Will Military Mandate COVID Vaccines? Know Your Rights.

With the Armed Forces projecting a SARS-CoV2 vaccine mandate by Sept. 1, many military families are inquiring about their exemption rights for an experimental drug.

By  Pam Long

With the Armed Forces projecting a COVID vaccine mandate by Sept. 1, many military families are inquiring about their exemption rights for an experimental drug. Here’s what the regulations state.

With the Armed Forces projecting a SARS-CoV2 vaccine mandate by Sept. 1, many military families are inquiring about their exemption rights for an experimental drug.

As of July 1, the military reported COVID vaccination rates of between 58% to 77% across all branches. That means potentially 25% of U.S. military personnel may seek exemptions. What are their rights?

Army Regulation AR40-562 provides the long-standing exemption rights for the Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard, including active and reserve components.

This guidance pre-dates the SARS-CoV2 vaccine in its last updated version in 2013. Below we outline the guidance, as it applies to COVID vaccines.

Immunity testing and contraindication screening required

First and foremost, it is the responsibility of the medical authorities and command leaders to provide screenings prior to immunization.

Army Regulation AR40-562 states:

“Ensure patients are evaluated for pre-existing immunity, screened for administrative and medical exemptions, and/or evaluated for the need for medical exemptions to immunizations or chemoprophylaxis medications. Exemptions are granted per paragraph 2-6; document any exemptions.”

Positive PCR tests, antibody tests and T-cell tests should be documented in the medical record, according to the regulation:

“Before immunizing, conduct serologic testing where available. At a minimum, conduct serologic testing for antibodies for measles, rubella, hepatitis A, hepatitis B and varicella. Document medical exemptions for immunity (MI) in Service ITS. Documented medical exemptions for immunity will be accepted as evidence of immunity in lieu of vaccination.”

Because of the serious risks of vaccine reactions, medical authorities and command leaders must have first responders at the vaccination site with specified medical supplies equipment, as stated:

“Ensure emergency medical response is available and that personnel who administer immunizations receive training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, administration of epinephrine and emergency response to immunization-adverse events.”

The military regulation also requires reporting of adverse reactions listed on the VAERS Table of Reportable Events Following Vaccination to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System.

The military acknowledges some people have hypersensitivity or allergy to vaccines:

“Before administration of any medication, including vaccines, determine if the individual has previously shown any unusual degree of adverse reaction or allergy to it or any specific component of the vaccine or its packaging (for example eggs, gelatin, preservatives, latex.) Review the manufacturers package inserts and reference materials for product specific information.”

This requirement cannot be met for COVID vaccines because the vaccine package inserts are blank. This provides a reasonable basis for anyone concerned about an allergic reaction or anaphylaxis to abstain from the vaccine. Polyethylene glycol and polysorbate allergies are a common concern with the SARS-CoV2 vaccines.

Pilots and flight crews with risk of vision impairments and blood clots at altitude should be given particular consideration with the SARS-CoV2 vaccine.

Military acknowledges pregnancy is contraindication for vaccines

Under theArmy Regulation AR40-562’s concerns for “immunizing women of childbearing potential,” the military acknowledges pregnancy is a contraindication for vaccines:

“Discreetly ask her if she is, or might be pregnant. Document responses in health record. If the answer is “yes,” and the ACIP does not recommend the vaccine for use in pregnancy, then defer her from immunization or refer to an obstetric healthcare provider to determine whether the benefits of immunization outweigh risks in pregnancy.”

This is a very important section of the regulation concerning pregnant women. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has taken the position that pregnant women “can” get the SARS-CoV2 vaccine because limited self-reporting data from new COVID vaccine safety monitoring systems did not identify safety concerns.

However as of July 22, the CDC’s Advisory Committee (ACIP) on Immunization Practices has not recommended the SARS-CoV2 vaccine for pregnant women, and therefore pregnant and breastfeeding women in the military have a legal right to exempt and cannot be required to receive the vaccine.

Prior to recommendation, the ACIP is required to review published clinical trials for pregnant and breastfeeding women and the developmental outcomes of their fetuses exposed in the womb. These trials have not been completed. Developmental and reproductive toxicity has not been studied, and risks to fertility are unknown.

Two types of exemptions allowed for COVID vaccines

There are two main types of exemptions in the military: medical and administrative.

