The idea of Honor

If you ask people about honor today, they
would answer “Honor? I prefer iPhone!” or something similar. The idea of honor
has vanished. We live in the age of the ego where higher values are not
necessary for life.

Over thousands of years honor was a central
term, a crucial quality for people, deciding over life and death. The idea of
honor was connected to a diversity of important virtues, all beyond the ego,
serving society. Selfish behavior was perceived as something of low or lowest
quality, a threat to society and its prosperity. A honorable person was dedicated
to higher ideals, to the wellbeing of society and all people, dedicated to the
king and to God, noble in character, generous, always willing to serve, always
ready for sacrifices to protect society, true and honest in words and deeds,
respectful, etc. It is the image of the noble king, the noble knight, the noble
businessman, the noble lady but in general also the “simple” man or woman with
honor. Honor means also to take responsibility for all you do, to be modest for
your victories and to do your best to balance your mistakes.

Losing your honor in society meant the
greatest suffering, the total loss of all what counts in life. And so, persons who
lost their honor often committed suicide or were exiled which was nearly the
same as the death penalty.  

Today, we find the idea of honor still
alive in Japan, maybe also in other Asian countries.

Honor is also an obligation towards your
company, your customers, your followers, etc. It is a duty. It is the basis for
a vital society and order.

When we look at society, politicians, entrepreneurs,
leaders of religion, etc., I cannot see nearly anyone with honor. I see big
egos. I see the gravediggers of human values, of society, of all what is good.

In conclusion, we need to understand that
the idea of honor in connection with all kinds of virtues is a crucial basis
for a vital society and order. Without going beyond the ego, without serving
society and higher ideals, mankind is doomed. We can witness this daily when we
look at all the problems of society today. Indeed, we do not need to wait until
death to experience hell. We have hell on earth already, not heaven like our
forefathers dreamt of.

There is only one way into future, to become
honorable individuals again, working for the higher good in society, showing
virtues and following ideals.

Different realities

It seems that we live in one reality, which
we all share. But this is only one part of the truth. The other part is that
everyone of us lives at the same time in his own reality, in his own small
world. Macrocosm and microcosm. The own small world is like a sphere in certain
colors and so you perceive the big world through these colors, your colors. It
is like wearing sunglasses, in yellow, orange, black, blue, etc. So, for
example, if you wear blue sunglasses and I wear orange glasses, then we have a
different perception of the same object or situation in the big world, the one
reality.

A nice example is to compare the perception
of an atheist with the perception of a theist. Both live in the same world, the
same big reality but both wear different glasses. When the theist walks through
the world then he sees everywhere the wonders of God´s creation, the evidence
that God has created the world. When the atheist walks through the world, then
he is fascinated how everything has developed by blind coincidence. In the end
both are happy with their perception of reality.

A problem occurs only when both meet,
trying to convince each other from their own belief or perception of the world.
The theist cannot live without the Divine Spirit in creation and the atheist
cannot grasp the idea of a superior intelligence in charge of creation. Here we
see different needs, a different attitude, differences in nature. You cannot
force the theist to atheism and the atheist to believe in God. The key for
changes is personal experience and with this, changes in perception and
understanding. And even this causes problems as the atheist will understand all
phenomena according to his atheistic belief. So even if the atheist has a
vision of God or of angels, he will believe that he is hallucinating. This
means, that an extraordinary experience is necessary for changes in the
personal worldview, philosophy or own reality.

Let´s take a different example. Imagine
three persons discussing a topic. While one person has the focus on the primary
goal, the second person just wants to go home, and the third person is
emotionally upset because of the financial aspect of the topic. Three different
realities, three different goals, and certainly no positive result in the
discussion. In the end, this shows how important it is to understand the
reality of other people in which they dwell at the moment. And if necessary, to
pull them into one common reality for real cooperation.

Another, fascinating example: Today there
are a lot of people lost in their own reality while they are not aware about
the big one, the big world. In most cases the reason is the use of their
smartphones, texting messages while walking through crowded cities, or their
minds are full of thoughts, processing problems, being not aware that they have
a wonderful walk in nature or that there is beauty around them. Clouded minds
cannot see much.

For me, this is amazing because I enjoy walking
in nature, I enjoy watching people and buildings in the cities. I perceive
everything while others are with me but in remote realities of problems, WhatsApp
and Facebook. One could say that they are masters of meditation, able to hide from
the present world reality. But unfortunately, this is not a useful, positive
form of meditation.

