Has Hunter Biden’s decadent lifestyle become a metaphor for US society?

When cocaine was found in the White House, observers immediately linked it to the US president’s infamous son.

On July 2, just as the nation was preparing to celebrate Independence Day, the Biden White House got far more fireworks than they had bargained for as news spread rapidly that a bag of cocaine had been discovered inside the White House.

Two days later, Hunter Biden, currently America’s most infamous drug abuser, appeared on the White House balcony, looking sweaty and nervous, instantly reminding many viewers of the Hunter Biden we know from the folksy home-made videos and photos found on his “laptop from hell” – a story that the consolidated efforts of social media censorship and mainstream media memory-holing had failed to suppress. Hunter has been caught on camera (or even made the pictures himself) doing all kinds of seedy things, from apparently breaking the ground-speed record while smoking from a crack pipe to having sex with prostitutes. So naturally, it should come as no surprise that many people, primarily of the Fox News variety, took the cocaine evacuation scare to mean that Hunter was wreaking havoc once again, this time right at the heart of the nation.

Say what you will about former President Donald Trump – and much has been said – it is hard to imagine his own privileged children caught behaving in such an unhinged way, either in public or in private. And while America’s most controversial leader of all time may have had sticky fingers when it comes to classified and unclassified documents, at least we can say he was trying to keep abreast of international and domestic issues, while the entire establishment and deep state was working 24/7 to destroy him, as they are stilling doing now.

Hunter Biden’s drug problems are well documented, including by the man himself. He talks about it in his memoir (which some sycophantic reviewers describe as a story of redemption) and in one of the most cringe interviews of all time.

“I spent more time on my hands and knees picking through rugs, smoking anything that remotely resembled crack cocaine,” Hunter freely admitted to CBS interviewer Tracy Smith. “I probably smoked more Parmesan cheese than anyone you know, Tracy.” Tracy Smith was so visibly stunned by the remark that she never bothered to ask the obvious question as to why there would be so much cheese on anybody’s carpet. But that’s neither here nor there. Given the above admission, one would be excused for picturing a mental image of Hunter hoovering up traces of cocaine-laced dust from Oval Office carpets with his nose. In fact, plenty of memes to the tune have been posted online since the White House drug scare, taken with various degrees of seriousness.

Yet the fact that one of the most powerful (but certainly not the most popular, as the Democratic Kennedy clan was, for example) American political dynasties could not keep in check Hunter’s deep-seated drug problems speaks volumes about the Biden administration and the fate of the nation at large. In due fairness to the Biden family, they did succeed in raising a successful and morally upstanding man, Hunter’s older brother, Beau, a politician, lawyer, and officer who had a very promising political career ahead of him, until he succumbed to brain cancer at the age of 46.

By comparison, to a large part of the conservative American public, Hunter has become a sinful, sweaty, hyperventilating metaphor for everything wrong with America today: crime, overindulgence, and degradation of the norms of morality in the same vein that sees young children exposed to sexualized drag shows as some sort of “inclusivity.”

One would think that a wayward son such as Hunter and a bag of drugs discovered at the very seat of power (whether the two are linked in reality, or just in the public eye) should prove fatal to the president’s reputation. But in the current decadent-empire state of the US, with drug use less and less frowned upon and the boundaries of sexual depravity being pushed ever farther away, isn’t Hunter simply keeping up with the trends? If anything, all this makes the Bidens more relatable for their ultra-liberal fan base.

Hidden History of the Coup Against Imran Khan

Behind Closed Doors: A Film About Corruption in High Places and Those Who Enable It

Directed by Michael Oswald and Murtaza Mehdi (2023)

Film Review

In exposing the corrupt Third World officials caught up in Britain’s international money laundering schemes exposed the Pandora Papers,[1] this fascinating documentary provides the missing context behind the 2022 Ango/American coup against Pakistani prime minister Imran Khan.

It begins by revealing that 1/2 trillion dollars annually flows from the developing word to the West every year via offshore banking. The film attributes the success of this scheme largely to the failure of British banks and government officials to trace money “politically exposed persons”[2] invest in UK property and banks.

