Artistic Wensday

Cheers, everyone! I sent in my submission form today, and hopefully my cover will be done in a remainder of a few days-which is why my blog post title is "Artistic Wensday". Hopefully, I spelled Wensday right-I always have problems spelling it right.) Also, just yesterday, I got a facebook account, and as a reminder, I also have twitter. Schooltime!

School is coming too, too, soon! But I really can't wait-I'm sure the rest of my fellow 5th graders-now sixth graders-can't wait either! I just came back from my Sixth grde summer canteen, where we took a tour around the school-my second one now!-and practiced opening locks and met new people. It was alot of fun! I also looked at the lockers, and they aren't as small as I thought they were. Hopefully my backpack with straps and built in roller will fit in it as well as my locker shelf! But...

Mentor Monday

Today's the day school would normally start, and back then, they;d have governesses or private tutors to teach them, but those governesses or private tutors are also known as mentors. Hopefully, today it won't rain-I want to see it nice and sunny again so my family and I can go out and eat lunch today. But so far, the weather's not looking too bad. There's one thing I'm really excited for-Children's book day at Washington Irving's Sunnyside in Tarrytown New York on September 19th. I'm so...

Serendipity Sunday

I guess you're all wondering what Serendipity means. Serendipity means out of nowhere and very unexpected. And Sunday is pretty unexpected. You don't know what's going to happen-Sunday is the beginning of the week, where you begin everything fresh, everything new. So far, I'm ready to turn in my paperwork, and my Sequel is going wonderfully. I hope you all heard about my contest on the name of one of my characters, and I hope you'll all vote for a name that you like.

Have you ever had the feeling that you're overloaded? Well know is the time that I feel that.

I have a contest for all of you!

Because I am writing my sequel and I like basing alot of my characters on real people, I am going to create a challenge for all of you. Whoever comes up with the best scenario case will be able to be featured as one of my characters:you'll just have to anwser a few questions, though. So comment on this post and put your best case scenario on it to get a chance to be featured as a character in my book. So have fun!

I'm starting to write my sequel-hopefully I'll get it done soon!

I don't know about other authors, but I'm a sort of person who like to go ahead of time and start doing things earlier so that I'll have it all ready for me when I want it. Same thing with my sequel. I've already tried starting it, and it's actually turning out really nicely. I just need to fix and touch up a few things and establish what my plot will be, and everything will be perfect. Also, my book's production in publishing is coming along smoothly, so I have a feeling it willb e out...

Sequel...or Prequel?

I'm having some big problems. Because I like going ahead and having things in advance, I am currently writing my second novel. The only problem is...is that I don't know whether I should write the sequel...or the prequel. Prequel's are sort of like side stories from a different character's point of view. Sequel's are the leading up book to the author's first debut.

But for me, I'm not sure at all. After I finished my book I planned that I would write the prequel, but now that I have some good ...