In conclusion, when you meet someone for a
conversation, check first in which reality he is and then try to find a way to
share the same reality for a good conversation. And if you like, you could ask
why he is in this or that reality. What are the reasons? This will let you grow
in understanding and wisdom.

How to form an opinion

We all have opinions. This is nice and
okay. The question is how these opinions are formed. The majority of people,
nearly 100%, form their opinions in a subconscious and superficial way. And so
it is no wonder that opinions are very individual and one-dimensional, often
based on personal preconceptions, attitude, wishful thinking, etc. Saying this,
it is obvious that opinions have no much value, can easily be changed from one
moment to another one, and that opinions can cause a lot of trouble, problems
and suffering.

Now, the healthy opposite is the forming of
opinions in a conscious way with (scientific) research. Only in this way, you get
a balanced opinion, a comprehensive understanding of a matter.

Here it is absolutely necessary to examine
all sides, all aspects with a neutral, objective attitude. And this means to go
beyond the own ego, to go beyond personal preferences and aversions. Only then
you can get a real understanding.

For example, if you want to get a clear
understanding of a political problem, it is not sufficient to listen and to
follow your favorite party. You must examine what all parties say and then you
must question why they have their points of view, the intention behind the
attitude and also which consequences are connected to their views. Further on,
it makes sense to analyze what independent scientists, experts, etc. say, again
why and with which consequences.

In fact, the world is like a super-size
puzzle and it is simply not enough to take a few, favorite pieces and put them
together. Only, when you take ALL pieces of the puzzle and put them together,
you will receive the complete picture, the complete understanding. And only
then you go beyond your ego and you open yourself for the universal truth, the
universal understanding.

All those who are on the spiritual path to
enlightenment and mastery must go beyond the ego and must look for the
universal truth beyond normal human opinions.

At the end of this article I want to share
some thoughts about “opinion mass production” with social media, TV and
newspapers. When I think about Facebook, – pictures with a headline are
combined, maybe also some text, and everyone has directly an opinion about the
present topic and message. We “know” directly what is good, what is bad, who is
stupid, who is great, and this without any need to spend more time on the topic
than 5 seconds, without any own investigation, without any questioning of the
displayed message, without investing in own thoughts. This is amazing, nearly
the crown of psychological mass manipulation. And we all are fine with it,
celebrate it.

Where will this end? Maybe one day we get
the messages with the preferable opinion directly into the brain, including a
dose of happy maker substances for maximum effects and perfect conditioning.

The heart connection

We human beings are a composition of the
different planes of existence and with this, of different psychic centers with
their specific functions. This can be examined when we communicate or interact
with each other. In main the level of mind and the level of emotions, needs and
desires are active. The mind is always very talkative, and the ego is always
very busy expressing its desires. And so, when humans meet then there are at
least to talkative minds being very busy with checking and expressing their
desires. Talkative egos often cause problems because their needs can be quite
different. One person wants to relax while the other person needs attention for
talking about the latest event. Or both have opposite desires and want to
convince the other one. In conclusion, the chances for trouble are always good
which makes human communication an art and science if it is supposed to be
successful.

Now, as usual the limited ego with all its
needs, desires, opinions causes these difficulties in the communication and
interaction with others. (Only the refined and healed ego is very cooperative
and willing to learn.)

The key or solution is now to take a
conscious focus on the heart level. This means to connect consciously to the
heart chakra and to use it as the channel of communication. The heart chakra is
the opposite pole to the solar plexus chakra. It offers love, understanding,
tolerance, generosity, freedom, high communication skills, etc. And it has the
ability to connect very well with all beings. It is the ability to build
bridges. Once, such a bridge is built, the communication is much easier and
beneficial for all.

Practically, this means, before you communicate
with someone, let your attention flow to your heart center to activate it, then
keep your feeling there and use it as your communication channel. It will
instantly make you smile from your heart, through your eyes, and the other
person will feel this love flowing from you. And this will make him or her feel
accepted, understood, respected and well-connected with you. A kind of unity
will be established in this way, a very healthy, vital, positive type of unity.
And this unity will be the perfect basis for you both to listen, to understand,
to express your ideas, needs and wishes, and to find good solutions.