Specific examples  include

the Kenyata family in Kenya, where two-thirds of the population live on less than $3.20 a day and 70% are malnourished.the Aliyev family in Azerbaijan, where British Petroleum made a secret deal with Aliyev after instigating the 1992 bringing him to power. After privatizing the country’s Soviet era oil/gas industry, banks and hotels, the Aliyevs invested their profits in exclusive London properties, which they subsequently sold to the British royal family.[3] Azerbaijani officials who try to anti-corruption laws routinely end up dead or in jail.Congolese activists campaigning to have the UK return the fortune dictator Mobutu Seso Seko and his families invested in the UK and its offshore banks.Angolan activists campaigning to have the riches former president Jose Eduardo dos Santos and his family offshored.Former Pakistani prime minister Imran Khan’s diligent efforts to repatriate the fortune his predecessor Nawar Sharif and his family offshored during three terms as prime minister in the 1990s. In 2018, Nawar Sharif was sentenced to seven years in prison (following release of the Pandora Papers [4]), a move playing an important role in Khan’s election in August 2018.

As the filmmakers make clear, London is the destination of choice of funds illegally offshored by “politically exposed persons”

in part  because London (a far larger financial center than New York) is the banking capitol of the world,in part because the UK has no money laundering laws,in part because they deliberately seek out corrupt third world leaders to increase their political and economic influence in the developing world,in part because the majority of offshore money laundering occurs in British territories (eg British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, Cayman Islands and Channel Islands), andin part because they allow third world leaders to own British property anonymously.

The UK passed the UK Economic Crime Act in 2022 to identify Russian oligarchs who were offshoring their wealth in Britain. Under the Act, all foreign entities owning companies and property in the UK are required to disclose their owners. Unfortunately the law isn’t being enforced. Immediately following his sentencing, Nawar Shariff went the UK for medical treatment, and the British Crown has refused to extradite him to serve his sentence.

The film blames Imran Khan’s persistent demands for Britain to return the funds the Shariff family had offshored, along with his refusal to host CIA sites on Pakistani soil, for the April 2022 call by Pakistan’s US ambassador to remove him from power. According to Khan, who is interviewed in the film, million dollar bribes offered to his government’s coalition partners played a major role in the no-confidence vote removing him from office.

Shabaz Shariff, Nawar Shariff’s brother and leader of Pakistan’s main opposition party, was about to be sentenced for corruption when he replaced Khan as prime minister. At the time of their appointment, sixty percent of Shabazz Shaif’s cabinet were on bail in ongoing corruption proceedings.

Since the latter became prime minister, the multi-governmental Financial Action Task Force has lifted Pakistan’s gray (ie corrupt status), and Pakistan’s National Accountability Bureau has declared him “innocent” of his money laundering conviction. This followed the death of two NAB investigators of unexplained heart attacks in May and June o2022, and the near fatal heart attack of a third. It also followed a retroactive law Shariff passed to restrict the power of the NAB in investigating white collar crime and to prosecute police who failed to present reliable evidence of corruption at the time of arrest.

[1] The Pandora Papers were 11.9 million leaked documents that the International Consortium of Investigation (ICIJ) published in October 2021. The leak exposed the secret offshore accounts of 35 world leaders, including current and former presidents, prime ministers, and heads of state as well as more than 100 billionaires, celebrities, and business leaders.

[2] Defined as “a person entrusted with an important public function.*

[3] Prince Andrew is the most influential pro-Azerbaijan lobbyist in the world.

[4] The Pandora Papers revealed Nawar Shariff had laundered tens of millions of illicit funds (bribes etc.) through the family’s sugar company,

Spain Joins NATO Allies, UN in Opposing US Transfer of Cluster Munitions to Ukraine

By Ilya Tsukanov

Sputnik International

The Biden administration signed off on the delivery of howitzer-launched cluster munitions to Ukraine on Friday of a kind which the US military had previously pledged to destroy. Russian officials condemned the move as a major escalation.

Spain does not support the US decision to send cluster munitions to Ukraine, Defense Minister Margarita Robles has announced.”Spain, based on the firm commitment it has to Ukraine, also has a firm commitment that certain weapons and bombs cannot be delivered under any circumstances,” Robles said.

As a party to the Convention on Cluster Munitions, Spain has a “clear and resounding” position on this type of weapon, and the US decision to send arms to Ukraine was “not a NATO decision,” she added.

The US announced Friday that it would be sending cluster munitions to Ukraine as part of a new $800 million military aid package, citing the need to improve Kiev’s military capabilities against Russian forces. Cluster munitions are an extremely lethal weapon containing dozens or hundreds of explosive bomblets which saturate across wide areas, with some failing to detonate on impact and subsequently coming to pose a risk to non-combatants and the local environment.

