FDA Food Police want to Dictate What Foods are “Healthy” in New Guidelines Criminalizing Traditional Fats Like Butter and Coconut Oil

The criminal U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) yesterday published new proposed rules dictating when food products can have the word “healthy” on their packaging and when they cannot.
The problem is that you should not trust the FDA to tell you which foods are healthy and which foods are not, anymore than you should trust them when they claim that COVID-19 vaccines are “safe and effective.”
The FDA does NOT exist to protect you, the public, but corporate America and the Globalists that control Wall Street and the Bankers.
Just as the FDA serves the interests of Big Pharma and their interests in promoting vaccines and other highly toxic and dangerous drugs, so too they serve the interests of Big Food and Big Ag, and the three main cash crops that each year are heavily subsidized with American tax dollars to achieve world food dominance which are: corn, soybeans, and wheat.
So is it any coincidence that FDA dietary nutritional advice places a heavy emphasis on foods developed from these three cash crops?
Not only are these three cash crops used to attain world dominance in cheap export foods that local economies in poorer nations cannot compete with by growing their own native crops, these three crops from the U.S. are also the most polluted and contaminated crops in the U.S., as over 90% of all corn and soybeans grown are genetically modified (GMO) varieties that are heavily sprayed with herbicides and pesticides, including glyphosate which is known for causing cancer.
And while wheat so far does not have any GMO varieties being grown commercially, most varieties are grown in the northern states such as the Dakotas and Montana, where the crops are “desiccated” at harvest by spraying them with glyphosate-based herbicides which kill them and allow them to be harvested more conveniently before the first snow fall.
So ignoring more than 2 decades of peer-reviewed studies published in the medical journals on the government’s own NIH-funded website that conclusively show that a low-fat and high-carb diet that is promoted by the FDA and USDA is harmful to the nation’s health, and that natural and traditional saturated fats that have been in the food chain for thousands of years, such as butter and coconut oil, are “unhealthy,” while the newer “polyunsaturated vegetable oils” from corn and soy which have only been in the food chain since WWII and the invention of “expeller-pressed” technology which allows oil to be extracted from corn and soy and are heavily processed to make them shelf-stable are considered “healthy,” the FDA continues to promote Big Ag and Big Food profits by promoting dietary guidelines that are destroying America’s health.
Saturated Fats are Healthy – The Science is ClearI have personally (along with many others) been educating the American consumer about how healthy traditional saturated fats are for more than 2 decades now, and the science is crystal clear.
If you search for “saturated fats” on Health Impact News, you will get a result of almost 400 articles we have published in the past 10 years, all backed by solid research published in peer-reviewed journals, and showing just how wrong the FDA and USDA are in their politically motivated dietary recommendations.
And just because my focus in publishing since 2020 has centered around the Plandemic and exposing the Globalists’ depopulation agenda that is murdering millions and rendering almost an entire generation infertile through the COVID “vaccines,” that doesn’t mean that the science proving saturated fats are healthy has stopped.
On the contrary, just a few weeks ago a study was published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology which, like hundreds of studies before it, looked at the “science” that claims saturated fat consumption leads to heart disease, and concluded:
Findings from the studies reviewed in this paper indicate that the consumption of (saturated fatty acids – SFA) is not significantly associated with (cardio-vascular disease – CVD) risk, events or mortality. Based on the scientific evidence, there is no scientific ground to demonize SFA as a cause of CVD. SFA naturally occurring in nutrient-dense foods can be safely included in the diet. (Source.)
This is hardly “news,” as a study published more than 12 years ago in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reviewed the scientific literature that included 347,747 subjects (They cannot call that a “small” sample size!) and reached the same conclusion:
A meta-analysis of prospective epidemiologic studies showed that there is no significant evidence for concluding that dietary saturated fat is associated with an increased risk of CHD or CVD. More data are needed to elucidate whether CVD risks are likely to be influenced by the specific nutrients used to replace saturated fat. (Source.)
So if you love your bacon, love your butter, and love your coconut oil because your body seems to crave it but you have been too afraid to consume these condemned fats because your doctor told you consuming too much of these saturated fats would lead to high cholesterol and heart disease, you’ve been fooled!
These fats are actually healthy, especially if the animal fats and dairy come from healthy animals that are allowed to get much of their nutrition from pasture lands by grazing on grass as they have done for thousands of years, and not in huge, dense, confined animal feeding operations where there is no pasture and they are fed instead, you guessed it, the cash crops of GMO corn and soy and glyphosate-contaminated wheat instead.

