Falldown
Regarding Damodara’s plight, we are very sorry but we must always expect that some of the weak soldiers may fall down in a fight waged against the great Maya external energy of Krishna. The sex attraction is very great in the material world. But in the spiritual world it is different. From Srimad-Bhagavatam we know that the opposite sex namely the female members of Vaikuntha are many many times more beautiful than they are in the heavenly planets. Their hips and attractive smiles cannot stimulate sex urge passion of the man or male devotees. In the Vaikuntha planets the opulence is very great and yet they are all engaged in the transcendental loving service of the Lord. It is very difficult to conquer over the influence of Maya, but who firmly fixed up in Krishna Consciousness cannot be a victim of Maya. Anyway, we cannot stop our fighting with Maya, neither we can expect that all our soldiers will remain unhurt. You know Arjuna’s son Abhimanyu was killed in the battle in which Bhismadeva was a party. Fight Krishna’s cause sincerely and you will be gloried with victory.

Caesar’s wife must be above suspicion
An English proverb: “Caesar’s wife must be above suspicion.” So anyone who is on the position of teacher, he must be above suspicion. That is our first acceptance of teacher. We don’t accept any teacher who is under suspicion.
How he can be teacher if he’s under suspicion? Now they may question that if you are above suspicion. “No, I am not above suspicion, but I am carrying the message which is above suspicion. Therefore I am above suspicion.” The peon delivering you four hundred dollars, he is not rich man, but he is actually delivering four hundred dollars. That is our position. Therefore we say, evam parampara-praptam [Bg 4.2]. I may be rascal, it doesn’t matter, but because I am carrying the message which is not rascal, therefore I am fit. This is our… We don’t say anything rascaldom because we don’t say anything which is not spoken by Krsna or by authorities like Vyasadeva. That is our position. Don’t teach anyone else except what Krsna teaches. Krsna says, “Surrender unto Me.” We say, “Surrender unto Krsna.”

Aksaya Tritiya

My Dear Yogesvara, Gurudasa, Digvijaya, Lesley, Yvonne, Jyotirmayi, Paul, Prithadevi, Purnananda, Tom, Lena, Dhananjaya, Inga, Mandakini, Tirthapada, Trivikrama, Yamuna, and Jaya Hari,
Please accept my blessings. I thank you all very much for your Aksoy Treetiya card. This is the new years day of the appearance of Satya Yuga. Satya Yuga means the age when people did not know anything except the Absolute Truth or the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
In Srimad-Bhagavatam we begin our reading by offering of obeisances to the Supreme Truth Satyam Param Dhimahi [SB 1.1.1], so those who are strictly on the Bhagavat line or in Krsna consciousness actually they are living in Satya Yuga age.