The weapons’ deployment in urban areas threatens to cause mass casualties among civilians. Kiev has assured Washington that it would not use cluster munitions in civilian areas, but has been known to systematically deploy its NATO-provided artillery, HIMARS rockets and cruise missiles against civilian infrastructure in the Donbass, Crimea and other parts of Russia.

Spain is one of several US allies to express opposition to the US decision on the delivery of cluster munitions to Ukraine, with Germany, Britain, and Canada also doing so. The United Nations has also expressed opposition to the move, with dozens of human rights groups and anti-war movements condemning Washington over the decision.

Rand Paul moves to protect Americans’ First Amendment rights from Biden admin collusion with Big Tech

By Houston Keene | Fox News

Kentucky senator plans to introduce bill TuesdayPaul applauds Musk for exposing Twitter’s ‘collusion with government’

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., discusses the fight for free speech and the left’s attempts to try and silence Twitter CEO Elon Musk on “Jesse Watters Primetime.”

FIRST ON FOX: Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul plans to introduce a bill to protect Americans from the Biden administration violating their First Amendment rights.

Fox News Digital has learned that Paul is expected to propose the Free Speech Protection Act on Tuesday, which would impose harsh penalties on federal employees and contractors who leverage their positions to attack speech protected under the First Amendment.

The bill would empower American citizens to sue the government and executive branch officials who violate the First Amendment of the Constitution, according to Paul’s office.

“Under my Free Speech Protection Act, the government will no longer be able to cloak itself in secrecy to undermine the First Amendment rights of Americans,” Paul told Fox News Digital.

Paul’s office said the Free Speech Protection Act would mandate the frequent publication of and public access to reports on communications between an executive branch agency and a content provider. It bars agencies from using Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemptions to stop the disclosure of illegal communications.

Paul’s bill also makes sure federal grant money does not go to entities that seek to label media outlets as sources of disinformation or misinformation, and ends several authorities and programs that the senator’s office says threaten Americans’ constitutional rights.

The Kentucky senator plans to introduce the bill on Tuesday. Paul touched on crafting the bill in an interview with Fox News’ Jesse Watters last month.

Paul’s bill comes after a U.S. District Court judge is temporarily preventing White House officials from meeting with tech companies about social media censorship, arguing that such actions in the past were likely First Amendment violations.

The Tuesday injunction by Louisiana Judge Terry A. Doughty was in response to recent lawsuits from Louisiana and Missouri attorneys general. The suits allege that the White House coerced or “significantly encourage[d]” tech companies to suppress free speech during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Doughty is barring several federal officials and agencies – including some of President Biden’s Cabinet members and White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre – from contacting social media companies in efforts to suppress speech.

Google, Meta and Twitter were all named in the lawsuits.

The injunction, which was obtained by Fox News, states that the government’s actions “likely violate the Free Speech Clause” and that the court “is not persuaded by Defendants’ arguments,” dealing a significant blow to the White House.

“During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth,’” Doughty wrote.

“If the allegations made by Plaintiffs are true, the present case arguably involves the most massive attack against free speech in United States’ history,” the injunction adds. “In their attempts to suppress alleged disinformation, the Federal Government, and particularly the Defendants named here, are alleged to have blatantly ignored the First Amendment’s right to free speech.”

The injunction also claims that “the censorship alleged in this case almost exclusively targeted conservative speech” but that issues the case raises are “beyond party lines.”

“Viewpoint discrimination is an especially egregious form of content discrimination,” Doughty wrote. “The government must abstain from regulating speech when the specific motivating ideology or the perspective of the speaker is the rationale for the restriction.”

Justice Dept. asks 5th Circuit to delay judge’s social media order

By Cat Zakrzewski and Tim StarksWashington Post

The filing came hours after U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty rejected a request to stay his ruling from last week

The Justice Department asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit on Monday to stay a preliminary injunction that puts extraordinary limits on government communications with social media companies, arguing that the sweeping order could chill law enforcement activity to protect national security interests.

The 22-page request came just hours after U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty denied the Justice Department’s request for a stay. Doughty imposed the preliminary injunction limiting government communications with social media companies July 4.

The Justice Department’s filing signaled that it could seek the intervention of the Supreme Court, saying that at a minimum, the 5th Circuit should put the order on pause for 10 days to give the nation’s highest court time to consider an application for a stay.