Zuckerberg Freezes Meta Hiring, Blames Economy For Slashing Team Budgets

To add to Meta’s down spiral, CEO Mark Zuckerberg reportedly announced a hiring freeze on Thursday.
The Facebook founder blamed the economy in his remarks, and warned of upcoming downsizing and restructuring at the company.
“I had hoped the economy would have more clearly stabilized by now, but from what we’re seeing it doesn’t yet seem like it has, so we want to plan somewhat conservatively,” Zuckerberg reportedly said according to the New York Post.

Critics of Meta have been noticing the change in company structure and its policies as Facebook’s stock plummets down 60%. On top of that, Mark Zuckerberg is at a $71 billion loss personally.
These are two key reasons many speculate the platform is considering reinstating former President Donald Trump’s account. They view the move as a way for Facebook to boost its users.

Amazon to Close 4 of its 5 US Call Centers, Shifts to Work-from-Home, after Closing 44 Warehouses, Halting Construction on 7 Office Towers

Amazon, which booked net losses in Q1 and Q2 totaling nearly $6 billion and whose shares are down 38% from their high in July last year, is undertaking large-scale efforts to cut costs – including commercial real estate costs. It is closing or cancelling 44 warehouses across the US; it’s halting construction on six office towers, and won’t start construction on a seventh. And now it emerges that it plans to close four of its five call centers in the US and switch those customer service representatives to working from home.
Amazon currently operates five call centers in the US. Kennewick, WA; Lexington, KY; Phoenix, AZ; Huntington, WV; and Houston, TX. It plans to close four of them. Either the Houston or the Huntington facility will likely remain open, according to Bloomberg, citing a source.
Amazon confirmed to Bloomberg that the call center work will be shifted to work from home. Even before the pandemic, it already allowed some call center workers to work from home.
“We’re offering additional members of our customer service team the increased flexibility that comes with working virtually,” an Amazon spokesman told Bloomberg. “We’re working with employees to make sure their transition is seamless while continuing to prioritize best-in-class support for customers.”
For many call center workers, not having to commute is a big benefit, and this should make recruitment easier and reduce turnover, in an economy where hiring and employee turnover are tough challenges for employers. In addition, Amazon can recruit call center workers around the US – essentially anywhere with a good internet connection – and is no longer tied to particular cities.
By cutting out four of its five call centers, Amazon will save on the costs of running them, including administrative and real estate costs.
Footprint reduction
In July, it emerged that Amazon was halting construction on five office towers, and will not even start construction on a sixth tower, all of them in downtown Bellevue, Washington. Amazon also halted construction on its office tower in Nashville, Tennessee, where it already has a tower. And it slashed the amount of office space it had planned on leasing at Hudson Yards, in Manhattan, where it has been leasing space since 2019, and this would be for additional space.
The entire office sector of commercial real estate is already in trouble with sky-high vacancy rates and a very uncertain future as demand for office space has plunged amid working from home and the sudden recognition that the future these office towers were built for in huge number may not come.
Prices of office REITS have plunged below their March 2020 lows. Boston Properties [BXP] is down 50% from February 2020, most of which over the past five months. Vornado Realty Trust [VNO] plunged to the lowest in about 20 years and is down 66% from February 2020. Etc.
In terms of warehouses, in May, it emerged that Amazon would shed between 10 million square feet to 30 million square feet of warehouse space that it took on during the pandemic, but that it won’t need anymore. It is leasing these warehouses and will try to sublease them to some other companies.
This instantly pulled the rug out from under what was then the still red-hot industrial segment of commercial real estate. Amazon is the giant in the industrial space.
In late June, it emerged that Amazon has delayed or cancelled plans for 13 warehouses around the country. It more recently emerged that Amazon in fact has closed or cancelled 44 warehouse facilities and delayed the opening of 25 additional facilities.
Shares of Prologis [PLD], the giant among the warehouse REITS and a super-hot stock during the pandemic as Amazon was ramping up in the industrial sector, has plunged by 42% from its high on April 28, just days before Amazon’s warehouse footprint reduction became publicly known, which took the whole sector down.