The following are Military Medical Codes for exemption that apply to SARS-CoV2 vaccines:

MD: Medical, Declined. Pertains to optional vaccines, including any vaccines under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

MI: Medical, Immune. Provide evidence of immunity by serologic test or documented previous infection, or natural infection presumed.

MP: Medical, Permanent. Pertains to any contraindication determined by a physician.

MR: Medical, Reactive. Pertains to any previous severe reaction to a vaccine, including anaphylaxis, that required medical consultation.

MT: Medical, Temporary. Pertains to pregnancy, hospitalization, immune suppression, pending medical evaluation board, or any temporary contraindication to immunization.

The following are Military Administrative Codes for exemption that apply to SARS-CoV2 vaccines:

AR: Administrative, Refusal. Pertains to people who obtained a religious accommodation.

AS: Administrative, Separation. Pertains to people pending discharge, separation (within 60 days) and retirement (within 180 days.)

AT: Administrative, Temporary. Pertains to people pending legal action.

NR: Not Required. Pertains to service members transitioning to civilian employees or contractors.

Commanders have flexibility

Army Regulation AR40-562 gives flexibility to commanders to conduct a “disease threat assessment.”

This could result in a commander assessing that herd immunity has been established and COVID restrictions should be lifted to maximize unit training and mission capabilities.

This commander discretion could also result in administrative exemptions with individual assessments of mission critical personnel: “The commander has not directed immunization because of overriding mission requirements.”

In some geographic regions and units, there might only be one person with a critical military occupational specialty.

COVID vaccine mandates can be legally challenged

Army Regulation AR40-562 lists criteria for EUA drugs. This criteria can be legally challenged.

Grocery Prices Could Rise 10 to 14 Percent By October, Grocery Chain CEO Warns

While we can’t know for certain, Catsimatidis said rising costs could mean an astounding 10 to 14 percent specific increase in grocery prices by October.

The Blogging Hounds

By Brad Polumbo JULY 21, 2021

American families are already struggling amid mounting priceinflationthat’s eating away at their budgets, with higher costs for housing, vehicles, and more. Yet a top CEO is warning that the growing inflation problem facing Americans could get much worse in the coming months.

The latest June data already showprice inflation at a 13-year high, with prices having risen 5.4 percent year-over-year. Proponents of the big-government policies driving much of this increase insist the uptick in prices is only temporary. But billionaire and grocery chain CEO John Catsimatidis justpredictedthat overall price inflation, for consumer goods generally, will hit a 6 percent annualized rate by October.

In aninterviewwithFox Business, the CEO warned that his industry is seeing skyrocketing costs on the supply chain side, and that businesses will have to raise prices for consumers as a result.

Why is the “Deep State” arming the terrorists?

By Batko Milacic for the Saker Blog

Just a few months since Joe Biden’s election, the Western idea of terrorism has radically changed. With the media having spared no effort making people believe that the real terrorists are indeed the armed supporters of the Republicans, who are ready to take on the crowd of BLM “looters” and express their right to protest by demonstrating that right at the Capitol. As for those responsible for the events of 9/11, for the deaths of thousands of innocent people, for the chaos in the Middle East and the flows of refugees … they are now simply rebels, and not just ordinary ones, but pro-Western too.

The media has once again proved its status as the “seventh force”! All of a sudden, the remnants of the seemingly defeated ISIS and the crushed al-Qaeda have changed their names. The radical Jabhat al-Nusra suddenly turned into an authoritarian, albeit quite suitable partner for Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, whose leader, Abu Mohammad al-Jolani, sat for a February 2021 interview with the correspondent of the “independent” and popular TV program Frontline as a completely secular man clad in a suit and talking about Islamic values. True, independent journalism is on its knees in the West, and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), which distributes Frontline materials, has close links to Joe Biden’s administration. The very same Democratic administration which brands as the West’s enemy anyone who does not share its policy.

Why did the “Democrats” need this? After all, everyone understands that a wolf in sheep’s clothing is still a wolf, and the experience of Afghanistan and Osama bin Laden seemed to have taught the “Deep State“ controlled intelligence services a long time ago that Islamic radicals are extremely unreliable allies. But the urge to control Middle East oil and prevent the region’s return to stability under Russian patronage clearly outweighs any risks, at least in the eyes of the “Deep State“ elite.

