Minster Fox
So, I'm thinking of becoming an ordained Minster in the Universal Life Church. Really. I could perform weddings! Wouldn't that be AWESOME? People would call me Minster. Though I think I like the title 'Reverend' better. I wonder if I could become a Reverend?

Interview with Author Heather Thurmeier
I am so very excited to have the very talented HEATHER THURMEIER here with me today!
LisaFox: So, tell us about you. Who is Heather Thurmeier?
HeatherThurmeier: Hmm, not too much to tell. I grew up in the Canadian prairies, but now live in the US. If you're not familiar with the prairies, I'll give you a hint. It's flat. Really, really flat. I have an awesome husband and two awesome kids and a dog. He's awesome too in his own way…when he's not getting into trouble.
LF: You are a romance author, but do you consider yourself a romantic?
HT: Absolutely! I have a super romantic side. I love reading romances and I've forced my husband to watch more than one romantic movie. He's usually a good sport. Luckily I snagged a guy who has a romantic side too. To me, there's nothing better than seeing an elderly couple together, still holding hands, still kissing—still giving each other The Look. It makes my heart hurt thinking about that kind of love.
LF: Tell us about Nate Miller, the hero of BUNNY HILLS AND BIKINIS.
HT: Nate has the sexiest voice you've ever heard. To quote Amelia's thoughts upon hearing his voice for the first time, "Wow. His voice is like chocolate and sex rolled into one yummy nugget of pure deliciousness."
Do I need to say more?
I have a thing for voices.
LF: Who plays him in the movie?
HT: Alcide Herveaux. Yum.

LF: What made you decide that you wanted to self-publish this book?
HT: I'm a new author and self-publishing is a newly-acceptable option. It's been around a long time, but only recently has it become something that's not frowned upon. My first book LOVE AND LATTES is published with an ePublisher and the experience has been great. But being that I'm new, I wanted to try out all the options available for my stories. I had this one that I wasn't doing anything else with and thought that I may as well give self-publishing a try to see which experience I like better—working on my own, or working with an ePublisher. So far both experiences have been rewarding in different ways. I can't yet say whether I like one option better than another. Time will tell.
LF: What are you doing when you are not writing?
HT: When I'm not writing, I'm busy being a full-time, stay at home mum. I should clarify this to say that when I'm not being a stay at home mum, I'm writing. My family comes first, my writing comes second. You can also find me reading, watching TV or movies with my hubs and hanging out with friends.
LF: You get one wish – just one – what is it?
HT: I wish for more wishes… No? Not playing by the rules? Fine.
I wish for my kids to have happy, healthy, long lives.
LF: Any new projects in the works?
HT: Yes, I'm currently finishing up the first draft of a light, humorous paranormal romance. It's my first paranormal so I suspect I'll have my work cut out for me in revisions, but I'm very excited about this project and hope my readers love it. I also have plans to write a third Meadow Ridge Romance. Hopefully my publisher loves it as much as the first two. Of course, I have to actually write it before they can love it! LOL.

Six Sentence Sunday

Merry, twinkling laughter sent shivers racing down his spine, and he opened his eyes to find his beautiful goddess sitting life-sized and in the flesh beside him.
