France Remains Tense After Pension Reform Bill Signed Into Law
A Constitutional Council decision in Paris on April 14 upheld the legality of the pension reform legislation which has been the spark for a series of general strikes since the beginning of the year.
The highest court in France decided that the bill was in congruence with the constitution and therefore should be enacted. Millions of French workers and youth have taken to the streets while staying away from jobs and schools to protest the decision by President Emmanuel Macron to raise the retirement age from 62 to 64 years. As a result of the reform, the social security act has changed the age of eligibility by two years.
Now, according to French law, employees will have to provide 43 years of service in order to collect full benefits during their retirement.
This is taking place amid a rise in inflation not witnessed in the capitalist states since the early 1980s.
Immediately after the decision by the Constitutional Council and Macron’s signature on the legislation, people went into the streets to demonstrate against the government. Some of the protests turned violent as police utilized excessive force in efforts to clear crowds from the commercial areas of the cities.
The leading trade unions in the country made a final appeal to Macron urging him not to sign the bill since several clauses within the legislation had been rejected by the Constitutional Council. However, the president maintained the same position claiming that if the reforms were not instituted the entire retirement system would become insolvent.
In addition, to the upholding of the legislation by the Constitutional Council, the judicial body declined to authorize a national referendum on the question. Macron himself refused to allow a final vote within the National Assembly and imposed the law by decree.
However, workers are continuing to demand the abolition of the new pension reforms. There have been militant actions on a daily basis since April 14. Anger and dissatisfaction have reached unprecedented levels against Macron and his political party which is neo-liberal in its policy orientation. Despite the labor unrest in France, the Left parties in the National Assembly are divided and in a minority.
Even though the Left is relatively weak in the legislative apparatus of the state, Macron could not risk defeat. The president felt compelled to act in a dictatorial manner while the Constitutional Council and the security apparatus provided the legal and repressive mechanisms aimed at suppressing dissent.
One news agency said of the current mood among the workers that:
“Labor unions have called for a further nationwide strike day on April 28. As of April 21, the impact of the strike is not known. Based on recent nationwide industrial action, it is likely that the SNCF national rail network and the Paris region public transport operators will run between 50 and 75 percent of trains. If air traffic control (ATC) staff join the strike, flights will likely be reduced at Paris-Orly (ORY) and some other regional airports by around 20 percent. Government servants, teachers, and healthcare workers may also join the action. Some staff at private companies will likely participate in any such labor actions, resulting in business disruptions and closures.”
Undoubtedly, the French police will be called upon to engage in brutal tactics to prevent the demonstrations from blocking streets and roads. The police have been accused of brutality since the beginning of the industrial actions in January.
Several human rights organizations including Amnesty International have criticized the law-enforcement agents for utilizing brute force. Similar police behavior was witnessed during the “Yellow Vest” protests in 2018-19 when people demonstrated for weeks over the rise in toll fees for the highways.
A report published by the Financial Times noted this phenomenon of state repression when they emphasized:
“Lawyers and human rights groups have criticized the methods used by law enforcement, such as preventive arrests to deter protesters and collect intelligence on activists and forceful crowd control methods. An official from the UN urged French police to avoid excessive force, and the EU’s human rights watchdog questioned the proportionality of the crackdown. In March alone, more than 2,100 arrests were made with only a fraction leading to charges, two people from the environmental protest at the Sainte-Soline reservoir remain in a coma, and 286 protesters have been injured, including one who lost an eye and another a thumb.”
Therefore, it appears that the French government has nothing to offer workers and youth other than more austerity, legislative indifference and brutality by the security forces. Rather than impose higher taxes on the large financial institutions and energy corporations which are making huge profits from the people, the class contradictions inherent in a decaying capitalist system are being borne by the masses.
Crisis Rooted in the Imperialist System
The rightward shift in domestic policy in France is reflective of the worsening economic conditions for workers within the European Union (EU) states. In many capitalist countries the living standards of the majority of people have declined precipitously in the last decade.
The war in Ukraine which was initiated by the United States and their NATO allies has disrupted the supply chains for energy resources causing tremendous difficulties for working families. Heating, electrical, transportation, housing and food costs have skyrocketed as the proxy war against Russia is requiring billions of dollars in taxpayer funds every month.
Macron in his desperation for energy resources and trade opportunities has travelled to Algeria and Nigeria seeking larger imports of natural gas from these African states. Recently, the French president spent three days in China holding talks with President Xi Jinping and other leading officials of the government.
Even though the Chinese government opposes the war in Ukraine and is seeking a negotiated settlement to the conflict, Macron is being forced to act in ways which are contrary to Washington’s foreign policy imperatives in Asia.
In the United Kingdom, strikes within key industries and public services are ongoing as well. Unions have shut down rail lines, schools, medical services, passport offices, etc. These strike actions are scheduled to continue for the next several months.
Junior physicians have held strikes demanding an increase in pay and improved working conditions. Airport security employees are planning work stoppages along with maritime and coastguard agencies.
An Evening Standard report on the labor situation quoted Public and Commercial Services (PCS) General Secretary Mark Serwotka as saying:
“They seem to think, if they ignore our members, they’ll go away. But how can our members ignore the cost-of-living crisis when 40,000 civil servants are using food banks and 45,000 of them are claiming the benefits they administer themselves? It’s a national scandal and a stain on this Government’s reputation that so many of its own workforce are living in poverty.”
PCS is planning for 133,000 of its members to strike on April 28. This will impact the maritime industry along with coastguard agencies.
Amazon employees are also striking, saying that the meager wage increase offers made by management were insulting.

