Ukraine Transformed into “Underdeveloped Country”: Why Did BlackRock Suddenly Give Up on Zelensky and the Kiev Regime

By Drago Bosnic
When the NATO-orchestrated Ukrainian conflict started in 2014, American and multinational conglomerates rushed to ensure they got their “piece of the pie” in the unfortunate country. In around a decade or so, the Kiev regime changed laws and enabled the total or near-total takeover of every remotely valuable asset built by generations in the Soviet Union. While the socialist superstate certainly had its flaws, the legacy it left in former Ukraine has never been matched by any government since the latter’s “independence” in 1991.
Namely, while the country had a massive industrial sector until then and a population of 52 million, mostly well-educated and working in various specialist fields (Soviet Ukraine was a scientific and industrial powerhouse no less than Russia itself), after 1991, all this collapsed for good.
By the early 1990s, relatively prosperous Ukraine turned into an underdeveloped country with only a fraction of its Soviet-era scientific and industrial potential, selling mostly agricultural products and essentially serving as a cheap resource for the political West’s brutal (neo)colonial exploitation. By the mid-2010s, NATO fully hijacked the unfortunate country and turned it over to the Neo-Nazi junta that’s now effectively conducting genocide against Ukrainians themselves. Namely, the demographic collapse is so catastrophic that it’s highly likely there’s only half of Ukraine’s 1991 population in the country at this point. The suicidal war with Russia (its closest kin) continues, while the United States is now openly demanding whatever’s left of Ukrainian resources (with even this lost to Russian all-out advance across the frontlines).
In fact, the situation is so bad that the infamous BlackRock, the world’s most exploitative (neo)colonial conglomerate, has actually given up on NATO-occupied Ukraine. According to Bloomberg, it suspended work on “a multibillion-dollar Ukraine recovery fund”, supposedly following President Donald Trump’s election win. Apparently, this prompted France to work on a replacement deal, with initial support from Germany, Poland and Italy. The report, published on July 5, further states that BlackRock ceased all efforts to “search for institutional investors in January”, effectively ending the planned $500 million fund that was intended to be secured from various Western governments, development grants and investment banks. In turn, another $2 billion from other private investors was also lost after they withdrew.
The report also points out that the investment stopped due to “a lack of interest amid perceived uncertainty in Ukraine”. In other words, nobody wants to sink billions of dollars into an endemically corrupt mafia state run by Neo-Nazi goons in the middle of an unwinnable war with a military superpower nextdoor. Truly shocking. However, jokes aside, it doesn’t take an economic expert to understand that the most basic logic implies that nobody remotely sane would make that kind of investment. Worse yet, the notion of “perceived uncertainty” is even more laughable. Namely, as previously mentioned, the Russian military is now advancing on multiple fronts, meaning that this “uncertainty” is not a matter of perception, but an objective reality that any thinking investor would take into account.
The Bloomberg report further states that the investment fund was scheduled to be unveiled at the “Ukraine Recovery Conference” on July 10-11 in Rome. A BlackRock spokesperson said that the conglomerate “completed advisory work for the recovery fund pro bono in 2024, but no longer has any active mandate”. Worse yet, although France promised to “step up”, it seems this is also falling through. Citing “people familiar with the matter” Bloomberg reports that “it remains uncertain how effective the plan will be without American backing”. In other words, investors from the European Union are just as skeptical as their US counterparts, which tends to happen when people are getting their information from sources other than the mainstream propaganda machine which still insists that the Kiev regime is “defeating Russia”.
Numerous independent authors from around the world (particularly at InfoBRICS), have been reporting that the so-called minerals deal that the Trump administration was trying to push for since it came to power would fall through. We repeatedly argued that the minerals promised by the Neo-Nazi junta weren’t even under its control, while areas with any known resources lack the mining industry to support extraction.
It would take years and tens (if not hundreds) of billions in investment just to establish it. In other words, the investors would need to give lots of money to the losing side. Expectedly, such business deals are wholly unattractive to people who don’t like losing massive financial assets. The Kiev regime tried to do everything in its power (effectively selling the entire country) to change their opinions, but to no avail.
For instance, the Neo-Nazi junta frontman Volodymyr Zelensky pompously announced his $1 trillion “reconstruction plan” years ago, even promising each corporation what can only be described as free rei(g)n in oblasts (regions) they invested in. The results have been catastrophic for NATO-occupied Ukraine, with around 30% of its arable land handed over to (neo)colonialists.
In addition, cheap Ukrainian agricultural products flooded European markets (after they were initially promised to starving Africans and for which Russia was blamed by the mainstream propaganda machine), resulting in massive protests by farmers across the “old continent” as their market share collapsed virtually overnight. However, even this turned out to be a bad investment, particularly after the Russian military entered the Dnepropetrovsk oblast.