Donald Trump wanted to withdraw US troops at least from Northern Syria, leaving it in the care of Russians and Turks, but James Jeffrey, US Special Representative for Syria and Iraq, long in the service of the “Deep State,” lied to his president, downplaying the number of troops and giving a distorted picture of what was going on in the region. This eventually cost him his job, but Donald Trump did lose his battle with the system while still in office.

Trump’s pragmatic approach dictated by a desire to cut costs on unnecessary wars, was simply sabotaged. So, Donald Trump quite logically decided against providing weapons and ammunition to numerous groups fighting in Syria. He even scaled-down the CIA’s supply program.

However, State Department officials, not directly subordinated to the then occupant of the White House, quickly found a way to help their unreliable allies. As a result, al-Qaeda-linked jihadist groups, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham included, received via the Pentagon even such sophisticated weapons as TOW anti-tank grenade launchers, which require special training by their users. And the leader of the most powerful country around could do nothing to rein in members of his own entourage, who badly needed an ongoing war in the Middle East.

Why do they need this war so badly? There are too many reasons for this: military contracts, money, oil, and the closely intertwined interests of the “Deep State“, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, as well as the desire to put ]strategic] pressure on NATO partners.

Trump, who has never been associated with the military-industrial complex, challenged them and lost. They won, and shortly after Biden became president they openly announced the procurement of $350 million worth of arms and ammunition for the Middle East. On the Pentagon’s websites, you will find everything you need to know about this transaction, which involved eight US companies, including Sierra Four Industries Corp., Blane International group INC, Culmen International LLC, and others. Since none of these weapons happens to be made in the West and as all are Soviet-style, produced in Eastern Europe, it is perfectly clear that Western armies don’t need them.

These weapons will go to the “rebels” to make sure that they continue wreaking havoc in the region. The eight Western companies involved in these supplies have already enlisted the services of Serbian, Bulgarian, and Romanian arms factories. And all the while, no one has shown the slightest desire to answer the question being asked by [a few] journalists about “where the weapons will go.” So, the war in the Middle East will rage on and it will be a long one. This is something that even Syrians, who have long lived in America, now talk about.

Hawley: Biden claim on 12 people behind COVID misinformation comes from ‘foreign dark money group’

Imran Ahmed CEO CCDH

Fox BusinessHawley wants answers on who funds the Center for Countering Digital Hate

Republican Sen. Josh Hawley said a “foreign dark money group” is behind the research cited by the Biden administration that 12 social media personalities are responsible for the majority of vaccine misinformation online.

“For days now, the Biden’s Administration has said 12 people are ‘guilty’ of spreading #COVID19 ‘misinformation’ on social media. Who compiled this list for them? The Center for Countering Digital Hate. A foreign dark money group,” Hawley tweeted on Tuesday, accompanied by a Guardian article titled, “Majority of Covid misinformation came from 12 people, report finds.”

— Josh Hawley (@HawleyMO) July 20, 2021

https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js

The Center for Countering Digital Hate, a non-profit and non-governmental organization, reported in March that 12 social media accounts are responsible for 65% of vaccine misinformation. The group has offices in London and Washington, D.C., and was founded by Imran Ahmed, who describes himself as “a recognized authority on the social and psychological dynamics of social media.”

PSAKI SAYS ADMINISTRATION IS WORKING WITH FACEBOOK TO LIMIT MISINFORMATION

“This is the same dark money group that tried to have the conservative @FDRLST deplatformed last year. And they’ve gone after other conservative sites as well, like @BreitbartNews,” Hawley continued, referring to the group working last summer to strip the Federalist of its Google ad revenue.

“But who is funding this overseas dark money group – Big Tech? Billionaire activists? Foreign governments? We have no idea. Americans deserve to know what foreign interests are attempting to influence American democracy.”

When asked for comment about Hawley’s tweets, the Center for Countering Digital Hate instead focused on the group’s mission, telling Fox News it is a nonprofit organization that “works with experts in diverse fields to counter violent extremism in whatever form it takes — whether the issue is antisemitism, racism, hate towards women or anti-vaxxers that profit from lies.”

The tweet comes after White House press secretary Jen Psaki defended the Biden administration working with Facebook to limit misinformation on the coronavirus vaccine. She has noted repeatedly that the majority of misinformation online comes from 12 social media accounts, citing the Center for Countering Digital Hate’s research.