Celtic Churches
St Brigette (Brigid)
Episode 12 Celtic Churches
The Celtic World
Dr Jennifer Paxton (2018)
Film Review
Christianity arrived in Roman-occupied Britain in the 3rd century AD. It’s believed Catholic missionaries from Gaul brought it to British cities, from where it spread to the countryside. Britain had dozens of churches by the time Roman rule ended. This is clear from Christian images in ancient British Roman mosaics and 3rd century chalices and other religious artifacts.
It would be 100 years before Christianity spread from Britain to Ireland (most likely by Christian slaves). In 431 AD, the pope sent Bishop Paddadius to minister to Irish Christians.
Another important Catholic missionary was St Patrick, who was born in Roman Britain and sold into slavery in Ireland y Irish pirates. After spending six years tending sheep in northern Ireland, he received a divine call to escape captivity, train as a priest and return to covert the Irish. He wrote about his experiences in manuscript later titled the Confession of St Patrick. According to Paxton, the myths he drove the snakes out of Ireland or used the shamrock to explain the Holy Trinity are untrue.
Ireland’s monastic movement came to island via southwest Scotland and Wales. Without centralized bishoprics, Irish monasteries became important centers of learning.
St Bridgette, an important monastic leader, was Ireland’s other 5th century saint. The three biographies of her life (two in Latin and one in old Irish) were written more than 200 years after she died. In an 8th century, biography, she is credited with magical powers (controlling the flow of rivers and empowering forests to thwart thieves).
The earliest Irish Monks initially lived in wooden huts and later in stone beehive huts.
They pursued three types of martyrdom:
red martyrdom – giving up their livesgreen martyrdom – living an ascetic lifewhite martyrdom – perpetual exile, either to Europe, Britain or the open seas.White martyrdom enabled them to establish monastic orders elsewhere in Europe.
Two other important medieval Irish saints:
St Columbanus (543-615 AD) – set out for Gaul with 12 followers and exiled from the French court after criticizing the king for lax sexual morals and setting the wrong date for Easter. After leaving the French court, founded a number of monasteries in various Frankish and German kingdoms (which survived until the Protestant reformation led to their dissolution in the 17th century). His monasteries played an essential role in preserving ancient Greek and Roman manuscripts.St Columba (died 597 AD) – founded a confederation of monasteries in northern Ireland and southwest Scotland. The monastery he founded on the Scottish island of Iona would house the missionaries which would ultimately convert northern Britain to Christianity.Film can be viewed free with a library card on Kanopy.