America’s Frontline Doctors Petitions FDA to Make HCQ and Ivermectin Over-the-Counter
By Jim Hoft
In a bold move that challenges years of government medical restrictions, America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) has formally petitioned the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to make hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and ivermectin available over the counter for all Americans. The petition represents a direct rebuke of federal health policy since the COVID-19 pandemic began, and it reignites the battle over who controls access to early treatment options.
Medical Freedom Front Returns with Renewed ForceThe petition, filed July 5th, demands that the FDA reclassify HCQ and ivermectin—two off-patent drugs once vilified during the height of COVID—as safe and effective for general public use without prescription. AFLDS argues that decades of safety data, including widespread use in developing countries, prove these medications pose far fewer risks than many current OTC drugs.
The Science the FDA Doesn’t Want You to See“It is medically and morally indefensible to keep life-saving drugs locked behind bureaucratic barriers,” said AFLDS spokesman Dr. John Witcher. “Americans deserve access to early treatment without government interference.”
While the mainstream medical establishment continues to downplay HCQ and ivermectin, multiple studies cited by AFLDS show the drugs significantly reduce viral replication and hospitalization when used early in COVID progression. The organization argues that politicized suppression of these treatments cost lives and violated the Hippocratic oath.
AFLDS’ petition includes over 50 peer-reviewed studies, global data, and legal affidavits from physicians who successfully used these protocols—many under threat of losing their licenses.
Globalist Censorship or Medical Caution?“We are not anti-vax. We are pro-choice and pro-science,” stated Dr. Simone Gold, founder of AFLDS, who previously served prison time for her stance during the January 6 protests. “Millions died because Big Pharma buried the truth.”
Critics of the petition say making HCQ and ivermectin OTC could lead to misuse or self-medication without proper guidance. But AFLDS and its allies argue that this is a smokescreen used to protect pharmaceutical profits and enforce centralized control over healthcare.
This petition comes as the World Health Organization and World Economic Forum continue pushing for centralized pandemic treaty powers—a move AFLDS believes would destroy medical sovereignty in favor of a “global health dictatorship.”
Prophetic Echoes and the Push Toward ControlThe push for OTC access has taken on more than just political or medical meaning—it is part of a wider spiritual and prophetic battle. Many Christians see the suppression of healing medicines and the control of treatment protocols as aligning with Revelation’s warnings about sorcery (“pharmakeia”) and global deception.
If successful, the petition could serve as a turning point in America’s medical freedom movement—a last stand against the rising tide of technocratic control.

Cloud Seeding Operations in Texas Two Days Before Recent Flooding

Anthony Scott
The CEO of a weather modification technology company has confirmed that cloud seeding operations took place in Texas just two days before the deadly central Texas flood occurred.
NBC News reported that Augustus Doricko, the CEO of Rainmaker, a weather modification company, said that planes had released silver iodide in the atmosphere in Texas two days prior to the fatal floods that have claimed over 100 lives.
Doricko claims the cloud seeding operations did not cause the flooding in Texas.
Per Bloomberg:
According to Doricko, Rainmaker flew a brief 20-minute cloud seeding mission in south-central Texas last Tuesday, but suspended all operations that same day due to abnormally high moisture content in the air. The two clouds seeded during the Tuesday flight would have dissipated after a few hours and would have had no effect on the floods several days later, he added.
Cloud seeding involves using chemicals, often particles of silver iodide, to trigger the formation of ice crystals or droplets from water that’s already present in a cloud but not being efficiently turned into rain. Though the technique has been studied for decades, it remains difficult to predict the additional rainfall that cloud seeding operations can generate, with estimates ranging widely from 0% to 20%.
What’s clear is that the technique would not have been able to generate the record-breaking rainfall seen in Texas. So much rain fell that the Guadalupe River at Kerrville, one of the epicenters of the floods, rose some 26 feet (8 meters) in less than an hour overnight on Friday.
“Based on the meteorological evidence, the Texas floods were caused by a powerful natural weather system, with thunderstorms fed by very moist air from the warm Gulf of Mexico,” said Andrew Charlton-Perez, professor of meteorology at the University of Reading in the UK.
In a post on X, Doricko shared, “The last seeding mission prior to the July 4th event was during the early afternoon of July 2nd, when a brief cloud seeding mission was flown over the eastern portions of south-central Texas, and two clouds were seeded.”
He added, “The clouds that were seeded on July 2nd dissipated over 24 hours prior to the developing storm complex that would produce the flooding rainfall.”