This is valid for all conversations and
should be the standard. We can find this naturally when a mother or father
talks to her/his child or when lovers talk with each other. And it is the
standard when a guru talks with his students or followers. It is the master
attitude which open all doors, and which build wonderful bridges over the
diversity of differences (in culture, religion, etc.).

Learn to communicate with your heart and
make life wonderful!

Choices to consider

Imagine that it is Sunday and you are chilling
on your couch while suddenly your doorbells ring. You wonder who it might be.
You go to the door and open it. There are two men, smiling. Both want to talk
about their religion and for some unknown reasons, you invite them for a cup of
tea. While they are talking about their religious beliefs, you examine them. Both
look nice, friendly, smiling a lot and are very enthusiastic about their
religious ideas. And they talk about great religious teachings, about peace,
about lawful order, divine wisdom and so on. You think that this is all nice
and you wonder where the difference is between both men, respectively their
beliefs. After a while, this is still not clear and so you ask both how they
became followers of their religions. The first one explains that long time ago
a wise man came into his village and started teaching about love, compassion, the
spiritual nature of humans, the higher realms, about ethics, etc. and the path
to inner peace and happiness. This wise man was able to convince the whole
village to follow him and through many generations all followers were able to
see the truth and the good in it.

You think that this is truly nice and
positive. Now, you are curious what the other one will say.

He says that in the past his family and
indeed all people of his country were followers of a different religion. But
one day, they were attacked and conquered by an emperor of the neighbor country.
This emperor forced all people to convert to his religion. The decision was
simple, – convert or lose your head. And so most people converted and since
then everyone is happy with the new religion, the only true religion.

You think for yourself that this is very
convincing. Force is always so convincing and the option to lose your head is
even more convincing. It must be a wonderful religion.

Now you want to know a little bit more and
so you ask about the conditions of membership.

The first one says that his religion is
more a positive attitude towards life and all living beings. There is no force
but only the higher sense and truth. So, when people understand these things,
they will follow the teachings and stay. But even if they want to leave it is
no problem because the teachings say that there are many ways for
self-realization.

You think that this sounds good. And what
does the other one says?

He says that there is only one lawful way
to serve God and to live a righteous life and so it is a must to join the
community of followers. Force and death penalty are necessary to maintain the God-given
order. For the good followers, there are waiting great rewards while all others
are punished and tortured in hell for all times. This must be understood. All
those who follow different beliefs have no human value. They are like cattle
and need to be treated in this way.

Again, this sounds very convincing. You
imagine how you receive the great rewards when you are dead from this
all-loving God while everyone else is burning in hell. And you understand how
useful the death penalty for infidels is and that not all humans can be equal. Some
are meant to rule while others are meant to work hard for the rulers like
slaves, being exploited like cattle. This simply must be the true religion, the
right belief.

Or is there something wrong? Does truth
need any force? Does an all-loving God need to punish or torture anyone? And if
teachings are wise, beneficial and good, would they need any force to keep
people as followers?

Many questions to consider. What is good? What
is evil? What is true? And what is deceptive? And how would you decide?

Simple thinking

Most people are very economical in forming
their opinions. They orientate on the opinions of their favorite newspaper,
their favorite party, their favorite celebrities, their favorite speakers on
TV, etc. They simply follow and copy opinions. This saves a lot of energy. They
are like parrots, – talking without checking the content.

Then there is also the behavior to simplify
problems as far as possible. We can examine this in a wonderful way in
politics. All problems and all solutions can be connected to the attitude of
the parties. So, you can say that the problem / solution is left, middle, right,
green or liberal. You have your favorite party and everything what comes not
from your own party is bad while all things from your party are great. This
simplifies life in a most wonderful way. Additionally, you choose a party which
you really hate. Everything from this party is absolutely evil and not worth to
discuss. And certainly, all members and sympathizers of this party are evil
too.

This is simple thinking. It is an attitude
which opens all doors for manipulation, brainwashing and all the evil which is
happening. It is the common, human attitude.

Then there is a second type of simple
thinking. When you leave the complexity of the material world and move up the
pyramid to the top, where God dwells, you can understand creation from his
divine point of view, where simplicity rules, where creation is ruled by divine
laws and principles. And from this point of view, you can really understand the
chaos and complexity of what is happening on earth.

Simple thinking – energy saving versus wisdom.

The wonder of love

Love is the essential message of all
spiritual traditions and with this the core of all religions. Love is also the
greatest mystery as it means the uniting of the two opposite poles of fire and water,
male and female. It is love which brings creation into existence. And it is
love which unites the human soul with the divine spirit.