King Taejo, founder of the Koryo[1] Dynasty (935-1392 AD), attempted to unite the country’s warring nobles by inviting them to serve at court. The fourth Koryo king Kwangjong (925-975 AD) would crush rebellious nobles via the following measures:
Passing the Slave Review Act, reducing the economic and military power of many nobles by freeing their slaves.
Introducing a genuine Confucian civil service exam system open to all classes, and not just the nobility.
Introducing a brutal purge of remaining Castle Lords (see Ancient Korean History: Consolidation of Class Society), enabling Koryo to assert royal authority over the entire peninsula.

in 792 AD, Koryo established a national university to train administrators, doctors, lawyers and accountants. In the 12th century, King Igiong (1122-1146 AD) would set up state schools to educate children. He also also enacted land reform laws. Under the Koryo Dynasty, all land technically belonged to the King although aristocrats could pass their land grants to their heirs. Since Koryo had no Equal Field system like China (enabling emperors to grant land to free-born peasants), Koryo peasants could farm on public land if they paid 25% of their crop to the king. Farmers on private nobles’ land paid 50% to the landowner.
Low-born peasants were required to live in special districts and perform whatever tasks the government assigned them (including farming, mining, silk weaving, and paper making). Government-owned slaves performed duties in the palace and publicly owned buildings.[2] There was also an outcast group (similar to India’s untouchables) consisting of butchers, wicker workers and kisaeng (female “comfort workers”).
King Kuangjiong and his successors continued to expand Koryo into northern regions formerly controlled by the Koguyu. This brought Koryo into conflict with the Khitan steppes nomads, who had conquered the state of Parhae (see Ancient Korean History: Consolidation of Class Society/). In 1010 AD 400,000 Khitan nomads crossed the frozen Yellow River and sacked and pillaged the Koryo capitol Kaesang.
Jurchen nomads from Manchuria also repeatedly attacked Koryo, despite extensive boundary walls constructed to keep them out.
After numerous of attacks on the Koryo throne, in 1170 AD a military coup established a dictatorship under whom the last Koryo kings served merely as figureheads.
In 1193, two massive peasant revolts occurred, resulting in the slaughter of 7,000 peasants, and in 1198, the entire slave population of Kaesang revolted.
The Mongols invaded the peninsula in 1231 AD[3], placing some regions under direct military rule and simply demanding tribute (gold, silver, grain falcons and young women) from others. This presented many Koryo peasants with the burden of paying levies both to the Mongols and their own government.
Between 1351-74 AD, the 31st ruler of Koryo Kongmin finally drove the the Mongols out of Koryo[4] and, with the help of Ming Dynasty officials he recruited to his government, ousted the nobles who collaborated with them. Kongmin is also known for enacting the first land reform laws redistributing land to peasant farmers.
The Koryo dynasty fell in 1392, after Kongmin’s assassination led to significant peasant unrest and Japanese pirates disrupted Koryo’s lucrative trade with China. The Choson Dynasty that followed survived to 1910.

Sabotage of Nord Stream (NS) and Nord Stream 2 (NS2) pipelines in Baltic Sea has ominously propelled ‘Disaster Capitalism’ whole new, toxic level.