Netanyahu: Israel working with US to displace Palestinians from Gaza

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says the Tel Aviv regime is collaborating with Washington to identify nations willing to accept Palestinians who have been forcibly displaced from Gaza, thereby advancing US President Donald Trump’s contentious Gaza “takeover and own” scheme.
While addressing reporters prior to their dinner at the White House, Trump was asked about the status of his proposal to “take over” Gaza and forcibly remove the population of the Strip. He asked Netanyahu to respond to the question.
“I think President Trump had a brilliant vision. It’s called free choice. If people want to stay, they can stay; but if they want to leave, they should be able to leave,” Netanyahu answered. Gaza “shouldn’t be a prison. It should be an open place.”
The occupying Israeli regime has seized upon Trump’s plan for Gaza, presenting it as a chance to promote what it describes as “the voluntary migration” of Palestinians from the coastal sliver.
Critics and specialists have condemned the proposal as a means for the coerced removal of Palestinians.
“We’re working with the United States very closely [to] find countries that will… give the Palestinians a better future,” Netanyahu added.
Trump said he has had “great cooperation” from “surrounding countries” on the matter.
“Something good will happen,” he added.
Trump has openly expressed his desire to transform Gaza into what he refers to as the “Riviera of the Middle East.”
He asserts that the expulsion of native Palestinians is essential for accomplishing that goal.
In February, he stated that the United States would possess Gaza and undertake its reconstruction.
Trump proposed at the time that Jordan and Egypt accommodate the displaced Palestinians, but both nations categorically dismissed the notion.
Certain officials from the Trump administration allegedly deliberated on the possibility of providing financial incentives to “motivate” Palestinians to depart. These incentives might encompass housing assistance and monthly allowances.
However, despite these incentives, it is anticipated that Palestinians will not abandon their homeland.
Their comments were made following a security briefing by Israeli minister of military affairs Israel Katz, who stated that the regime aims to establish what he labeled as a “humanitarian city” atop the ruins of Rafah in southern Gaza to “concentrate the population.”
“Our objective is to encourage their emigration,” he said.
Katz affirmed Israel’s long-term objective, which is to enable the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in Gaza.
He stated that Netanyahu is currently negotiating with third countries that are prepared to accept them. “The migration plan must be executed,” the Israeli diplomat asserted.
At least 57,523 Palestinians have been killed, mostly women and children, and another 136,617 individuals injured in the brutal Israeli onslaught on Gaza since October 7, 2023.
The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants last November for Netanyahu and former minister of military affairs Yoav Gallant, citing war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the besieged coastal territory.

The administration is releasing a video — in both raw and “enhanced” versions — that it says indicates no one entered the area of the Manhattan prison where Epstein was held the night he died in 2019.The video supports a medical examiner’s finding that Epstein died by suicide, the two-page memo claims. Why it matters: The findings represent the first time Trump’s administration has officially contradicted conspiracy theories about Epstein’s activities and his death — theories that had been pushed by the FBI’s top two officials before Trump appointed them to the bureau.
As social media influencers and activists, Kash Patel (now the FBI’s director) and Dan Bongino (now deputy director) were among those in MAGA world who questioned the official version of how Epstein died.Patel and Bongino have since said Epstein killed himself. But it has become an article of faith online, especially on the right, that Epstein’s crimes also implicated government officials, celebrities and business leaders — and that someone killed him to conceal them. The memo says no one else involved in the Epstein case will be charged. (Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence for child sex trafficking and related offenses.) Full article.
Of course as we have been saying all along, the “client list” and “black book” have already been on the Internet for years, even the unredacted version.
Archive.org actually has a copy that is unredacted.
What has NOT been put into the public yet are the alleged “blackmail tapes”.
In Elon Musk’s recent social media war of words with Trump, he stated on X that the reason they have not been released is that it is taking too long to redact them with all the exposure to Trump.
Trump has always been an integral part of starting and funding the Epstein financial network, and others who were his sexual victims have also revealed much already which we have published on Health Impact News, so Musk was not lying. See:
Child Sex Trafficking with the Rich and Powerful: The Jennifer Guskin Story
But due to Musk’s popularity and now stating that he is going to start his own political party, I am not surprised at all that they are doing a 180 on releasing anything that allegedly comes from Epstein.
Musk has leverage over them now, but Musk is also heavily leveraged himself, due to his companies and government contracts.
Also, while his name does not appear in Epstein’s “black book”, he and his brother, Kimbal Musk, also have strong ties to Epstein who helped them start Tesla and SpaceX. See: Elon Musk is Latest Billionaire to be Subpoenaed in Jeffrey Epstein Virgin Island Case
What is more surprising is that this administration promised to reveal them in the first place. Now they got caught with their pants down, because they cannot even control those on Trump’s team, which Musk was originally a part of.