In its filing, the Justice Department warned that the injunction could bar a wide swath of communications between the government and the tech industry, stopping the president, for instance, from denouncing misinformation about a natural disaster circulating online.

It also said the order has the potential to disrupt communications about the fentanyl crisis or the security of federal elections, warning that it creates legal uncertainty that could lead to “disastrous delays” in responding to misinformation.

Read the DOJ’s emergency request for a stay of the social media ruling

In rejecting the Justice Department’s request that he stay his order, Doughty said that the order creates exceptions for communications related to criminal activity, national security threats, cyberattacks and foreign attempts to interfere in elections, and that the Biden administration did not cite any specific examples in which the injunction’s limits on communications “would provide grave harm to the American people or our democratic processes.”

“Although this Preliminary Injunction involves numerous agencies, it is not as broad as it appears,” Doughty, a Trump-appointed judge, wrote in his denial of the stay. “It only prohibits something the Defendants have no legal right to do — contacting social media companies for the purpose of urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner, the removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech posted on social-media platforms.”

But the Justice Department’s appeal to the 5th Circuit said those “carveouts cured neither the injunction’s overbreadth nor its vagueness.”

“May federal officials respond to a false story on influential social-media accounts with a public statement, or a statement to the platforms hosting the accounts, refuting the story? May they urge the public to trust neither the story nor the platforms that disseminate it?” the request asks. “May they answer unsolicited questions from platforms about whether the story is false if the platforms’ policies call for the removal of falsehoods? No plausible interpretation of the First Amendment would prevent the government from taking such actions, but the injunction could be read to do so.”

Civil rights groups, academics and tech industry officials say the order — which places restrictions on more than a dozen health and law enforcement agencies and officials across the federal government — could undermine work to address disinformation on social media. They warn that the judge’s injunction could unravel efforts to protect U.S. elections that were developed after revelations of Russian interference in the 2016 election.

In issuing the injunction, Doughty said the Republican state attorneys general who brought the lawsuit are likely to prove that a variety of government agencies and officials “coerced, significantly encouraged, and/or jointly participated” in suppressing social media posts that included anti-vaccination views and questioned the results of the 2020 elections.

The State Department last week canceled a meeting about 2024 election preparations with Facebook’s parent company, Meta, in the wake of Doughty’s injunction.

On Monday, state election officials said they would continue their efforts to address online disinformation, despite the injunction. Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon criticized the injunction Monday morning but said it was unlikely to affect his office’s efforts, which include communicating with social media platforms and operating a facts vs. myths website that debunks common falsehoods about voting.

“It strikes me as overly broad and intentionally counterproductive in terms of the work that all of us do to push back against disinformation,” Simon said. Still, he noted that the suit was rooted in part in an argument that the federal government’s regulatory role gave it leverage that his office doesn’t have.

“We don’t have guns and badges. There are no penalties we can impose. There is no license we can revoke or suspend,” he said. “We’re in the democracy business, not in the regulatory business.”

Al Schmidt, Pennsylvania’s top election official, said he too does not expect any changes in his state’s plans to counter election misinformation.

“It’s too early to tell and too difficult to predict” whether legal challenges will eventually present obstacles at the state level, said Schmidt, a Republican appointed to his post by Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro. “It’s certainly something that we’re going to keep an eye on, but I don’t anticipate right now it having any effect on our efforts to combat misinformation in the election space.”

Sweden’s U-Turn on Trans Kids: The Trans Train

Trans Kids Not New "Phenomenon" Explains Professor

Did You Know?

In May of 2021 Sweden announced a change of their policy regarding the medical and surgical transition of children. The change came in the wake of several bombshell documentaries which explored the issue of medicalization of children experiencing gender dysphoria in Sweden and Europe. The controversial documentary series examined the evidence base of the protocols, the ethics of treating children who cannot consent and the degree of oversight and accountability that clinics held for their patients. The English speaking world isn’t aware of much of what the documentaries uncovered because of the language barrier, as the films are mostly in Swedish. English captions have been made available and for the first time the films are presented here with english voiceover to make them more accessible.

This transition protocol for children based on “The Dutch Study” had previously been used by clinics in Sweden since around 2014 to start children on puberty blockers leading to cross-sex hormones and surgery. The “Dutch Study” was originally designed with strict criteria for inclusion which were not being applied to the exploding population of mostly young women who were starting to seek treatment for dysphoria.

