How to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse: Or At Least What Not to Do…
Julianne Snow
Okay, you’ve made it. You’re still alive, at least for the moment. As you try to make your way through the newly undead landscape, what are the actions you should avoid? What activities are likely going to expedite your demise? There are six major things I believe won’t help you at all. Just six and if you can avoid them, you may just have a chance of surviving.
Don’t Underestimate Your Foe: Zombies are going to come at you in any which way they can. If you think they are going to act exactly like what you see in the movies, you’re going to have a problem. They’re not going to behave in a scripted way, moving ever closer in a prolonged sequence. They are not going to wait until the precise moment for…

Walking With Zombies:
A Natural History of Dead World
It may sound strange coming from a writer who has made a name for himself with his zombie fiction, but I’ve always found the idea of the dead rising up to eat the living a little ridiculous.
I mean, I love zombies. Don’t get me wrong. I love their rotten little hearts. I have read nearly every zombie book and graphic novel out there. I’ve watched most of the movies too. But for as much as I have enjoyed those forays into the land of the dead, I still have a hard time getting behind most of the explanations that are given for why a dead body would suddenly rise up and want to eat me. I understand that the cannibal dead has been a nearly universal concern for speculative writers, ranging from The Epic of Gilgamesh to the Bible…

Something unique about it.

The survivors have one more chance when Mark befriends Todd in a nearby refugee camp; he invites the group to fly with him to his wealthy family’s home in Oklahoma.
But what’s inside Todd’s house may be worse than the zombies outside. And now Jennifer has more than Mark and herself to worry about…

What is your latest zombie release?
Time of Death Book 2: Asylum
Quick description of it (no spoilers)
Surviving the journey is just the beginning.
The last two months have brought nothing but death and destruction for Emma Rossi. She survived the initial zombie outbreak with her husband, Jake, and their dog, Daphne, but the cost was steep: Sanibel has fallen.
In a world where the only constant is change, the group is pushed to their limits before reaching the gates of Asylum, a coastal stronghold in Sarasota, Florida.
Once again, Emma must navigate an apocalyptic wasteland filled with relentless hordes of the undead and other menacing horrors that threaten her survival.
Only thing is certain. No one is safe from what lurks on either side of Asylum’s gates. Sanity will be tested; and many won’t live to tell the tale.

What is your latest zombie release?
The Dead of Penderghast Manor
Quick description of it (no spoilers)
What would you do if you knew the Dead could talk?
For Chester Penderghast, it’s not the easiest of questions to answer…
Ensconced in the basement of his family’s mortuary business is the last place he wants to be, but when the conversation starts flowing, Chester’s the only living person who can hear it. What do the Dead want, and why is he the only one who can hear them?
This is not your average zombie tale—the Dead don’t want to eat your brains, but they will chew your ear off!
Something unique about it.
The dead aren’t your typical Undead – I like to play within the genre sometimes and this is the product of my twisted and sometimes humourous mind.

What is your latest zombie release?
Z Children: Awakening
Quick description of it (no spoilers):
This book chronicles the beginning of a zombie outbreak as told through the eyes of six main characters in Texas. These first person POV origin stories are the vehicle to creating two distinct survival groups that will be carried forward throughout the next several books. We’ve also included secondary characters, presented in 3rd person omniscient to create distance between said characters and the readers, which will become increasingly important as the world of the Z Children builds. The outbreak premise of our storyline centers around the ever-changing climate of world health, particularly focusing on the vaccination schedule prescribed by the CDC and the quality-control associated with said commonly administered vaccines. Although there is gore, and plenty of it, we’ve prioritized character development and…