US Deports “Barbaric Criminals” to South Sudan

The men sent to South Sudan are “so heinous” that even their own countries refused to accept them, a Homeland Security official has stated
The United States has deported eight people it labeled “barbaric criminal illegal aliens” to South Sudan, a country the US State Department warns against visiting due to rampant crime, kidnappings, and armed conflict.
The Department of Homeland Security announced the move on Saturday in a press release that included photos and details of the men – one South Sudanese national and the others from Cuba, Laos, Mexico, Myanmar, and Vietnam. All had been convicted of crimes including murder, sexual assault, and robbery, and were either nearing the end of their prison sentences or had already completed them.
“These sickos were finally deported to South Sudan on Independence Day,” Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said, adding that they are “so heinous even their own countries will not accept them.”
The US Supreme Court allowed President Donald Trump’s administration to proceed with the removal of the men, who were initially held at a military base in Djibouti for weeks after a district court judge in Massachusetts blocked the deportations.
Since returning to office in January, Trump has reinstated a series of hardline immigration measures, following through on campaign promises to reverse what he described as the “open border” policies of his predecessor, Joe Biden.
READ MORE: Trump to deport migrants to conflict-torn African statesIn February, the Homeland Security moved to expand rapid deportations to third countries, prompting immigrant rights groups to file a class-action lawsuit on behalf of migrants facing removal without notice or a chance to plead their case. In April, US District Judge Brian Murphy ruled that deporting immigrants to nations other than their home countries without due process “unquestionably” violated constitutional protections.
However, late last month, the Supreme Court’s conservative majority ruled that the White House could proceed with the fast-track deportations, effectively overturning Judge Murphy’s earlier order.
On Saturday, McLaughlin hailed the South Sudan removal as a “win for the rule of law, safety and security of the American people,” while also accusing “activist judges” of putting US law enforcement in “danger” by delaying the move for weeks.
South Sudan gained independence from Sudan in 2011 but has remained unstable since a five-year civil war ended in 2018. Renewed political tensions had sparked fears of another civil war, prompting the US to withdraw non-emergency personnel from its embassy in Africa’s newest nation in March.
In April, Washington revoked all visas issued to South Sudanese passport holders, stating that no new ones would be granted, thus barring the country’s nationals from the US. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio claimed the landlocked nation had refused to accept deported nationals and said the US would consider reviewing the measure once the East African country fully cooperates.

UK Pushed to Brink of Water Rationing
Mismanagement escalated the risk of water rationing amid rising demand and supply shortages, a minister has said
The UK has been pushed to the brink of water rationing due to “years of mismanagement” of resources and insufficient infrastructure, the country’s environment minister has warned.
In an interview with The i Paper published on Monday, Steve Reed said the country was faced with adopting measures often seen in drought-hit Mediterranean nations.
”The public, by and large, were not aware that at the time of the last general election, this country was looking at water rationing within ten years,” Reed said, speaking one year after Labour’s election win. He warned that rebuilding the UK’s essential systems, including water infrastructure, “cannot be done over just five years.”
The strain on supply has increased due to growing demand from new industries such as battery factories and data centers, which require large volumes of water to cool their systems. “They can’t operate without vast amounts of water,” he said.
Reed added that without intervention, the UK faced rationing and water being turned off at certain times of the day.
The warning follows a record-breaking June heatwave in the UK, and as temperatures are expected to exceed 30C (86F) in parts of the country again this week.
The government has secured £104 billion (around $136 billion) for infrastructure upgrades over the next five years following a spending review by regulator Ofwat. The funds will be used to build reservoirs and reduce leakage, Reed said.
However, he warned that despite growing public demand for action, restoring the country’s water system would take more than five years.
Other countries facing similar challenges have adopted a range of water-saving measures. Spain has restricted household water access to a few hours per day during droughts, while Australia enforces tiered water bans during dry spells. Singapore recycles up to 40% of its water through advanced purification, and South Korea uses smart meters to monitor usage and leaks.

In Defense of Alexander Hamilton

By Matthew Ehret
The name Alexander Hamilton invokes radically different things to different people.
Forces on the left side of the political spectrum often appear to promote a certain version of Alexander Hamilton that conforms to a desire to justify centralized planning and empire.
Other figures on the right have ironically also come to endorse Alexander Hamilton, with Romania’s conservative leader Calin Georgescu describing himself on Tucker Carlson as ‘The Alexander Hamilton of Romania’ on April 10, 2025.
Earlier, Donald Trump had endorsed Hamilton at a press conference in 2017, saying, “I think Hamilton is tough to beat”.