As such, most patients being put on this “trans train” of affirmation and medicalization were a different population group than those studied in the original Dutch protocol. As a result, the issues of regret and detransition began to be come more common as people for whom the Dutch Protocol was not designed for started to see that medical and surgical transition did not solve their issues.

When these stories started to leak out, the Swedish investigative journalists at “Mission: Investigate” started talking with regretters and detransitioners and approached the hospitals and clinics who were treating young people at the time to figure out what was going on. Over the next several years subsequent episodes of Mission: Investigate explored other aspects of the modern discourse about the medical treatment of gender dysphoria. The revelations of this series were eventually led to the national health system in Sweden reviewing their protocols and issuing an official policy halting the implementation of the Dutch protocol in treating children with gender dysphoria.

Gender Transformation: The Untold Realities | A Documentary Every Parent Needs to Watch

Taking about 5 and half hours to watch the videos could save the life of a child or teenager you know. Keep in mind this is just the tip of the iceberg. Also keep in mind this is all experimental. They have no idea of the long term side effects. They do know it will shorten your life. All the treatments come with side effects. Some side effects are devastating. They will be sterilized. They lose interest in sex. After they transition, is when they are more prone to suicide. There is more.

The Rampant Greenwashing Destroying Our Planet

stupidity of ethanol as green energy

Dr Mercola

Story at-a-glanceCarbon neutrality refers to a product that has net zero carbon emissions. The manufacture and use of corn-based ethanol has expanded based on the assumption that it’s carbon neutral and therefore far better for the environment than gasoline. However, several studies have shown that such assumptions are categorically falseA 2016 study found corn grown for ethanol only offset 37% of carbon dioxide emissions produced by burning biofuels, resulting in net-positive carbon dioxide emissions that are greater than gasolineOne of the primary reasons why growing corn for ethanol has a net-positive CO2 impact is because farmers are plowing up native grasslands to make more room for corn; 60 tons of carbon dioxide are released into the environment per acre of grassland plowedIgnoring water consumption further underestimates CO2 emissions from land-use change by 28%. When corn plants’ water needs are considered, corn ethanol is worse for the environment than gasolineA five-year study published in 2022 concluded the CO2 emissions from corn-based ethanol are at least 24% greater than that of gasoline. On top of that, it has led to increased fertilizer use, resulting in greater water pollution and a growing dead zone in the Gulf of Mexico

Carbon neutrality is the holy grail of the biofuel industry. It refers to a product that has net zero carbon emissions. In the case of ethanol, the corn or soybeans grown to produce it would have to remove as much carbon dioxide from the environment as is given off when the ethanol is burned.

The manufacture and use of ethanol in the U.S. has been allowed to expand based on the assumption that it’s carbon neutral and therefore far better for the environment than gasoline. However, a 2016 study1 by professor John DeCicco, Ph.D., at the University of Michigan, showed that such assumptions were categorically false.

Ethanol Is Far From Carbon Neutral

What DeCicco and his team discovered was that biofuels such as corn ethanol are associated with a net increase in carbon dioxide emissions — even more so than gasoline. It turns out that the crops only offset 37% of carbon dioxide emissions produced by burning biofuels.

[…]

Ethanol Raises Net Carbon Emissions

For example, in 2014, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) released a report titled “Ethanol’s Broken Promise,”3 which reached similar conclusions as DeCicco’s study. It too concluded that corn ethanol is worse for the environment than gasoline.

One of the primary reasons why growing corn for ethanol has a net-positive carbon impact is because farmers are plowing up native grasslands to make more room for corn. The failure to take this change in land use into account is how proponents of biofuels have been able to perpetuate the myth that it’s carbon neutral.

According to EWG, more than 8 million acres of grassland and wetlands were converted to corn between 2008 and 2011 alone, and every time an acre of grassland is plowed, 60 tons of carbon dioxide are released into the environment.4

So, while the ethanol fuel program was designed to reduce carbon emissions, the loss of grasslands does just the opposite. Estimates showing corn ethanol’s positive influence on the environment have also failed to consider the water needed to grow the corn.