Pfizer Gave Millions to ‘Independent’ Groups to Push COVID Vaccine Mandates

Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer in 2021 made numerous grants to medical associations, consumer groups and civil rights organizations for the purpose of creating the appearance of widespread support for COVID-19 vaccine mandates, investigative journalist Lee Fang reported.
As the vaccine mandates rolled out in 2021, Pfizer stayed quiet on the question of mandates — but public health groups, patient advocacy groups, doctors’ associations, community groups and others, along with the Biden administration, actively advocated for vaccine mandates as a key measure to protect public health.
New disclosures from Pfizer, posted by Fang on his Substack, show that many of these same groups were taking money from Pfizer while they promoted the idea that the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines were “safe and effective,” despite a lack of scientific data to back those claims.
Prominent groups on the extensive list of those who took Pfizer funding while pushing the mandates included the Chicago Urban League, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the National Consumers League, The Immunization Partnership, the American Pharmacists Association, the American College of Preventive Medicine, the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, the American Society for Clinical Pathology and the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Many groups did not disclose their ties to Pfizer.
“[These groups] set the nature of the debate,” Fang told comedian and political commentator Russell Brand on a recent episode of “Stay Free.” “They appear in the news media, they create events and they create a discourse that looks authentic, that looks organic, but it benefits the bottom line of their benefactors, of companies like Pfizer.”
Fang said many of these organizations, particularly civil rights organizations like the Chicago Urban League or the National Consumers League — which actually has a Pfizer lobbyist on its board — have powerful influence precisely because of their independent status.
[…]
After the COVID-19 vaccines became widely available in early 2021, vaccine mandates followed in different forms across the country.
At the federal level, the U.S. Department of Defense mandated vaccines for military personnel, and the Biden administration mandated vaccines for federal contractors and for all employers with 100 employees or more — the latter was struck down in federal court.
Universities mandated vaccination for students and staff, and many public and private employers across the country mandated vaccination for their employees.
Several school districts across the country planned to mandate vaccination for children to attend school, but most of those plans have since been rolled back.
Those who instituted mandates justified them by asserting that mass vaccination — and only mass vaccination — would “stop the spread” of COVID-19.
But it has since been revealed that in March 2021, when Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky publicly and unequivocally stated on MSNBC that vaccinated people would not get sick, there was no evidence to support her statement.
In fact, the CDC had to walk back the statement a few days later.
Biden also falsely claimed that the vaccinated would not get infected — in July 2021, just before COVID-19 vaccine mandates went into effect.
The vaccine makers have since acknowledged they never tested whether the vaccines would stop transmission, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reported that vaccinated people in both Pfizer and Moderna’s clinical trials contracted the virus.
Big Pharma’s big reach
[…
As for Pfizer, Fang said, third-party funding is just one of the many strategies the drugmaker deployed to drive COVID-19 policymaking.
[…[
Big Pharma — along with the Biden administration and its intermediaries — also lobbied to suppress those who questioned the vaccine program.
Pfizer BioNTech and Moderna pressured Twitter and other social media platforms to set moderation rules that would flag purported COVID-19-related “misinformation,” as part of the effort to drive the national conversation about the COVID-19 vaccines, Fang reported as part of the “Twitter files.”
[…]
American Academy of Pediatrics received multiple grants from Pfizer in 2021
The AAP also appeared on Fang’s list of notable organizations that received direct Pfizer funding.
“The American Academy of Pediatrics was one of the most visible organizations working to build public support for vaccine mandates. The organization received multiple, specialized grants from Pfizer in 2021.
“Pfizer also provided grants to individual state chapters of the AAP earmarked for lobbying on vaccine policy. The Ohio AAP chapter, for instance, lobbied the Ohio legislature against bills to curb coercive COVID-19 vaccine policies, while receiving an ‘immunization legislation’ advocacy grant from Pfizer.”
Beyond its COVID-19 vaccine mandate work, the organization also was a public advocate for COVID-19 vaccines for children. Its then-president, UCLA professor Moira Szilagyi, M.D., Ph.D., publicly advocated, on media outlets such as CNN, for vaccinating children.
The organization, “dedicated to the health of all children,” previously issued policy guidance to its members stating that it is an “acceptable option to pediatric care clinicians to dismiss families who refuse vaccines.”
And in June 2022, the AAP issued a press release applauding the CDC’s recommendation of “safe, effective COVID-19 vaccines” for babies as young as 6 months old, despite concerns raised — by the FDA vaccine advisory commission, among many others — regarding a lack of clinical data for the vaccines in children.
In addition to the Pfizer funding, the AAP receives much of its funding directly from the CDC, raising questions about the organization’s ability to act independently, particularly with respect to vaccine recommendations, BMJ editor Peter Doshi wrote in 2017.