More recently, JD Vance encouraged the restoration of the Hamilton-Clay American System, writing, “The strength of the thread is the strength of the fabric. It’s something we’ve forgotten and remembered, again and again, through the American System, the New Deal, and the Civil Rights Movement.”
So what was Hamilton really?
Among ‘alternative media’ networks, a consensus has formed over the years around the thesis that Hamilton was a Rothschild stooge who’s ‘National Bank’ was actually the forerunner to the later Federal Reserve, and who’s writings in the Federalist Papers justified our modern deep state.
From 2006 to 2012, I became rather obsessed with this paradox and plunged myself into a deep study of original writings of those figures who made the American revolution possible.
During that time, I spent years reading through Hamilton’s writings (specifically his four major reports to Congress of 1791-92 as Washington’s Treasury Secretary), and led workshops on the topic.
After mapping out the policies of the American System of Political Economy which Hamilton created across the next two centuries of history (from Hamilton’s 1804 murder to the present), I noticed a very loud irony:
Quite literally every American president who died while in office by either poison or bullet, were re-activating this Hamiltonian system that revolved around the notion of Constitutional banking shaped by Article 1 section 8 of the Constitution, protective tariffs, and internal improvements.
This included, but was not limited to President John Quincy Adams, Senator Henry Clay, President William Harrison (murdered in 1840), Zachary Taylor (murdered in 1851), Abraham Lincoln (murdered 1865), Secretary of State James Blaine, William Garfield (murdered 1880), William McKinley (murdered 1901), Franklin Roosevelt (murdered by poisoning in 1945), and John F. Kennedy (murdered in 1963).
Additionally, world leaders outside the USA who led their nations to break free of the British imperial systems of control from the 18-20th centuries were frequently also students and practitioners of the Hamiltonian system, which included Russia’s ‘American System’ Foreign Minister Sergey Witte, French President Sadi Carnot, Germany’s Friedrich List, China’s first president Sun Yat-sen and Argentina’s Foreign Minister from 1902-1903, Luis Marie Drago.
[…]
Before I jump into my defense of Hamilton, I want to lay out a few points of principle to set the stage…
Some Elementary Principles of Natural LawWhile this chapter will review some elementary facts of recent history that provide keys to solving these intellectual and moral obstacles, a few general truths are worth enumerating here, upon which the new economic order must be premised.
A respect of national sovereignty under a win-win system of cooperation and NOT a system of supranational controls under the control of an unelected elite.Large scale, long term infrastructure projects which uplift the standards of living of all people, as well as the cognitive powers of all people and the productive powers of labor of all people simultaneously. That this process has the natural effect of increasing national capital and consumer consumption per capita and per square kilometer (since higher quality lives lived longer equates to higher rates and quality of consumption both individually and nationally). A viable modern guidebook to explore this system scientifically can be found in the writings of the late American economist Lyndon LaRouche, with a focus upon his 1984 book, So You Wish to Learn All About Economics .[1]Taken together, these three variables would tend towards an increase of humanity’s carrying capacity, conditional upon the factor of something ivory tower mathematicians and computer modellers dominant in today’s econometric and climate science worlds detest: HUMAN CREATIVE REASON.The opposing school of political economy, premised as it is upon the British imperial theoreticians who have sought to undermine this tradition, are premised upon the Malthusian assumption that material limits to nature are insurmountable and that population growth will always exceed nature’s capacity to sustain ever growing mouths. The Role of Creative Thought in Economic SystemsAbraham Lincoln understood this fact all too well 170 years ago, when he said in 1860[2]:
“Man is not the only animal who labors; but he is the only one who improves his workmanship. This improvement, he effects by Discoveries, and Inventions.”
This idea was amplified by Lincoln’s leading economic advisor Henry C. Carey, who said in his 1872 Unity of Law[3]:
“The more his power of association, the greater is the tendency toward development of his various faculties; the greater becomes his control of the forces of nature, and the more perfect his own power for self-direction; mental force thus more and more obtaining control over that which is material, the labors of the present over the accumulations of the past…”
If you haven’t noticed it, both Lincoln and Carey recognized that it is by increasing rates of discoveries of hither-to-unknown organizing principles of the universe which allows our species to translate those new discoveries into greater rates of scientific and technological progress. This overcoming of our limits to growth by leaping to new technologies and resources would then establish a guiding framework for planning future investments into R & D with a focus on activities that push the frontiers of human knowledge.
This process embodied by Lincoln and Carey was once known far and wide as the “American System,” and it isn’t a coincidence that EVERY SINGLE American president who died while in office (eight in total) were supporters of this system.