“The Biden administration at multiple levels – senior staff, among others – are working with Facebook and other social media platforms to identify misinformation and thereby to sanction the misinformation and censor the social media posts, and to spread information. It can no longer be said that it is an independent business, conducting its own business,” Levin said on his radio show last Thursday.

The White House did not immediately respond to request for comment on Hawley’s remarks about  the Center for Countering Digital Hate.

Scientist Sounds Alarm: COVID Vaccines Producing Parkinson’s Symptoms, Other Neurodegenerative Disorders

AstraZeneca vaccine is already producing a safety signal for Parkinson’s disease.

By  Children’s Health Defense Team

Immunologist and former NIH scientist J. Bart Classen analyzed data on COVID vaccine adverse events reported to the UK’s Yellow Card system and found thousands of reports of multiple symptoms that are “clear signals” of neurodegenerative disorders.

As cases pile up (445 as of July 9) of the reportedly “rare” neurological disorder Guillain-Barré syndrome in people who received a COVID vaccine — forcing the sluggish U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to add a warning label to the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) shot — scientists are issuing urgent warnings about a possible tsunami of other types of neurological injuries.

Immunologist J. Bart Classen, one-time National Institutes of Health (NIH) contract scientist and proprietor of Classen Immunotherapies, a Maryland biotechnology firm, published a paper in February outlining the potential for messenger RNA (mRNA) COVID vaccines to trigger development of prion diseases as well as other chronic diseases.

Prion or “prion-like” diseases include Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), multiple system atrophy (MSA) and others. A hallmark of these neurodegenerative diseases is the formation and clustering of misfolded proteins within the nervous system.

Classen’s February conclusions were based on analysis of RNA from the Pfizer injection.

Now, Classen has published a second paper on prion disease risks that draws on actual adverse event data from the United Kingdom following vaccination with the AstraZeneca or Pfizer COVID vaccines.

These data show the risk of neurodegenerative adverse events is far from theoretical. In fact, the AstraZeneca vaccine is already producing a safety signal for Parkinson’s disease, and the Pfizer vaccine may not be far behind.

Clear signal

Classen’s analysis focuses on roughly six months’ worth of data (through mid-June 2021) for two of the experimental COVID injections currently authorized in the UK — the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine that deploys genetically engineered adenoviruses and the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine reliant on lipid-encapsulated synthetic mRNA. (Due to insufficient data, Classen was not able to include the Moderna shot.)

What About the US Nuclear Deterrent? Does it Still Have One?

OPINION: The Moral Dimensions Of Nuclear Deterrence | The ...

By Dmitry Orlov

Watching the Rockets

Rockets are important. They are symbolically important, as the most virile, masculine, phallic manifestation of the superpower contest. To wit, the US national anthem: “the rockets red glare… gave proof through the night… that our flag was still there.” No rockets—no flag—no “home of the brave.” Rockets are strategically important: if the other side’s rockets give it the ability to destroy your side with impunity, then your strategy is to negotiate the terms of your surrender.

[…]

First, what about the US nuclear deterrent: does it still have one? Its Minuteman ICBMs still sit in their silos but they are really old and recent attempts to test them have failed. The Trident missiles which the US has on its nuclear submarines probably still work, but all of the submarines are rather old and approaching the end of their useful life with no replacements being readied. The Minutemen and the Tridents are obsolete in any case, being ballistic—following a ballistic trajectory, like a cannonball or like water sprayed out of a garden hose. They pretty much follow a flat parabolic track, making them easy for the Russians to spot, to target and to shoot down using their new generation of defensive weapons.

The last bit of the nuclear triad—the strategic bombers—fall into two categories: the ancient lumbering B-52s that carpet-bombed Viet Nam, Laos and Cambodia, and stealth bombers. Stealth technology was invented by the Russian engineer Peter Ufimtsev, a true Russian patriot who moved to California and gave his knowhow to Lockheed, thus playing an amazingly cruel joke on the unsuspecting Americans. His knowhow had to do with calculating radar reflections from various objects, making it possible to design airframes and hull shapes that didn’t fly or sail particularly well but didn’t show up hardly at all on the sorts of radars found in the nose cones of missiles and fighter aircraft, making them hard to target.