F**k you, Elon

Scott Ritter
On March 29, 2023, I appeared as a guest on the Alex Jones Show, where I discussed the dangers posed by nuclear weapons and the need for a renewed push for arms control between the US and Russia. I posted the link to this interview to my Twitter account the same day, so that my nearly 115,000 followers could watch and take in what I had to say.
I was permanently banned from Twitter the same day. No mention was made of any specific tweet, just a notification that I had violated some unmentioned “Twitter Rule” and, as such, would never be permitted to post on Twitter again.
I appealed this arbitrary decision, to no avail – Twitter simply ignored me, and the ban remains in effect.
This is the third time Twitter has “permanently” banned me. The first was for daring to observe there was overwhelming evidence that it was Ukraine, not Russia, who perpetrated the slaughter of unarmed civilians in the northern Kiev suburb of Bucha on or around April 1, 2022.
The second was for re-tweeting that same message.
And now this ban.
The cause-effect relationship between my posting the link to the Alex Jones interview and my Twitter ban could be written off as a simple coincidence, if it weren’t for the fact that Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, has singled out Alex Jones as someone he does not want on Twitter because of his stance on the December 14, 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting where 26 people were killed, including twenty children between the ages of six and seven. Alex Jones had called the Sandy Hook shooting a hoax, claiming it was “staged” by the government so they could “go after our guns” and “start a civil war.” Jones also accused the parents of the murdered children of being “crisis actors” who faked their sorrow to turn the public against defenders of the Second Amendment.
In October 2022 a Connecticut court ordered Alex Jones to pay the families of the Sandy Hook victims $965 million in damages for the pain and suffering caused by his words. This ruling was on top of an almost $50 million judgement against Jones in a similar case in Texas.
The Alex Jones-related court decisions present numerous challenges to the notion of free speech protections under the First Amendment of the US Constitution, such as distinguishing the fine line between defamation and the right to express an opinion, regardless of how fact-challenged and odious it might be, and whether free speech can be limited in the so-called interest of the administration of justice. So far, the courts have sided against Mr. Jones and free speech, something that should disturb every American regardless of where one stands on the issue of Sandy Hook.
For the record, I vehemently disagree with Alex Jones on Sandy Hook. The victims of that horrible incident were real, as was the pain and suffering of their family members. By the way, Alex Jones now agrees, having apologized for his past statements and acknowledging that the murders in Sandy Hook were “100% real.”
Subsequent apologies aside, I do believe Mr. Jones has the unfettered right to express himself on this issue, and any issue, as he sees fit, and I find his prosecution/persecution for exercising his right to free speech far more disturbing than his stance on Sandy Hook. One can always go on the record as to why Alex Jones is wrong about Sandy Hook. By punishing Alex Jones for articulating his point of view, the courts have set a chilling precedent which opens the door for similar prosecutions of persons expressing points of view that diverge from the mainstream narrative. If you’re an American citizen and you don’t see that, you are blind.
But it is not just the courts that have put a damper on free speech when it comes to Alex Jones. The foremost advocate for so-called “free speech absolutism”—billionaire Elon Musk—has decided that there are, in fact, limits on what constitutes “absolutism,” and one of those limits is Alex Jones. When queried by author Sam Harris on whether Musk would be lifting the ban on Alex Jones imposed under Twitter’s previous ownership as part of his much-touted “amnesty” program that brought silenced persons such as Donald Trump, Kanye West, and yours truly in from Twitter banishment, Musk declared that the ban would remain in place.“My firstborn child died in my arms,” Musk tweeted. “I felt his last heartbeat. I have no mercy for anyone who would use the deaths of children for gain, politics or fame.”Getting past whether or not what Musk tweeted was itself factually correct (his ex-wife takes umbrage over his words, declaring that the child, who passed away from sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), died in her arms), the hypocrisy of Elon Musk’s statement is mind-boggling.
Let’s start with the case of Petro Poroshenko (@poroshenko, a still-active, unbanned account). In November 14, 2014, then Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko delivered a speech to the citizens of Odessa, in which he spoke about how Ukraine was going to win the war in the Donbas. In a rambling address, the Ukrainian leader spoke about the situation faced by the citizens of the Donbas, comparing their lot to that of normal Ukrainians. “Because we have jobs, and they have not. We have pensions, and they have not. We have support of children and pensioners, they have not. Our children would go to kindergartens and schools, theirs would be sitting in cellars.”
On April 14, 2014, Petro Poroshenko declared war on the people of the Donbas, establishing an “Anti-terrorist operation” (ATO) which unleashed the Ukrainian military against those Ukrainian citizens who objected to the illegal, US-backed coup that ousted the constitutionally elected government of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. Through June 30, 2021, 3,390 civilians were killed as a result—including more than 150 children.
There is a monument to these slain children in Donetsk, listing the names of the dead and the date they were killed because of Petro Poroshenko’s war against his own people.
Read each name, Elon. You chose to support baby killers. And you continue to provide them with unfettered access to your Twitter platform.
F**k you, Elon.
But it gets worse for the so-called poster child of internet free speech. Elon Musk can pontificate all he wants about the sanctity of the lives of children. But the fact is he has not just sided with baby killers—the company Musk owns actively facilitates the ongoing murder of children in the Donbas. Starlink is a system of satellite terminals provided to Ukraine by SpaceX, a company owned and operated by Elon Musk. While SpaceX president Gwynne Shotwell has declared that Starlink technology was “never meant to be weaponized,” she openly acknowledges that SpaceX has found it acceptable practice by the Ukrainian government to use Starlink to support military communications. When SpaceX discovered that Starlink was being used by the Ukrainian military to direct drone strikes against Russia, the company claims it took unspecified measures to prevent this from happening.
Elon Musk himself has acknowledged the dilemma that exists in providing Ukraine with the Starlink technology. “SpaceX Starlink has become the connectivity backbone of Ukraine all the way up to the front lines,” Musk noted. “This is the damned if you do part. However,” he added, “we are not allowing Starlink to be used for long-range drone strikes. This is the damned if you don’t part.”
But Musk remains silent about the role played by Starlink in facilitating attacks on civilian infrastructure in the Donbas by Ukraine using HIMARS artillery rocket systems. Vadym Skibitsky, Ukraine’s deputy head of military intelligence and principal spokesperson for the intelligence service, has openly acknowledged the role played by western satellites in obtaining intelligence on targets to be struck using HIMARS, and how these targets are transmitted “in real time” using Starlink.
In July 2022, the Ukrainian army used HIMARS rockets to attack the Donetsk village of Makiivka, striking a playground where young children were playing at the time. Two boys were killed on the spot, and an 8-year-old girl later died in intensive care.
Their deaths are on you, Elon. Alex Jones did not help pull the trigger of the Sandy Hook murderer’s weapon. Can you say the same thing about those who fire the HIMARS rockets at civilian targets in the Donbas?
No.
F**k you, Elon.
I was banned by Twitter, it seems, because I had the audacity to appear on the Alex Jones Show, and then post evidence of this on my Twitter account.
My appearance was focused solely on the issue of nuclear disarmament and the need for effective arms control between the US and Russia. I couldn’t think of a more compelling and important issue for someone who claims, as Elon Musk does, to be a defender of children.