The Origins of the American SystemDuring the period of 1783-1791, the newly established American republic was an agrarian economy in financial ruins with no means to pay off its debts or even the soldiers who fought for years in the revolutionary war. It was only a matter of time before the fragile new nation would come undone and be re-absorbed back into the fold of the British Empire.
The solution to this unsolvable crisis was unveiled by Washington’s former Aide de Camp, and now Treasury Secretary Alexander Hamilton, who studied the works of the great dirigiste economists like France’s Finance Minister Jean-Baptiste Colbert[4], and introduced a four-fold solution:
Consolidate all unpayable state debts into a singular federal debt secured by the issuance of new bonds. This was done via his 1790 Report on Public Credit.Tie these new bonds to internal improvements like roads, canals, academies and industrial growth, which would create a qualitatively new form of debt that would permit the nation to produce its way out of poverty that would lead to “the augmentation of the active or productive capital of a country”. In this sense Hamilton distinguished bad debt from good debt using the important guiding principle that the “creation of debt should always be accompanied with the means of extinguishment.” [To illustrate this more clearly: think of a farmer taking on a debt in order to feed a gambling addiction vs investing his loan into new farm supplies and a tractor.] The thrust of this conception was found in his Report on the Subject of Manufactures of 1791.Guide that new national power over finance by a system of national banks subservient to the Constitution and the General Welfare (instead of a system of central banks under the British model that ensured nation states would forever be subservient to the laws of usurious finance).Hamilton’s idea for the national bank was premised on the unification of private profit with the wellbeing of the whole nation in order to overcome the dichotomy of state vs individual rights, which has plagued so much of philosophy and human history[5]This was illustrated in Hamilton’s 1790 Report on a National Bank, and his 1791 On the Constitutionality of a National Bank.Use protective measures where necessary to block foreign dumping of cheap goods into the nation from abroad, which essentially makes it more profitable to purchase industrial goods and farm products locally rather than from abroad. Hamilton also promoted federal incentives/bounties to encourage private enterprises to build things that would be in alignment with the national interests. In opposition to the Jeffersonian crowd promoting British Free Trade and attacking the idea of manufactures or a strong federal government, Hamilton wrote that there is:
“a general principle … inherent in the very definition of Government and essential to every step of the progress to be made by that of the United States; namely—that every power vested in a Government is in its nature sovereign, and includes by force of the term, a right to employ all the means requisite, and fairly applicable to the attainment of the ends of such power; and which are not precluded by restrictions & exceptions specified in the constitution; or not immoral, or not contrary to the essential ends of political society.”
Hamilton added that this must exist “to give encouragement to the enterprise of our own merchants, and to advance our navigation and manufactures.”
Throughout all of his works, Hamilton is clear that value is not located in land, gold, money, or any arbitrary value favored by followers of the British School like Adam Smith.
In defending the growth of manufactures and internal improvements, Hamilton states in his Report on Manufacturing that:

The Consumption of Europe
Dmitry Orlov
Until as recently as the turn of the century, Western Europe remained a symbol of progress, economic power, and successful strategic planning. Today, the EU is a system that is consuming itself. Built on excessive consumption, it lacks the necessary mechanisms to make itself stop consuming itself and start producing. But it has all the mechanisms in place for generating loans, subsidies, “green” fantasies, mass migration, gender dysphoria, broken/nonexistent families, mass psychosis and endless advertising, sales and marketing campaigns.
The consumptive state prioritizes current consumption over future production: money is readily allocated to social payments, civil servants’ salaries, the purchasing of imported goods — in short, on maintaining the way of life that has become habitual. In turn, there is insufficient investment in infrastructure maintenance (roads, factories, research centers), in technological renewal, in education (anything with the word “studies” in it does not qualify as such), or in defense (giving even more money to corrupt US defense contractors does not qualify either). This outcome is not the result of political or managerial corruption, malfeasance or incompetence: this is how the system is actually intended to work and it works well for its stated purpose, which is to keep the population pacified while going extinct due to catastrophically low birth rates among the native population while waves of migrants gnaw away at society’s innards.
Thus is created a vicious circle in which a nation consumes more and more of that which it does not produce while producing less and less:
• It postpones the inevitable by eating through its store of capital: income goes to current needs without creating future value. Short-term thinking dominates while strategic planning becomes a lost art.
• Its dependence on imported goods and resources grows perpetually. The generations that knew how to make things with their own hands age out, retire and die. Their replacements only know how to play with gadgets and waste time on social media. Most of them are too heavily drugged with prescription and recreational drugs to gain admission to factory grounds, never mind working there.
• Its economy does not modernize (heavily subsidized “green” tech does not count). Go to Moscow or Beijing and look at how banking, transportation, government services and all the rest function there; now go back to New York and ask yourself: “What century is this? The 19th?”