In response, the Russians shifted to using much larger land-based radar systems that can see these stealthy objects just fine, communicating targeting information to planes and missiles via satellite and allowing them to get close enough to track them optically. This is rather similar to the classic example of writing in space: the Americans spent millions inventing and manufacturing high-tech pens that worked in zero gravity and in a vacuum, while the Russians just brought along some pencils

Along the way the Americans have lost the ability to make new nuclear bombs. The plants they used to produce weapons-grade plutonium have been dismantled. They are still able to maintain existing weapons by melting down, re-casting and re-milling plutonium parts, resulting in fewer and fewer weapons with each iteration. Crucially, they seem to have lost the recipe for making the high explosive needed to make their nuclear bombs detonate. Radiation-hard electronics are also apparently a problem for them.

[…]

Meanwhile, Russia has completely rearmed with new offensive and defensive systems, including hypersonic missiles that cannot be intercepted using any existing technology. The latest S-500 air and space defense systems can shoot down targets anywhere from 100km up to ground level within a 600km radius, simultaneously tracking and destroying up to 10 supersonic ballistic targets. The Russians make no secret of their new technology and offer it for sale around the world, including to NATO nations such as Turkey.

What does this mean for such quaint concepts as strategic parity and mutual assured destruction? To start with, the US is in no position to ever consider a nuclear first strike against Russia or any Russian allies, China first and foremost. Nobody knows how many Minutemen would make it out of their silos. The nuclear subs are also old but in better shape; if they manage to launch their Tridents without getting sunk and if the Tridents get intercepted or go off target and blow up somewhere in the tundra—then what? Nobody can predict if any of of the strategic bombers will be able to get through. The giant lumbering B-52s are an easy kill, and the other pseudo-stealthy bombers are visible all the way from Moscow. So much for offense.

[…]

Moreover, it seems like the reality of the situation is sinking in slowly but surely. The US has pulled out Afghanistan, is pulling out of Iraq, is removing its proven useless Patriot and THAAD missile defense systems from the Middle East and is inching ever closer to the decision to cut adrift Russophobic Eastern Europe, abandoning the Ukraine to its eternal fate as the “okraina” (border zone) of Russia.

U.S. Intelligence Coverup? Newly Declassified FBI File on Kurt Cobain Implicates Wife in his Murder

By John Potash

Covert Action Magazine

If so, The Question Is—Why?

The grisly death of mega rock star Kurt Cobain in 1994 (by a shotgun blast to his head) was officially ruled a suicide by the Seattle police, but evidence quickly came to light that Cobain had actually been murdered.

However, despite serious holes in the official narrative about Cobain’s death, the verdict of suicide has held firm for 27 years.

On May 7, the FBI quietly and without fanfare declassified 10 pages of never-before-seen documents relating to Cobain’s death, which alongside a mass of accumulated evidence suggest that the agency had purposely avoided looking into the radical activist musician’s death. One potential explanation for this failure could be due to the CIA’s involvement in the murder.

The latter seems plausible given the connections to the CIA of Courtney Love, Cobain’s former wife, who is the top suspect in the murder. Love happened to be a drug distributor during the same time that the CIA was heavily involved in trafficking opium and using drugs as political weapons. The latter links call for deeper scrutiny.

[…]

In 1953, the CIA initiated Project MK-Ultra, where many drugs, including opiates and LSD, were used for “unconventional warfare.”[4] In 1971, The Washington Post revealed how the CIA infiltrated 17 Washington-area activist groups and gave out LSD, apparently to disrupt their minds and their work.[5]

The U.S. Senate’s Church Committee investigation of MK-Ultra, along with later revelations, detailed how U.S. intelligence particularly focused on using drugs and female assets against activist musicians.[6]

[…]

Courtney Love’s father, Hank Harrison, ex-manager of the Grateful Dead, stated that he introduced Love to a man in Dublin named Steve O’Leary, who had sex with her when she was 17 years old.

O’Leary took Love to England, where she brought a thousand hits of LSD to punk and new wave music scenes, distributing the acid to musicians. She would also sleep with many of these musicians and disrupt bands.

She repeated this behavior in many American music scenes, handing out many kinds of drugs like candy. Harrison said that O’Leary, when he was on his deathbed, sent him a letter stating that he had been working for the CIA at the time.[8]

Cobain’s Radical Left Politics

One of the reasons the FBI may have had for either participating in and/or covering up Kurt Cobain’s murder relates to their history of targeting anti-war, pro-civil rights leftists. When activists broke into an FBI office in 1971, they revealed its Counter-Intelligence Program (Cointelpro), which started in the 1950s and targeted anti-war and civil rights activists.[9]

Many of Cobain’s statements and actions reflected his radical left political ideology. One example comes from the first book on Nirvana, Come as You Are, which was published in 1993, the year before his death.