Robert Kennedy, Steve Kirsch and Robert Malone – What’s It All About?

“I have historically worked with people who have been truly Deep State intelligence community”… Robert W Malone MD
One of Robert Malone’s initial wealthy benefactors is Steve Kirsch, who participated in Malone’s early introductory media appearance before freedom-loving people on Dark Horse Podcast on June 19, 2021. Since then, Kirsch and Malone have frequently appeared or been associated together in the media.
[…]
Kirsch and Robert Kennedy
Kirsch is not only very supportive of Malone but has become personally involved in Kennedy’s future career. Kirsch has recently announced, “I’m forming a Super PAC to Draft RFK Jr. to run for President.” The campaign quickly kicked off on April 19, 2023.
In the meanwhile, Robert Malone became deeply involved with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and his organization, Children’s Health Defense (CHD). Kennedy, a verifiable hero, was kind enough to endorse our book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey, as the deepest dive into the global conspiracy behind COVID.
[…]
In the act of great generosity and a determination to share the truth, Kennedy gave us this endorsement a mere month or two before the publication of his own amazing book, The Real Anthony Fauci. We admire Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and appreciate his support for our work exposing organized global predation.
Kennedy’s book concludes with a flash of brilliant light into the relationship between Warp Speed and its true sponsor, the Department of Defense. The last subtitle in Kennedy’s book is stunning and well-documented: “COVID-19: A Military Project.”
Yet Kennedy’s newsletter, The Defender, features an interview with Robert Malone on August 1, 2022, that discloses how closely and for decades Malone’s work has been tied to the Department of Defense and other Deep State funding.
[…]
Infiltrating the Breggins
The problematic Kennedy and Malone relationship has actively sought out and entangled itself with us. While Robert Malone is suing us for $25 million for alleged defamation — the first and only time in six decades of reform work that anyone has made such an accusation — our business and friendship circle has been actively infiltrated by supporters of Robert F. Kennedy and Robert Malone. Their purpose appears to have been twofold: firstly, to get us to lay off criticizing Robert Malone, even though he’s the one suing and attacking us, and secondly, to stop us from talking about the Kennedy/Malone relationships. We believe these covert influencers are more connected to Robert Kennedy’s organization and interests than Robert Malone’s.
[…]
Kennedy/Malone Connections at a Glance
Kennedy has put the Children’s Health Defense emblem on the cover of Malone’s new book. Kennedy is almost certainly responsible for getting Malone his biggest media bonanza as the single scientific and moral commentator for James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas bizarre undercover video interview of a Pfizer executive. Kennedy is very close to James O’Keefe, even doing a recent wilderness trek with him in celebration of O’Keefe’s wildly successful Project Veritas indictments of Pfizer.
Perhaps to establish Malone’s future political credentials, Kennedy’s newsletter, Defender, introduced Malone to the world as the new expert on Fifth Generation Warfare on December 20, 2022.
[…]
Returning to Steve Kirsch, who has inserted himself so deeply into the health freedom movement, for a time promoting the extremely dangerous antidepressant fluvoxamine (trade name, Luvox) for treating COVID-19, a therapeutic approach that I openly opposed based on my own published research and my forensic and clinical experience.