This episode of Hybrid Industrial/Commercial War, in the form of a terror attack against energy infrastructure in international waters signals the absolute collapse of international law, drowned by a “our way or the highway”, “rules-based”, order.
The attack on both pipelines consisted of multiple explosive charges detonated in separate branches close to the Danish island of Bornholm, but in international waters.
That was a sophisticated operation, carried out in stealth in the shallow depth of the Danish straits. That would in principle rule out submarines (ships entering the Baltic are limited to a draught of 15 meters). As for prospective “invisible” vessels, these could only loiter around with permission from Copenhagen – as the waters around Borholm are crammed with sensors, reflecting fear of incursion by Russian submarines. (!)
Drunk on their own hubris, the Americans got too smart by half. The sabotage of the pipelines will open the eyes of many around the world about the honor and goodness of the indispensable nation. The US actions make its allies look like the imbeciles or pathetic whores they are.
Swedish seismologists registered two underwater explosions on Monday – one of them estimated at 100 kg of TNT. Yet as much as 700 kg may have been used to blow up three separate pipeline nodes. Such amount could not have possibly been delivered in just one trip by underwater drones currently available in neighboring nations.
The pressure on the pipelines dropped exponentially. The pipes are now filled with seawater.
The pipes on both NS and NS2 can be repaired, of course, but hardly before the arrival of General Winter. The question is whether Gazprom – already focused on several hefty Eurasian customers – would bother, especially considering that Gazprom vessels could be exposed to a possible NATO naval attack in the Baltic.
German officials are already spinning that NS and NS2 can “potentially” be out of commission “forever”. The EU economy and EU citizens badly needed that gas supply. Yet the EUrocracy in Brussels – which rules over nation-states – would not follow, because they have been dictated themselves by the Empire of Chaos, Lies and Plunder. A case can be made that this Euro-oligarchy should one day be tried for treason.
As it stands, a strategic irreversibility is already self-evident; the population of several EU nations will pay a tremendous price and suffer serious consequences derived from this attack, short, medium and long term.
Cui bono?Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson admitted that was “a matter of sabotage”. Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen admitted “it was not an accident”. Berlin agrees with the Scandinavians.
Now compare it with former Polish Defense Minister (2005-2007) Radek Sikorski, a Russophobe married to rabid US “analyst” Anne Applebaum, who merrily tweeted “Thank you, USA”.

It gets curiouser and curiouser when we know that simultaneously to the sabotage the Baltic Pipe from Norway to Poland was partially opened, a “new gas supply corridor” servicing “the Danish and Polish markets”: actually a minor affair, considering months ago their sponsors were in trouble finding gas, and now it will be even harder, with much higher costs.
NS2 had already been attacked – in the open – all along its construction. Back in February, Polish ships actively tried to prevent the Fortuna pipe-laying vessel from finishing NS2. The pipes were being laid south of – you guessed it – Bornholm.
NATO for its part has been very active on the underwater drones department. The Americans have access to long distance Norwegian underwater drones which can be modified with other designs. Alternatively, professional navy clearance divers could have been employed in the sabotage – even as tidal currents around Bornholm are a serious matter.

Disabling NS and NS2 represents the definitive closure of any possibility of a German-Russia deal on gas supplies, with the added benefit of relegating Germany to the lowly status of absolute US vassal.
So that brings us to the key question of which Western intel apparatus designed the sabotage. Prime candidates are of course CIA and MI6 – with Poland set up as the fall guy and Denmark playing a very dodgy part: it’s impossible that Copenhagen was not at least “briefed” on the intel.
Prescient as ever, as early as in April 2021 Russians were asking questions about the military security of Nord Stream.
The crucial vector is that we may be facing the case of a EU/NATO member involved in an act of sabotage against the number one EU/NATO economy. That’s a casus belli. Outside of the appalling mediocrity and cowardice of the current administration in Berlin, it’s clear that the BND – German intel – as well as the German Navy and informed industrialists sooner or later will do the math.
This was far from an isolated attack. On September 22 there was an attempt against Turkish Stream by Kiev saboteurs. The day before, naval drones with English language IDs were found in Crimea, suspected of being part of the plot. Add to it US helicopters overflying the future sabotage nodes weeks ago; a UK “research” vessel loitering in Danish waters since mid-September; and NATO tweeting about the testing of “new unmanned systems at sea” on the same day of the sabotage.
Show me the (gas) moneyThe Danish Minister of Defense met urgently with NATO’s Secretary General this Wednesday. After all the explosions happened very close to Denmark’s exclusive economic zone (EEZ). That may be qualified as crude kabuki at best; exactly on the same day, the European Commission (EC), NATO’s de facto political office, advanced its trademark obsession: more sanctions against Russia, including the certified-to-fail cap on oil prices.
Meanwhile, EU energy giants are bound to lose big time with the sabotage.
The roll call includes the German Wintershall Dea AG and PEG/ E.ON; the Dutch N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie; and the French ENGIE. Then there are those which financed NS2: Wintershall Dea again as well as Uniper; Austrian OMV; ENGIE again; and British-Dutch Shell. Wintershall Dea and ENGIE are both co-owners and creditors. Their fuming shareholders will want serious answers from a serious investigation.
It gets worse: there are no holds barred anymore on the Pipeline Terror front. Russia will be on red alert not only for Turk Stream but also Power of Siberia. Same for the Chinese and their maze of pipelines arriving in Xinjiang.
Whatever the methodology and the actors who were in the loop, this is payback – in advance – for the inevitable collective West defeat in Ukraine.