“Ignoring water constraints underestimates emissions from land-use change by 28%,” EWG reported.5 According to agricultural economists at Purdue University, when corn plants’ water needs are considered, corn ethanol is worse for the environment than gasoline.6

The EWG also cited data debunking the false claim that ethanol has no impact on the price of corn and other agricultural commodities. According to scientists with the National Academies, the radical change in the proportion of corn used for ethanol resulted in the price of corn rising by 20% and 40% between 2007 and 2009 alone. This is partly why anti-hunger organizations have been so against corn-based ethanol.

The Many Downsides of Biofuels

A five-year study7,8 published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Science (PNAS) in February 2022 also came down hard on corn-based ethanol, concluding its CO2 emissions are at least 24% greater than that of gasoline. On top of that, it has led to increased fertilizer use, resulting in greater water pollution and a growing dead zone in the Gulf of Mexico.

Will Large-Scale Carbon Capture Worsen the Situation?

Fertile farmland may soon also be sacrificed for large-scale carbon capture and sequestration projects that are being implemented in South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska.  A 700 mile pipeline will pump waste from multiple ethanol plants in these states to a final destination in North Dakota where more energy will be required to inject it into the ground.  The experts guarantee no problems will occur with underground water sources or other potential hazardous leaks.  Eminent domain laws will allow the governments to trench this pipeline without the farmers permission.

[…]

Summit Carbon Solutions is the largest of three companies seeking to pipe CO2 from ethanol-producing plants into porous rock, deep underground. The two others are Archer-Daniels-Midland and Navigator CO2 Ventures.12

What Can Go Wrong?

According to Hill, the science behind this ridiculous plan has been carefully analyzed and the process deemed 100% safe. Does that mean nothing can go wrong? Hardly. If history tells us anything, it’s that anything that can go wrong probably will, sooner or later, and when it comes to liquefied CO2 gas under pressure, it just so happens to be explosive when exposed to heat above 125 degrees Fahrenheit (52 degrees Celsius).13

Could liquefied CO2, under pressure, deep down in a rock formation, possibly get heated to combustible temperatures under extreme conditions? Something to ponder. Exposure to this CO2, say if a pipe were to bust a leak, also has severe health impacts, ranging from dizziness and increased heart rate to nervous system damage, frostbite and rapid suffocation.14

Aside from that, there’s the direct and immediate threat to farmers — and anyone who needs food — as usable farmland may be seized through eminent domain for these pipelines.15 Seizing the land of small farmers to install CO2 sequestration pipelines hardly seems to be a wise move, seeing how all the signs point to severe food shortages and, potentially, worldwide famine in coming years.

ESG Is a Complete Fraud

In late April 2023, Summit Carbon Solutions signed a multiyear agreement to sell Carbon Dioxide Removal credits (CDRs) to the NextGen, a joint venture between South Pole and the Mitsubishi Corporation.

According to PR Newswire,16 NextGen is seeking to create “one of the world’s largest diversified portfolios of CDRs, with plans to purchase over 1 million tons of CDRs by 2025.” While this may thrill investors, it won’t do a thing for our environment.

In fact, ESG (environmental, social and governance) investing is a complete scam, designed to inflate profits, not save the planet.

[…]

In 2020, Social Capital founder and CEO Chamath Palihapitiya went even further, telling CNBC that ESG investing is a “complete fraud.”19 According to Palihapitiya, ESG “does not necessarily encourage best practices, nor does it move the ball forward on things like the climate crisis.”

Rather, it’s primarily a marketing ploy to sell potentially questionable investments and “a way for companies to get free money,” as having a high ESG means you can get negative-interest loans.

Rampant Greenwashing

Similarly, a March 2022 post titled “The False Promise of ESG” on the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance20 noted that highly-ranked ESG businesses oftentimes are LESS socially responsible than companies with far lower scores. Indeed, several investigations have revealed rampant greenwashing, with many ESG-labeled funds being far from “sustainable.”

Take FTX, for example. FTX — the cryptocurrency exchange that went belly up overnight while its CEO, Sam Bankman-Fried absconded with up to $2 billion of client funds — had a higher governance score than Exxon Mobil,21 despite having almost no corporate governance whatsoever.

It had no board of directors, an “irregular ownership structure,” was rife with conflicts of interest and self-dealing and had no financial controls. Bankman-Fried didn’t even keep an accurate list of accounts. If this doesn’t tell you that ESG is flawed at best, and a complete fraud at worst, I don’t know what will.