• Its external debts and internal deficits perpetually increase — until they no longer can. Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” just passed raises the federal debt limit by $5 trillion. Never mind that it is a betrayal of everything that Trump supposedly stood for; is it even remotely reasonable?<
[…]
• It has lost the balance between production and consumption two or three generations ago and the last generation of Americans who knew how to make stuff is either retired or dead. The share of industry in GDP has fallen to minimal levels as production moved to Mexico, China and elsewhere.
• At the same time, the US federal budget deficit will soon exceed $2 trillion per year, and the national debt has reached almost $37 trillion. With barely 5% of the world’s population, the US public debt amounts to at least a quarter of global public debt.
• In spite of this, most of the spending goes not toward remedying this situation but on social programs, wars and a wide assortment of subsidies on consumption.
• Meanwhile, the US is losing its ability to maintain its public infrastructure. As a concrete example, take the repairs of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, which was damaged when a barge rammed into it in March of 2024, collapsing two of its spans. Repairs aren’t estimated to be complete until 2028 — an unreasonably long time by Russian or Chinese standards, where bridges of this size and greater are routinely planned, designed and built in less time than that.
• The US economy is supported not by productive labor, but by the dollar printing press and the export of the US dollar. Meanwhile, the role of the US dollar around the world is steadily being eroded as more and more countries implement alternative trading systems that use their own currencies. This pattern is not sustainable.
Until fairly recently, Germany could be proud of its industrial might, but now its industry is rapidly losing competitiveness. As the Germans refused Russian gas and other key imports, cheering EU sanctions against Russia, they were, in fact, ruining their economy. China has largely replaced Germany as the world’s major car maker. German chemical industry is shutting down due to the high cost of natural gas.
The cost of electricity — another major industrial input — has also risen, driven higher by the shutdown of coal and nuclear plants motivated by a misguided “green” ideology that erroneously considers carbon dioxide emissions as somehow harmful to the climate, whereas it is an important plant food essential to all life on Earth. Its atmospheric levels are largely a function of ocean water temperature and are currently lower than would be optimal for agriculture. As a result, Germany is consuming its past while destroying its future based on some scientific fraud.
Politically, German ruling elites have been forced to exclude from participation in forming the federal government a large part of the electorate which voted for Alternative für Deutschland. As steadily dropping living standards among the consumption-addicted population lead to increased public discontent and unrest.
Britain is a collapsed empire eating away at the remains of its past greatness
Britain was the first to industrialize and it is now the first to deindustrialize. It is the world leader in deindustrialization — whether intentionally or not. It is a process which it won’t be able to avoid following through to its bitter conclusion. It is a foregone conclusion: a parasitic service economy is not capable of feeding a country unless there is continuous territorial expansion and new colonies to strip of resources and wealth, and there are none of these anymore.
Although Britain no longer has the ability to pose a plausible military threat to any of the major world powers, it retains the ability to be a nuisance, causing minor but unpleasant provocations. The Skripal-Novichok nonsense comes to mind, or the White Helmets in Syria with their fake chemical attacks, and numerous other such trivial but nasty acts of subversion. It retains its position (along with the US) as the world’s money laundry, where corrupt elites from around the world educate their children and park their stolen money.
How this retained ability to stink up the whole planet will help Britain control its increasingly restive population as its consumptive economy continues to eat itself up is a very good question. There are many brutal techniques in the British national DNA such as the slave trade, the Enclosure Acts, the workhouses, and the rounding up and shipping off of undesirables to the New World, to Australia and elsewhere, but these techniques are no longer applicable in today’s world. The Brits may instead have to expand the use of cyberwarfare against their own population, of forced deadly inoculations, or policing by lethal drones and other such technologically advanced methods of population reduction and control.
The common thread in all of this is the consumption of accumulated capital — both physical (infrastructure, factories) and social (education system, work ethic). It is accompanied by a reduction in the share of productive labor down to almost nothing and its replacement with “office plankton” and simulation of work-like activity (sales and marketing, advertising, etc.). The final phase is the replacement of office plankton with artificial intelligence and service and security functions with foreign contract labor.
It is also accompanied by a war against the naturally rebellious element — men — and a feminization of public affairs and of all discourse, resulting in displacement and abandonment of technical, industrial thinking. It is far easier for female-dominated societies to discuss gender issues, human rights and climate catastrophism than such technically challenging subjects as building new factories and industrial modernization. Women are naturally more agreeable, obedient and docile (as shown by any number of psychological studies), and so a good way to preserve the status quo and to resist all change is by sidelining men as much as possible.