FDA Refuses to Release Autopsy Results on People Who Died After COVID Vaccines

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said it’s barred from releasing the results of autopsies conducted on people who died after getting COVID-19 vaccines, but a drug safety advocate said the agency could release the autopsies with personal information redacted.

The refusal was issued to The Epoch Times, which submitted a Freedom of Information Act for all autopsy reported obtained by the FDA concerning any deaths reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) following COVID-19 vaccination.
Reports are lodged with the system when a person experiences an adverse event, or a health issue, after receiving a vaccine.
The FDA and other agencies are tasked with investigating the reports. Authorities request and review medical records to vet the reports, including autopsies.
The FDA declined to release any reports, even redacted copies.
The FDA cited federal law, which enables agencies to withhold information if the agency “reasonably foresees that disclosure would harm an interest protected by an exemption,” with the exemption being “personnel and medical files and similar files the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”
Federal regulations also bar the release of “personnel, medical and similar files the disclosure of which constitutes a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”
The Epoch Times has appealed the denial, in addition to the recent denial of results of data analysis of VAERS reports.
‘Easily be redacted’
Kim Witczak, a drug safety advocate who advises the FDA as part of the Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee, said that the reports could be released with personal information blacked out.
“The personal information could easily be redacted without losing the potential learnings from [the] autopsy,” Witczak told The Epoch Times via email.
People make the choice to submit autopsy results to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, Witczak noted.
“If someone submits their experience to VAERS they want and expect to have it investigated by the FDA. This includes autopsy reports,” she said.
Autopsies are examinations of deceased persons performed to determine the cause of death.
“Autopsies can be an important part of postmortem analysis and should be done especially with increased deaths following COVID-19 vaccination,” Witczak said.
FDA responds
An FDA spokesperson noted that deaths following COVID-19 vaccination are rare, citing the number of reports made to VAERS.
As of Sept. 14, 16,516 reports of death following COVID-19 vaccination have been reported. Approximately 616 million doses have been administered in the U.S. through September.
The spokesperson declined to say whether the FDA would ever release the autopsy results but pointed to a paper authored by researchers with the FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The paper, which has not been peer-reviewed, analyzed the approximately 9,800 reports of death to VAERS following COVID-19 vaccination lodged from Dec. 14, 2020, to Nov. 17, 2021.
Researchers found that reporting rates were lower than the expected all-cause mortality rates.
“Trends in reporting rates reflected known trends in background mortality rates. These findings do not suggest an association between vaccination and overall increased mortality,” the researchers wrote.
The researchers noted that prior studies have found that adverse events reported to VAERS are an undercount of the true number of events.