Why A Kennedy Presidency Backed by Malone Could End Hope for a Conservative Revolution
Donald Trump has disappointed many people who otherwise support and even love him by not retracting his support for his extraordinarily misguided and harmful COVID-19 policies. The evidence indicates that President Trump was actively conspired against while in office. One of his few trustworthy COVID advisors, Paul Elias Alexander, Ph.D., describes in his book, Presidential Take Down, how the people closest to Trump kept the truth from him and urged him not to challenge the globalist narrative. One of the actual perpetrators, Deborah Birx MD, shamelessly describes in her book, Silent Invasion, how she consciously subverted and obstructed President Trump’s COVID policies by conspiring with his political enemies, lying to him, and doctoring his memos and orders.
[…]
Given public outrage over much that has occurred during COVID-19, Kennedy as a presidential candidate might benefit from the backing of Robert W. Malone MD, who advertises himself as the scientist who “invented the mRNA vaccines.” This combination could be lethal to Donald Trump’s attempt at a second term, especially if Trump continues to defend his vaccine policies.
Malone has already remarked that he would not turn down a high government post under any upcoming administration. After bragging about his positive relationship with Anthony Fauci in the past, Malone is now attacking Fauci’s decisions. What position would Malone be offered by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.?
At present, it looks like Malone is angling to replace Fauci — but hang onto your hats and think about this: Maybe Malone could be thinking of the Vice-Presidency. Why not? He would seem stunningly qualified compared to Vice President Kamala Harris.
A President Robert F. Kennedy Jr., given his current relationship with Malone, is probably more likely to award Malone any health-related position he wants from the head of DARPA to the director of NIMH or Fauci’s NIAID. Either way, from the analyses of many individuals, including us, he should not be given power over people.
[…]
Is Malone Creating a New Leadership Specialty for Himself?
Malone has held dearly to his initial concept of mass formation psychosis — the idea that “the masses” must bear the lion’s share of responsibility for succumbing to the worst of the official COVID-19 narrative because they hypnotized themselves into mass psychosis. He began threatening me with a lawsuit within weeks of my intellectually challenging the concept. There was nothing personal about it, and I never defamed him — I was simply criticizing his concept.
I criticized the concept of mass psychosis in my columns and the media, expressing concern in particular that it would be used to weaponize psychiatry. Diagnosing large groups of people as psychotic opens the way for one or another political faction to take psychiatric actions against them, such as involuntary incarceration and “treatment.” It also distracts from the wealthy and powerful elite who are actively dominating and exploiting the people — and have been doing so since the dawn of civilization in fiefdoms, kingdoms, slave states, and empires.
Within a few weeks of my criticizing his and Desmet’s mass formation concept, with Malone’s further elaboration of mass formation psychosis, Malone made his first-ever communications to me, all of them threatening.
[…]
Why Malone Has Been Attacking Us So Violently
Ginger and I were probably the first people in the health freedom movement to stand up to Malone in the public square despite his personal and legal threats of retaliation.
[…]
The list of those attacked by Robert Malone, which continues to grow, includes many of the most dedicated freedom fighters in health freedom leadership, such as Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH; Harvey Risch MD, Judy Mikovits Ph.D., The Wellness Company, its founder, and outstanding medical staff. It includes one of the greatest free speech platforms, America Out Loud, and its founder. In short, Malone’s attacks span the most dedicated and liberty-loving people and organizations in the health freedom movement.

First Republic Bank Stock Crashes on Wall Street
A branch of First Republic Bank in the U.S., 2023. | Photo: Twitter/ @bfmbusiness

As of March 31, this U.S. regional bank had US$104.47 billion of deposits, down 40.8 percent from Dec. 31, 2022.
The shares of First Republic Bank (FRB), one of the U.S. banks hardest hit by the recent financial crisis, fell 15 percent in pre-opening electronic trading on Wall Street on Wednesday.
At the end of trading on Tuesday, its shares fell almost 50 percent, after this institution released its accounts, which show a huge loss of deposits. Earlier, on Monday, this San Francisco-based institution presented figures on its recent financial performance.
Its latest report shows a substantial deterioration in business in the first quarter (Q1) following last month’s banking crisis leading to the closure of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) Bank and Signature Bank.
“With the closure of several banks in March, we experienced unprecedented deposit outflows. We are working to restructure our balance sheet and reduce our expenses and short-term borrowings,” said Neal Holland, chief financial officer of First Republic Bank.
The bank’s financial results showed that its revenues in Q1 were US$1.2 billion, 15.9 percent lower from the previous quarter and 13.4 percent less than the same period of 2022.
The net interest income in Q1 was US$923 million, down 21.4 percent quarter on quarter and 19.4 percent year on year, respectively. Particularly, the net income in Q1 was US$269 million with a 32.9 percent plunge compared to the same period last year.
As of March 31, First Republic Bank had US$104.47 billion of deposits, down 40.8 percent from Dec. 31, 2022, though it had received US$30 billion of uninsured deposits on March 16 from 11 U.S. large banks, which aimed to enhance liquidity and confidence in this bank.

