This is a character from “Legend” written by Marie Lu....
This is a character from “Legend” written by Marie Lu. His name is Daniel “Day” Wing. He’s one of the coolest characters in the book and I’ve been meaning to draw him for months now. And it just so happens, this is the cure for my art block. I realized I just needed some inspiration and not some forced determination. Anyways, I hope this keeps up with me. For the meantime, I’m might draw another THG comic… something really… touchy hehe.
oh and btw, the words on the top is quote from the book.

It’s been a long time since I’ve uploaded any of my photography practice here. This past Friday, I headed out to the Santa Anita Race Track to watch the horses warm up before their race, and to practice panning.
Disclaimer: I have a love/hate relationship with horse racing. A childhood spent devouring Marguerite Henry novels means I love the excitement and the spirit and the horses and the Triple Crown—this makes me particularly frustrated with the industry’s cruel practices. Insert money into anything and it brings out the dark side in folks, doesn’t it? Still, I can’t help smiling when I see them thundering down the track.

The upcoming CHAMPION book trailer that MainStay Productions is filming stars Assassin’s Creed 4 parkour guy Chris Romwell as Day’s stunt double. Yes. I know. ♥ I’m so excited! In the meantime, here’s an awesome little behind-the-scenes clip of the making of the trailer. Rappelling off the side of a building!