FTX isn’t alone in falling short of expectations, though. According to a September 2021 report by climate change think tank InfluenceMap, more than half the 723 funds marketed using ESG claims failed to meet the Paris Accord rules on carbon emissions and clean energy, and more than 70% of funds with broad ESG goals failed to meet global climate targets.22

ESG Is Another Globalist Takeover Tool

One glaring problem with ESG is the lack of regulations that define what qualifies a company as environmentally or socially responsible. It is this very lack of definition that allows the globalist cabal to use ESG to push their own self-serving ideologies on companies and consumers.

ESG Drives the Financial Great Reset

[…]

The case of Tesla also shows how ESG can be, and is, used as a weapon. Elon Musk initiated his acquisition of Twitter in mid-April 2022. One month later, his company Tesla was removed from the ESG Index, despite its focus on creating environmentally conscious vehicles. Meanwhile, Exxon Mobil remained in the S&P 500 ESG Index top 10.26 Musk tweeted,27 “… ESG is a scam. It has been weaponized by phony social justice warriors.”

Control by Allocation of Resources

In summary, the ESG system is an early phase of the new financial system envisioned by the World Economic Forum (WEF). Basically, a company’s ESG score decides its ability to obtain loans and investment opportunities, and in the future, the same “social conscience”-type scoring will apply to private individuals as well.

ESG is also a specific tactic to push the “green” agenda forward, and it too is part and parcel of the WEF’s Great Reset. While the notion of a pollution-free world is an attractive one, ESG investing isn’t about the environment, or social justice, or anything else it claims to stand for.

It’s all about creating a control system in which the world’s resources are owned by the richest of the rich, while the rest of the population can be controlled through the allocation of those resources, including energy.

BRICS vs. Davos: The Race to a New World Currency

by Brian Shilhavy
Editor, Health Impact News

We are truly living in historic times, as the world financial system is being transformed in real time here in 2023.

What is emerging are two competing forces to develop a new world currency.

The predominate world economic system is the one led by the Davos crowd, where the World Economic Forum (WEF) is the main institution that has controlled Western monetary policy, primarily in the U.S. and Europe, and also the rest of the world as they submitted to the Davos crowd, and their military alliance, NATO.

But the “rest of the world” is now joining forces to challenge the Davos crowd, led by BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa), which now has a total of 41 countries wanting to join together with the original 5 BRICS nations and replace the U.S. dollar, currently the world’s dominate currency used in trade and finance, with a new, alleged gold-backed, world currency.

41 Countries Ready To Accept BRICS Currency a Month Before Summit

The list of countries ready to join the BRICS alliance and accept the new currency is growing. From a set of 19 countries in April, the numbers have spiked to 41 by the end of June. A total of 22 new countries expressed interest to enter the bloc and ditch the U.S. dollar in two months. The next BRICS summit will be held in August in South Africa where the bloc of five nations will combinedly decide the formation of a new currency.

BRICS is an acronym for Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. The decision to expand the alliance will be jointly taken in the next BRICS summit and the bloc could soon become BRICS+.

The total number of countries that could challenge the U.S. dollar on the global stage has reached 41. The developing nations that want to accept BRICS currency hail from Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

The countries that have shown interest to join the BRICS alliance ahead of the summit are Afghanistan, Algeria, Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sudan, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe.

Belarus is the first country in Eastern Europe that expressed interest to accept the new BRICS currency. On the other hand, France has also shown its interest to attend the next BRICS summit in South Africa.

Additionally, many countries in Africa remain on the sidelines and could announce their support for the BRICS currency after its launch. Kenya has urged African nations to stop using the U.S. dollar and trade with native currencies within the continent. (Source.)

The Davos crowd, on the other hand, realizes that their banking system is in serious trouble, and they have been working on a plan to replace fiat currencies such as the U.S. dollar, with Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC).

The Bank for International Settlements based out of Switzerland, and the International Monetary Fund, a United Nations institution based out of Washington D.C., are the two predominant groups working quickly to develop a standard for CBDCs.

BIS: CBDC Roll-Outs May Require Changing The Constitution

The IMF is warning that with all these CBDCs about to launch, there need to be global inter-operability standards between them all, and they’re working on a global platform to facilitate just that.