“ChatGPT has Driven Half the Gains in the Stock Market this Year” – Mega Financial Bubble About to Explode

by Brian Shilhavy
Editor, Health Impact News
I have been reporting on the Big Tech Crash since it started last year (2022).
This crash picked up speed in 2022 following the collapse of the mega Cryptocurrency company FTX, which revealed a huge criminal Ponzi scheme that raked in $billions while its founder and associates reveled in their wealth with drugs, wild parties and sexual orgies. (Source.)
Criminal prosecutions and other civil lawsuits are still ongoing, and we may never know just how far this scandal reached, and the extent of those involved, which includes many famous professional sports figures. The Miami Heat NBA Basketball team’s arena was even named after FTX, and had to recently change its name just after FTX had purchased a multi-year sponsorship of the arena.
Here in 2023, however, investors have continued to pour money into Big Tech stocks, in spite of the losses they suffered in 2022 and the hundreds of thousands who have now been laid off by these companies, and I have been warning for the past 3 months that this is a huge financial bubble because most of these investments are going into the newest fad in Big Tech: Artificial Intelligence Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, in spite of the fact that these new software products are not producing any revenue yet.
And in a report published today about an analysis from JPMorgan, the analysis stated that “The interest sparked in artificial intelligence driven by ChatGPT and other large language models has driven more than half the gains in the S&P 500 this year.”
WOW!!! That’s worse than even I expected! Not only is Big Tech in trouble and about to crash, so is the entire United States financial system.
History Repeats Itself, but This Time it is Far Worse
We’ve been here before, back in 2000 and 2001 when the last Big Tech bubble burst in what is usually referred to as the “dot-com” financial bubble burst.
But most of the people running Big Tech today are probably too young to know about that, and who studies history anymore these days when you can go into Big Tech and ride the gravy train of Big Money without even producing anything?
That’s exactly what was happening back in the late 1990s when the first Big Tech bubble was forming. I was there, and I started my own dot-com ecommerce company, which is still around today 21 years later.
Brian McCullough wrote a great review of the dot-com bubble of 2000 back in 2018 for TED.com. Here are some excerpts, and as you read this, take note of the similarities to today’s Big Tech bubble.
A revealing look at the dot-com bubble of 2000 — and how it shapes our lives today
The successful dot-coms of the late ‘90s and early ‘00s had a few things in common: they all vowed to “change the world”, had crazy-high valuations, and were wildly unprofitable.
By 1999, losing money was the mark of a successful dot-com. And few could lose money as prolifically or creatively as Priceline. The head of a rival website named CheapTickets complained that his company couldn’t compete with Priceline’s hype. “We’ve got a policy here at CheapTickets,” founder Michael Hartley groused. “We need to make money. It hurts our valuation.”

The dot-com bubble was a fantasy period when a lot of VCs actually didn’t care if a business turned a profit, because it didn’t need to. “We’re in an environment where the company doesn’t have to be successful for us to make money,” a venture capitalist at Benchmark admitted when mulling over a pre-IPO investment in Priceline.

So here we are in 2023 with almost the exact same thing happening, inflating another huge financial bubble fueled by Big Tech, except this time it is far worse!
Back in 2000, the technology was still in its infancy, and contained primarily in the tech sector of the economy. The top 10 tech stocks in 2000 made up about 23% of the S&P’s total market cap.
Today, Big Tech makes up about 35% of the S&P 500 (source), but that does not even begin to tell the true story of investments in technology, as their products are now used by almost all other sectors of the U.S. economy, as “biotech,” “fintech,” and other such terms are commonly used today to describe technology’s growing influence into the entire U.S. economy.
And they ALL want to get in on the latest Big Tech fad: ChatGPT type AI software.
Like all Ponzi schemes, it may take a while for the U.S. economy to implode and be reflected in the U.S. Stock Market, which has basically devolved into a huge Ponzi fraud.
The Big Tech 1st quarter reports are coming out this week, and while they most certainly will reflect huge financial losses, they will ride the AI train as far as they can betting on the future.
For example, I expect that these reports will show some growth in some sectors, like Cloud Computing where the demand is increasing to supply the computing power needed to develop all this AI software, and that will be enough for the Wall Street investors to bet on the future and keep pumping money into this Ponzi fraud.
But it will eventually fail, as the banks fail, and eventually there will be no more money left to keep funding the fraud.
The Wall Street billionaires and bankers will then step in and probably use the Federal Reserve to “manage the crisis” and determine which Tech companies are too big to fail, and then put the American taxpayers on the hook to bail them out.
The same will happen to the banking sector as well, and on the other side of this crash there will only be a few technology companies left that run the entire technology sector, and only a handful of banks left that everyone will be forced to bank at.
This will make it far easier to control every aspect of the American public as they implement digital IDs and tracking for everyone, and eventually Central Bank Digital Currencies.