[…]

Police Detective-Turned P.I. First Exposed Murder Evidence

The FBI file consisted of three letters replying to correspondence asking that they conduct an investigation into evidence that someone murdered Cobain. The file also includes a television transcript of an Unsolved Mysteries episode from 1997.

That episode features private investigator Tom Grant, who had previously worked as a detective for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Cobain’s wife, Courtney Love, had hired Grant “to find” her husband on April 3, 1994. An electrician reported finding Cobain dead in a room above the garage in their Seattle home five days later, on April 8.

[…]

Grant has accumulated a huge trove of evidence. A summary of his evidence includes recorded conversations with Cobain and Love’s lawyer, Rosemary Carroll, wherein she states that she did not believe Cobain wrote the suicide note.[15]

[…]

Furthermore, Grant also showed evidence that someone tried to use Cobain’s credit card after his death.[18]

[…]

Mentors Lead Singer Claims Love Asked Him, and Then Allan Wrench, to Kill Cobain

Alongside P.I. Tom Grant’s murder claim, Eldon “El Duce” Hoke, lead singer of The Mentors, stated on film that Courtney Love offered him $50,000 to shoot Cobain in the head with a shotgun. She made the offer at Hoke’s job site, The Rock Shop, a record store in Hollywood, California, at the end of 1993. Hoke called the Los Angeles and Seattle police departments about this, but nothing came of it.[22]

[…]

“A Violation of Federal Law Within Our Investigative Jurisdiction” Needed

As noted above, several of the letters in Cobain’s FBI file from 2000 through 2007 ask for a homicide investigation, to which the FBI gave the exact same response: “most homicide investigations fall within the jurisdiction of state and local authorities. In order for the FBI to initiate an investigation of any complaint we receive, specific facts must be present to indicate that a violation of federal law within our investigative jurisdiction has occurred.”[25]

The U.S. Attorney’s Bulletin states: “The intent element of § 1958 relates to murder; it does not relate to interstate activity. The interstate travel merely triggers federal jurisdiction. A defendant need not intend to travel across state lines to commit murder-for-hire; instead, a defendant need only intend to commit a murder-for-hire and, in doing so, travel across state lines” Bertoldo v. United States, 145 F. Supp. 2d 111, 115 (D. Mass. 2001).[26]

One of the letters from 2003 mentions the book Who Killed Kurt Cobain? published in 1998 by Max Wallace and Ian Halperin, as well as Broomfield’s film Kurt and Courtney.

As previously stated, the film presents Eldon Hoke stating that Courtney Love traveled from Seattle, Washington, to Los Angeles, California, conspiring to have Cobain murdered. Hoke stated it on film.[27]

[…]

Police Cover-up

Tom Grant further found evidence of a Seattle police cover-up, which can happen when police intelligence get word from higher up the U.S. intelligence hierarchy. He stated that police didn’t check for fingerprints on the shotgun found with Kurt Cobain until a month after his body was found. Police claimed they found no legible prints.[29]

Police also refused to develop the photos from the scene of death for twenty years, and a police officer said his supervisor stated they were not to investigate Cobain’s death as a homicide.[30]

Federal Lawsuit Seeks Immediate Halt of COVID Vaccines, Cites Whistleblower Testimony Claiming CDC Is Under-Counting Vaccine Deaths

According to a press release, AFLDS is asking to immediately stop administration of experimental COVID vaccines in anyone 18 and younger. Megan Redshaw

America’s Frontline Doctors filed a motion to stop the use of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) COVID vaccines for anyone under 18, anyone with natural immunity or anyone who hasn’t received informed consent.

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) filed a motion July 19, seeking immediate injunctive relief in Alabama Federal District Court to stop the use of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) COVID vaccines — Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (J&J) — for three groups of Americans.

According to a press release, AFLDS is asking to immediately stop administration of experimental COVID vaccines in anyone 18 and younger, all those who have recovered from COVID and acquired natural immunity, and every other American who has not received informed consent as defined by federal law.