Polio Scam Makes Comeback to Push Vaccines that Never Eradicated Polio

More and more people in the general public are waking up to the fact that the entire rationale used to vaccinate people is based on dogma, and not science, as many are now questioning those who control the vaccine agenda worldwide for perhaps the first time, with the result of many people choosing to not participate in this religious-like cult anymore.
This can currently be seen by the very low number of parents choosing to give the deadly COVID-19 “vaccines” to their young children. For example, in an article published in the Philadelphia Inquirer a few weeks ago, they reported:
Only 4% of children under 5 in Pennsylvania have received a dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
The Globalists have already publicly published their plans for the next big “plandemic” which is currently in operation now and revolves around the “monkeypox outbreak” among gay men.
But within the past couple of weeks the corporate media has ramped up another scare tactic that seems to be targeted at children, by stating that polio is making a comeback, based on alleged detections of the “polio virus” in sewage and water treatment systems.
This “polio virus” has allegedly been detected in London and New York City.
The Associated Press reported a few days ago:
Children ages 1-9 in London were made eligible for booster doses of a polio vaccine Wednesday after British health authorities reported finding evidence the virus has spread in multiple areas of the city but found no cases of the paralytic disease in people.

But here’s the truth that is either not mentioned or buried in the details of the reports: these alleged “polio viruses” originate from individuals, mostly children, who have been vaccinated with the “live” oral polio vaccine (OPV), which has been banned for decades now in the wealthier nations because it is a well-known fact that these vaccines “shed” causing the infectious agent to pass through stools and urine and infect sewage and water treatment systems.
Rather than ban these highly toxic and dangerous vaccines, however, they have been continued to be distributed to poorer countries in Africa and Asia (particularly Afghanistan and Pakistan in recent years.)
The history of the polio vaccine and the corruption behind it is a topic we have covered for over a decade now on Health Impact News. We have been attacked and censored on this topic, as we have made the claims that based on the evidence:

Just as there has been throughout the COVID-19 scam, honest doctors came forward over the years to expose the corruption in the polio vaccination campaigns, stating clearly that the polio vaccines were the problem, not the solution, but they were censored and even silenced.

I think, in the current debate, it would be a most useful exercise to go back in time, to review historical examples of allegedly or presumably catastrophic infectious disease, specifically two examples, that of polio and Keshan’s disease, for which in both cases a vaccine was thought to be the only solution.
I remember the hysteria generated in the media by polio, the well-funded advertising campaigns by organizations such as the March of Dimes, relying on, of course, emotional arguments to raise money from “regular” moms and dads and Girl Scout and Boy Scout troops all over the country.
My childhood vision of polio was that of a true catastrophe, threatening the entire population of the United States, with our only hope the dedication and hard work of our wonderful research scientists who were extolled in the press on a near daily basis.
As a fledging research immunologist under Dr. Good somewhat fascinated by DuBos’ perspective, I began to investigate the actual epidemiology and ecology of polio. As I was to learn it turned out that polio “epidemics” as they were called, didn’t really emerge until the late 19th, and early 20th century.
I had been taught in medical school that the epidemic nature of polio showed itself because of growing population density in urban areas associated with poor sanitation. Though this position seemed logical, since polio transmits through a fecal oral route, the opposite has proven to be the case.
Studies from the late 1940s, before the availability of the Salk vaccine, indicated that in low-income urban areas up to 90% of the population showed antibodies to polio, though most who tested positive had no recollection of having been infected and had not experienced any residual neuro-muscular problems. For them, the disease seemed no more serious than a brief upper respiratory infection or gastroenteritis.
I think myself so fortunate that I contracted, and endured, the usual childhood illnesses, including measles, mumps, and chicken pox, even a minor brush with Epstein Barr. For me, and for all my school friends, these diseases were hardly anything worth remembering particularly, leaving us somewhat disabled for a few days, with much-appreciated time off from school and a certain amount of parental pampering.
No one I knew was left with encephalomyelopathy, nor any other serious neurological deficit as a result of their experiences with any of these viruses. I do believe these illnesses served me a valuable function, testing my immune system, letting it flex its muscles, teaching it how to work against a mild infection so that someday it might effectively deal with a more serious organism.
I see so many patients in their 20s and 30s, the first of the highly-vaccinated generation, coming to my office unable to function, having been exposed to some viral illness like Epstein-Barr, or Borrelia, or some associated “coinfection,” who five and ten and fifteen years later despite aggressive treatments of all types, both alternative and conventional, are unable to function, finish school, hold a job, at times – and you all know patients like this – unable to leave their room (except initially to see me).