This is a major disaster in the making: as men within the native population go extinct, replaced by soy-boys brought up by women, emphasizing “gender fluidity” while eschewing “toxic masculinity,” masculinity is preserved only within ethnic immigrant enclaves, where it inevitably turns vicious. Matriarchy is only functional under conditions of tight security and strict social control; when it fails, the result is genocide and sex slavery. In a society where the men can no longer be bothered to physically defend the women (because masculinity is toxic) the women become trivial to enslave.
The West is not just consumerist; it is consumptive. Personal debit cards have become an extension of state budgets and economic sustainability has fallen victim to ideological campaigns designed to produce short-term political gains. The countries of the West have been living in this consumptive paradigm for a couple of decades now — an entire generation — and have come to consider this way of life quite normal, making it impossible to turn the situation around.
Sovereignty? National priorities? National languages, traditions, cultures and religions? Scientific leadership? Energy security? Food security? None of these are even valid topics of public discussion any longer. Countries that live to consume stop being able to make sacrifices in order to produce. But their populations can still be sacrificed on the altar of national security.
To get out of the consumption trap, a country would need to implement tough, unpopular reforms:
• elimination of economically ineffective spending
• import tariffs and subsidies for domestic production
• strict budgetary discipline, cutting all spending that is not projected to preserve or to increase revenue
• social policy to cultivate a physically productive population<
But no one is carrying out anything like these reforms. Why? The answer is very simple: the West is ruled by populists — not strategists. Politicians in the US, Britain and Germany depend on public ratings and popularity with the electorate, and not on serving national interests (or even realizing what they might be). They think about the next election, not about the future generations. Any reform that will inconvenience the consumer would spell political suicide for them.
Should there, by sheer accident, appear the rare leader who might try to push through badly needed reforms, his work would be sabotaged.
• He would not be allowed to exercise political authority. Each Western country has its own set of structures designed to block the expression of public will. In the US, there is the two-party system (third parties allowed but not admitted) and winner-take-all elections. In the UK, there is the aristocracy. In other European countries, there is the permanent dysfunction of parliamentary coalition governments.
• All of his efforts would be thwarted by an intractable public bureaucracy made up of officials who benefit from the status quo and resist all change.
• He would come under pressure by powerful business lobbies which profit from imports and from debt-based public finance.
• He would be relentlessly attacked by corporate-owned media and by ideological activists accusing him of all manner of thought crimes based on the following well used ruse: “Any man we don’t like is a racist, sexist, misogynist, abusive, fascist, climate-change-denialist homophobe.”
• A group of women would be organized to accuse him of sexual harassment. He would then be tried and convicted in the typical modern Western kangaroo-court fashion: no eyewitness testimony or physical evidence required. A woman’s hurt feelings, as evidenced by her weeping in public, is considered sufficient as proof of a man’s guilt, and any effort by him to mount a defense is considered as further emotional abuse and an aggravating circumstance.

How Ukraine Became a Testing Ground for Western Chemical Weapons
Toxic War
Directed by Artyom Somov, Olga Kriy and Kirill Puzyrny (2025)
Film Review
Russian and OPCW (UN Commission on the Prohibition of Biological and Chemical Weapons) investigators have been collecting evidence surrounding 400 incidents of illegal chemical warfare by the Ukrainian army (on the battlefield and on civilians). Both violate international law. Investigators discovered numerous glass vials of chloropiricin in (formerly Ukraine-occupied) Ugedar, The vials were carried on drones, with the chloropiricin converting to phosgene when the drones crashed, breaking the vials and exposing the chloropiricin to the air.
Numerous Ukrainian refugees report Ukrainian troops sprayed toxic substances on their streets and in their basements. Symptoms they experienced included confusion, loss of bladder and bowel control and temporary paralysis.
OPCW investigators have also documented illegal Ukrainian use of BZ, CS, CR and other nerve agents on February 23, 2022.
The filmmakers also interview Russian troops attacked with chloropiricin (also delivered via drones) and the medic who treated them. Their symptoms included swelling, burning and blistering of their skin, shortness of breath, nausea and vomiting and a sickly sweet taste in their mouth.
In Potavar, residents became ill after they spotted drones spraying a white powder over their homes. Their children were most severely affected, with weight loss, stomach cramps, vomiting, coughs, headaches, rashes and blisters on their skin and nose bleeds.
Investigators have also have videos Ukrainian troops posted on social media as they loaded glass vials onto drones prior to launching them.
In one attack, Russian troops bunkered in a basement were attacked with mustard gas. Those unable to escape died.
Russian troops also encounters high concentrations of cyanide in a chemical weapons production lab when they advanced into Ukrainian territory.
The filmmakers predict their use of illegal chemical weapons will lead to Zelensky and other Ukrainian leaders standing trial for war crimes in the International Criminal Court
