagram, we see all main positions
for human beings. This diagram offers orientation. And as you see, there are
big differences between a dualistic position, the positions of the righteous
ones and those who pretend that good and bad are equal. A true master is always
righteous like God. Those from the dark side support the lie that good and bad
are the same to justify their evil deeds and their selfishness. And those who
are dualistic in nature, doing good and bad, depending on the state of their
ego, will reap good and bad fruits. The ego itself will bring you anywhere.
These are things to understand and to apply if you want to reach the top where
God and the masters dwell.