The Campaign to Debunk the Thermite Theory of 9/11

The anniversary of the 9/11 attacks just passed, and we noticed a fair amount of discussion in the comments attempting to discredit or debunk the controlled demolition theory. Some claimed there was no rubble (or not enough), or no explosions, or no heat, or no molten metal…however all the claims were anecdotal and fell somewhat flat (so to speak)

The evidence for the presence of thermite at the World Trade Center (WTC) on 9/11 is extensive and compelling. This evidence has accumulated to the point at which we can say that WTC thermite is no longer a hypothesis, it is a tested and proven theory.
Therefore it is not easy to debunk it. But the way to do so is not difficult to understand.
To debunk the thermite theory, one must first understand the evidence for it and then show how all of that evidence is either mistaken or explained by other phenomena. Here are the top ten categories of evidence for thermite at the WTC.
Molten metal: There are numerous photographs and eyewitness testimonies to the presence of molten metal at the WTC, both in the buildings and in the rubble. No legitimate explanation has been provided for this evidence other than the exothermic reaction of thermite, which generates the temperatures required and molten iron as a product.The fires at Ground Zero could not be put out for several months. Despite the application of millions of gallons of water to the pile, several rainfall events at the site, and the use of a chemical fire suppressant, the fires would not subside. Thermal images made by satellite showed that the temperatures in the pile were far above that expected in the debris from a typical structure fire. Only thermite, which contains its own oxidant and therefore cannot be extinguished by smothering it, can explain this evidence.Numerous eyewitnesses who were fleeing the area described the air mass as a hot wind filled with burning particles.[1] This evidence agrees with the presence of large quantities of thermite byproducts in the air, including hot metallic microspheres and still-reacting agglomerates of thermite.Numerous vehicles were scorched or set on fire in the area. Photographic evidence shows that cars parked within the lower-level garage areas of the WTC complex burned as if impacted by a super-hot wind like that described by the eyewitnesses. All non-metallic parts of the cars, including the plastic, rubber, and glass, were completely burned off by a hot blast.There was a distinct “white smoke” present—clearly different from smoke caused by a normal structural fire—as indicated by eyewitnesses and photographic evidence.[2] The second major product of the thermite reaction is aluminum oxide, which is emitted as a white solid shortly after reaction.Peer-reviewed, scientific research confirmed the presence of extremely high temperatures at the WTC. The high temperatures were evidenced by metallic and other microspheres, along with evaporated metals and silicates. These findings were confirmed by 9/11 investigators and by scientists at an independent company and at the United States Geologic Survey.The elemental composition of the metallic microspheres from the WTC dust matches that of metallic microspheres produced by the thermite reaction.The environmental data collected at Ground Zero in the months following 9/11 indicate that violent incendiary fires, like those produced by thermite, occurred on specific dates. Peer-reviewed scientific analysis of these data show that the components of thermite spiked to extraordinary levels on specific dates in both the air and aerosol emissions at Ground Zero.Carbon nanotubes have been found in the WTC dust and in the lungs of 9/11 first responders. Formation of carbon nanotubes requires extremely high temperatures, specific metal catalysts, and carbon compounds exactly like those found in nanothermite formulations. Researchers have discovered that nanothermite produces the same kinds of carbon nanotubes. That finding has been confirmed by independent analysis in a commercial contract laboratory.A peer-reviewed scientific publication has identified the presence of nanothermite in the WTC dust. One of the critical aspects of that paper has been confirmed by an independent scientist. A visual comparison between nanothermite residues and particles found in the WTC dust is remarkable.There is also a great deal of indirect evidence for the thermite theory. This includes the attempts by the government agency NIST to downplay the evidence for thermite. It also includes things like a weak effort by Rupert Murdoch’s National Geographic Channel to discredit the ability of thermite to cut structural steel, which was itself roundly discredited by an independent investigator. It is now unquestionable that thermite can cut structural steel as needed for a demolition.
Therefore, debunking the WTC thermite theory is not easy but is very straightforward. Doing so simply requires addressing the evidence listed above point by point, and showing in each case how an alternative hypothesis can explain that evidence better. Given the scientific grounding of the thermite theory, use of the scientific method, including experiments and peer-reviewed publications, would be essential to any such debunking effort.
That is almost certainly why we have seen no such debunking. Instead, the people working to refute the WTC thermite theory have resorted to what might be called a case study in how NOT to respond to scientific evidence.