The 67-page motion requests the judge issue a preliminary injunction pursuant to § 360bbb–3(b)(1)(C) for the following reasons:

There is no emergency, which is a prerequisite to issuing EUA and EUA renewals for COVID vaccines. There is “no serious or life-threatening disease or condition.”Vaccines do not diagnose, treat or prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID.Known and potential risks of the vaccine outweigh their known and potential benefits. There are adequate, approved and available alternatives to vaccines.Healthcare professionals and vaccine candidates are not adequately informed.

The authors of the motion attached a declaration by a whistleblower who came forward alleging deaths occurring within 72 hours of receiving a COVID vaccine are significantly under-reported in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) maintained by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Tell Schools/Universities No Vaccine Mandates for Children/Young Adults!

As of July 9, reported deaths in the VAERS totaled 10,991. Of those, 4,593 occurred within 72-hours of vaccination.

The whistleblower — a computer programmer who developed more than 100 distinct healthcare fraud algorithms, and who has expertise in healthcare data analytics that allows her to access Medicare and Medicaid data obtained by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Systems (CMS) — filed a sworn statement under penalty of perjury alleging the actual number of COVID vaccine-related deaths is closer to 45,000.

The MSM ignores Oliver Stone’s new JFK assassination doc is being ignored by the MSM–a sure sign he might be onto something

The New York Times’ vast coverage of Cannes consisted of 11 articles, most focusing on the more salacious content, such as ‘Benedetta’, a steamy story about lesbian nuns, ‘Annette’, a musical where Adam Driver sings while performing oral sex on Marion Cotillard, and ‘Titane’, where a woman has sex with a car and lactates oil. But not once has ‘JFK Revisited’ been mentioned in the supposed ‘paper of record’.

The establishment media is celebrating odd, sexually charged movies at the Cannes Film Festival – yet won’t even acknowledge Oliver Stone’s foray back into the troubling case of President John F. Kennedy’s murder. I wonder why?

Last week, Oliver Stone premiered his new documentary about the Kennedy assassination titledJFK Revisited: Through the Looking Glass’,at the Cannes festival.

You’d think thatStone, the polarizing, two-time Best Director Academy Award winner, whose filmJFKcreated such a furor it led to the US government passing the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992, premiering a controversial JFK assassination documentary at Cannes would be very big news. You’d be wrong.

When‘JFK: Revisited’premiered on Monday, July 12, the mainstream media didn’t praise it or pan it. They pretended it didn’t exist.

The CCDH finds ‘disinformation dozen’ have combined following of 59 million people across multiple social media platforms

The vast majority of Covid-19 anti-vaccine misinformation and conspiracy theories originated from just 12 people, a report by the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) cited by the White House this week found.

CCDH, a UK/US non-profit and non-governmental organization, found in March that these 12 online personalities they dubbed the “disinformation dozen” have a combined following of 59 million people across multiple social media platforms, with Facebook having the largest impact. CCDH analyzed 812,000 Facebook posts and tweets and found 65% came from the disinformation dozen. Vivek Murthy, US surgeon general, and Joe Biden focused on misinformation around vaccines this week as a driving force of the virus spreading.

CCDH analyzed 812,000 Facebook posts and tweets and found 65% came from the disinformation dozen. Vivek Murthy, US surgeon general, and Joe Biden focused on misinformation around vaccines alone, the dozen are responsible for 73% of all anti-vaccine content, though the vaccines have been deemed safe and effective by the US government and its regulatory agencies. And 95% of the Covid misinformation reported on these platforms were not removed.

Among the dozen are physicians that have embraced pseudoscience, a bodybuilder, a wellness blogger, a religious zealot, and, most notably Robert F Kennedy Jr, the nephew of John F Kennedy who has also linked vaccines to autism and 5G broadband cellular networks to the coronavirus pandemic.

Kennedy was since removed from Instagram, which Facebook owns, but not from Facebook itself.

“Facebook, Google and Twitter have put policies into place to prevent the spread of vaccine misinformation; yet to date, all have failed to satisfactorily enforce those policies,” wrote CCDH’s CEO, Imran Ahmed, in the report. “All have been particularly ineffective at removing harmful and dangerous misinformation about coronavirus vaccines.”

Although platforms have since taken measures to remove many posts and even remove three of the 12 from one platform, the CCDH is calling on Facebook and Instagram, Twitter and YouTube to completely deplatform the disinformation dozen they believe are dangerous and instrumental in creating vaccine hesitancy at a crucial moment in the pandemic.
