Off to print!
I can't believe it - after five years of gestation, my newest baby, 'The Family with Two Front Doors' is off to the printer. Little did I realise when I sat down down to write a story based on my grandmother's childhood in Lublin, Poland, in the 1920s, that it would take me four years to research and write (including a trip to Poland), and then another year of illustrating and editing before it was ready to print.