“Sabotage is the most likely cause of leaks in two Baltic Sea gas pipelines between Russia and Europe, European leaders have said, after seismologists reported explosions around the Nord Stream pipelines.”
According to European Commission President Ursula Von der Leyen “the leaks” into the Baltic sea were due to “sabotage”:
“Any deliberate disruption of active European energy infrastructure is unacceptable and will lead to the strongest possible response,” she warned, and urged and investigation to get full clarity on the “events and why”.
Danish prime minister Mette Frederiksen described them as “deliberate acts”, adding: “We are not talking about an accident.”
Von Der Leyen did not elaborate as to who might have been behind these “deliberate acts” of sabotage.
BombshellIn a televised news February 7, 2022 interview the President of the United States acknowledged that the United States would act against Nord Stream if required. This statement was made 3 weeks prior to the Russian invasion:
President Joe Biden: “If Russia invades that means tanks and troops crossing the border of Ukraine again, then there will be no longer a Nord Stream 2.”
Reporter: “But how will you do that, it’s in Germany’s control?”
Biden:“We will, I promise you, we will be able to do that.” (emphasis added)
Joe Biden: “There will be no longer a Nord Stream 2”The evidence suggests that this terrorist attack had been contemplated by the Biden Adminostration prior to the Russian invasion. Was it carried out by the CIA?. “We will be able to do that” said Joe Biden.
U.S. Act of War against the European UnionNord Stream which originates in Russia passes through the territorial waters of four EU member states including Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany. Permission was provided and approved by the parliaments of those countries prior to construction.
Moreover, the Nord Stream pipelines also required the approval of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, which were part of the consultative process prior to construction.
Bombshell: From a legal standpoint this was not an attack against Russia as intimated by Joe Biden.
It was a US Act of War against the European Union.

Vaccine Expert: Young, healthy people may not need bivalent Covid boosters,

One of the country’s top vaccine experts has stirred debate in recent weeks by suggesting that not everyone should get the latest COVID-19 vaccine boosters and that the CDC is “overselling” the new shot.
Dr. Paul Offit, director of the Vaccine Education Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and a member of the FDA’s committee of outside vaccine experts, told Yahoo Finance there are three main groups of people who will benefit the most from the bivalent booster based on current evidence — those who are older than 75, have chronic diseases, or are immunocompromised.
For healthier, younger individuals, the vaccine’s impact isn’t as strong, he said.
“I just don’t think it’s going to make much of an impact in otherwise healthy young people. We really should focus on those three groups who are most likely to benefit, because the goal of the vaccine is to protect against serious illness. It’s the only reasonable goal, it’s the only attainable goal,” he said.
The clinical results of the first COVID-19 vaccines in 2020 had surprised experts with strong protection against mild illness, but subsequent variants eroded that level of protection over time. However protection against severe illness and death remains strong — and that should remain the focal point, Offit said.
He noted that some reports about his comments have misconstrued his claim to suggest that younger individuals shouldn’t get the booster. He stressed instead that it’s a matter of “low risk, low reward.”
“We’re not going to be able to stop mild illness, we’re not going to be able to stop transmission, and to try and do that with frequent boosters … doesn’t make a lot of sense,” Offit said.
That’s because boosters only buy a few extra months of protection against mild illness before the antibodies wane, he said, and studies have shown that the vaccines do not prevent transmission.