WHO, Gates Foundation seek to reverse falling childhood vaccination rates
By Nandhini Srinivasan and Sriparna Roy
April 24 (Reuters) – The World Health Organization is working with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and other not-for profit organizations and agencies to reverse a pandemic-driven decline in routine childhood vaccinations.*
The initiative was launched on Monday by the WHO, UNICEF, the GAVI vaccine alliance and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation among others, and seeks to protect countries from vaccine-preventable disease outbreaks such as measles and yellow fever.
The efforts will focus on boosting rates in 20 countries, which account for 75% of the children who missed vaccinations in 2021.
“WHO is supporting dozens of countries to restore immunization and other essential health services. Catching up is a top priority. No child should die of a vaccine-preventable disease,” WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said.
Vaccination rates in children during the pandemic took a hit due to overburdened clinics, lockdown restrictions and disruptions in transport of vials, syringes and other medical supplies.
According to the WHO, 25 million children under the age of 1 year did not receive basic vaccines in 2021 and global immunization coverage for children dropped to 81% that year from 86% in 2019.
People all over the world lost confidence in the importance of routine childhood vaccines against killer diseases such as measles and polio during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a report from UNICEF last week.

Presidential candidate vows to ‘unwind US empire’

US presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr has pledged to wind down American military interventionism abroad if he is elected to the White House in 2024.
Kennedy, who is the son of Robert F. Kennedy and the nephew of former President John F. Kennedy, confirmed his candidacy for the Democratic nomination at a campaign rally in Boston last week, placing him in competition with current US leader Joe Biden.
Also known for being a prominent anti-vaccine activist, the 69-year-old environmental lawyer has acknowledged that he is not an “ideal” candidate given his often-controversial brand of discourse, but has argued that he is “not one of those people who said I have to be careful because one day I’m going to be in the White House.”
Chief among Kennedy’s campaign proposals, as noted in a six-point plan published on his official website, would be drawing a line through US military interventionism abroad and “start[ing] the process of unwinding [an] empire.”
JFK’s nephew announces 2024 US presidential bid“We will bring the troops home. We will stop racking up unpayable debt to fight one war after another. The military will return to its proper role of defending our country,” the plan stated, adding that “America cannot be an empire abroad and a democracy at home.”
Regarding the Ukraine conflict, Kennedy stated that the US mission is “to end the suffering of the Ukrainian people.” However, he argued that Ukrainians are “victims” not just of Russia, but also of “American geopolitical machinations going back to at least 2014.”
Kennedy, who has never held significant public office, has drawn criticism from health experts – and even members of his own family – amid various outspoken comments throughout his career. In 2005, a prominent science publication issued a stinging rebuke of claims he made in which he appeared to link the development of autism to vaccines.

Elevated rates of autism, other neurodevelopmental and psychiatric diagnoses, and autistic traits in transgender and gender-diverse individuals

Transgender Epidemic Driven by Tidal Wave of Autism Spectrum Disorder
Like infectious disease pandemics, chronic illnesses can rise up and become dominant in clinical practice and in the media. No one would deny that the news cycle has adeptly replaced COVID-19 stories with the rise of transgenderism. Is there a real epidemic of gender dysphoria? What could be causing it?
Warrier et al, published a detailed analysis using multiple psychological instruments among a large sample size (N=641,860) with gender dysphoria treated with transgender hormonal/surgical therapy. The results are striking. Compared to normal reference groups, transgender individuals had up to a 12-fold increased risk of autism.

The authors summarized: “In conclusion, our study demonstrates that transgender and gender-diverse individuals have elevated rates of autism diagnosis, related neurodevelopmental and psychiatric conditions, and autistic traits compared to cisgender (normal) individuals. This study has clinical implications by highlighting that we need to improve access to care and tailored support for this under-served population.”
They are implying that neuropsychiatric care could be pivotal instead of the suggestion and promotion of gender change procedures in this vulnerable population. The implications of this paper are wide-ranging. School counselors should refer students for psychological assessment of autism and related disorder instead of prompting gender change to young, suggestable children. Furthermore, there should be a moratorium on transgender medicine while the full role of skyrocketing autism is evaluated among children with gender ambiguity approaching puberty.