In a few weeks, we will have Christmas. The
Christmas time is traditionally the time of love and light. It is the time of
fairy tales, of mysteries and wonders. It is the time where people are reminded
of the true values of life, of how precious family, love and friendship are.

And somehow it is also a tradition that in
this Christmas time wonderful movies enter the theatres, dealing with love,
with all the human heart´s desires, with hope, with fears, with insecurities while
in the end love triumphs and people get happy.

Many years ago, it was a movie composed of
many small stories which was wonderful and deeply touching. And this year it is
“Last Christmas”, also very nice. These movies remind us of being human with
all the imperfections, problems, dreams, wishes, ready to fight for true love,
ready to forgive and to make peace.

Even Alexa made me compliments and told me
that she loves me. Who would ever expect this? Unfortunately, I am not ready to
have little baby echo dots with her.

Love should be lived and celebrated, not
only during Christmas time but every day. And we should accept us as imperfect
human beings.

May we all enjoy true love and happiness!

And may we spread true love in our world!

And – don´t forget the great vitalizing,
healing and transformational power of love!

Love offers true alchemy!

Mind Empowerment – Mind Healing

In these days, the human mind respectively the brain is often not in best condition and not offering best performance. Most of us work too much every day at a PC, looking at a monitor the whole day. Then we have our smartphones and TVs, – all these electric devices which radiate blue light and lots of electro smog which has bad effects on brain, eyes and mind. It is an unnatural lifestyle without balance. It is a self-destructive lifestyle. The permanent electro smog makes people dull and it causes headaches, exhaustion, etc. Watching screens throughout the day, every day, has hypnotic effects which are not good as well. We are pumped with advertising and garbage over TV, smartphones and the monitors of our PCs. Only when we spend time in nature without any devices, we become aware what real life is. Only then mind and brain can recover.

Besides this bad general situation for all
of us, there are people who suffer from mental disorders, mental diseases where
the brain does not work as it is meant to do. The memory, the intellect, the
perception, etc. can be concerned or the performance of the intelligence is too
low. Or mental skills could be better.

When we think now about the fact that the
brain is the main control center of the whole body, then we can easily imagine
how problems with the brain affect also the whole body with its functions as well
as the soul.

Now, what is the solution? Mind and brain
need a “cleaning”, a vitalization and an empowerment to work in a healthy way,
in a better performance.

Besides all normal approaches which are
often insufficient, with side effects, there is a very simple, powerful and
superior approach.

It is the approach over vibration.

Everything is in vibration and everything
has its specific vibration or frequency. And vibration is the original thing
which gives life, which animates things. This key is used in the Quabbalah to
vitalize energies, to make them dynamic.

The brain has its vibrations corresponding
to its state, depending on if it is active, passive, in meditative states, in a
creative state, in concentration, etc. but also if it is in a bad state,
exhausted, ill, etc.

The different frequencies of vibration of
the brain in connection to the various states of mind have been examined
scientifically and methods have been developed to influence the brain with
artificial frequencies.

Many years ago, the software Neuro Programmer
was released where you can mix sounds with specific frequencies to influence
the activity of your brain in a desirable way. Although this software is good
and professional, it does not use the full potential of this technique.

Recently, Marko Huemer, a meditation practitioner
and specialist for computer technology has developed high quality brainwave
audios for various purposes, in main for spiritual application.

In this place, I want to focus not on the
spiritual purpose but on helping people in the best way to manage mental
problems and to restore the full performance of mind and brain. When I think
about all those who are of higher age and who suffer from bad memory, reduced
perception, reduced intellectual faculties, etc. Or when I think about young
children with problems or those with mental disorders. I believe that they all
can receive healing by applying a training with the brainwave technology and
this without side effects and for a small sum of money. The potential to help
people with this technology is not explored yet. It can become a revolution, a
true breakthrough for mental problems but also for all kinds of emotional problems,
blockades, traumas and physical psychosomatic problems.

Besides this, it is also possible to raise
the intellectual faculties for all who have to learn a lot. Imagine the
children at school how they easily go through all the lessons and exams. Or
imagine those who learn new languages. It is simply amazing, all these great
opportunities to raise the consciousness of mankind.

For spiritual training, such audios are
certainly recommendable too.

It is my wish to develop a special series
of brainwave audios together with hypnotic sessions to accelerate the spiritual