Speaking at a conference of African central banks in Rabat, Morocco, IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said that there needs to be agreement among CBDC implementations,

“on a common regulatory framework for digital currencies that will allow global interoperability. Failure to agree on a common platform would create a vacuum that would likely be filled by cryptocurrencies”

Not to be outdone, the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) worked with seven central banks to publish YARP (Yet Another Research Paper) on CBDC policy, entitled “Central Bank Digital Currencies: ongoing policy perspectives”

The central banks involved were: Japan, Sweden, Switzerland, England, the United States, Canada, and the European Union.

“Development of CBDC work requires careful consideration and engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, including the private sector and legislators”…

“To successfully meet its public policy objectives, a CBDC ecosystem should allow a wide range of private and public stakeholders to participate and, in doing so, deliver services which benefit end users.”…

“The complex design questions and the potential risks arising from the implementation of any CBDC require careful consideration.”

The paper wonders: Are they cash? Deposits? Or something else entirely?

Further, the paper wonders, would there need to be changes to banking charters, legislation or even the constitutions of the countries issuing them:

“Legislation may need to be enacted or adjusted to specifically authorise the issuance and distribution of a retail CBDC (eg changes to central bank charters/statutes, legislation in other areas related to payments or to the constitution itself)”

China is the World’s #1 Economy as U.S. Billionaires and U.S. Politicians Rush to China in 2023 to Make Sure They Don’t Get Left Behind

So what does it mean when two thirds of the world’s population band together to start their own new world currency, led by China?

It means that if you are a Globalist who is used to dominating the world’s financial system, you better start sucking up to China, ASAP.

And that is exactly what we have observed in the past few months here in 2023, with U.S. Billionaires and U.S. Politicians rushing to China to make sure they do not get left behind in the new, emerging world economy.

Here are a few pictures of U.S. Billionaires and Politicians who have recently visited China in the past three months.

Of course, the Western Globalists do not want the public knowing that China will soon control most of the World Economy, as it will take some time before that happens and is accepted as an obvious economic fact.

So in the meantime, they will pay the corporate media to continue portraying China as the enemy of the U.S. about to go to war over Taiwan, but nothing could be further from the truth. And China knows this.

The true enemies of the American people, are the U.S. Globalist Billionaires and bankers who select their puppet politicians, making the U.S. public believe they are actually electing these idiots, and keeping the attention of the U.S. public divided and fighting over partisan politics.

Harmful Effects of Electromagnetic Fields Explained

Nitric oxide reacts with superoxideDr MercolaStory at-a-glanceExposure to microwave EMFs, like cellphones, causes massive mitochondrial dysfunction due to damage done by free radicals from peroxynitrite that also cause single and double stranded breaks in your DNAExcessive free radicals triggered by low-frequency microwave exposure from cellphones and Wi-Fi networks have been linked to chronic diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias, anxiety, depression, autism, Alzheimer’s and infertilityExcessive calcium signaling produced by EMF exposures also has important roles in producing pathophysiological effects of EMFs including each of the effects listed aboveStrategies that may help reduce the harmful effects of EMFs include optimizing your magnesium level, certain Nrf2-boosting foods, exercise, calorie restriction and strategies that boost nitric oxide signaling (which acts, in turn, by raising Nrf2)

Editor’s Note: This article is a reprint. It was originally published September 3, 2017.

I’ve often noted that electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are a pernicious, hidden health risk. But exactly how does this kind of microwave radiation damage your health? Martin Pall, Ph.D., has identified and published research describing the likely molecular mechanisms of how EMFs from cellphones and wireless technologies damage plants, animals and humans.1,2,3,4

Pall has a bachelor’s in physics from Johns Hopkins and a Ph.D. in biochemistry and genetics from Caltech, and is uniquely qualified for this type of research. For the past 18 years, he’s been scouring the medical literature, integrating and drawing parallels between work done by others to answer this pressing question.

EMFs and Intracellular Calcium

When you expose cells to EMFs, there’s increased intercellular calcium. You also get increases in calcium signaling, which is important as well, in terms of explaining the damage EMFs cause. For the past 25 years, the industry has claimed that non-ionizing radiation is harmless and that the only radiation worth worrying about is ionizing radiation. Pall’s research unequivocally proves that this assumption is false.

How EMFs Damage Your Health

When your VGCCs are exposed to EMFs, they open up, allowing abnormally large volumes of calcium ions into the cells — about 1 million ions per second per channel. Each VGCC has a voltage sensor, a structure that detects electrical changes across the plasma membrane and opens the channel. EMFs work through the voltage sensor to activate the channel and radically increase intracellular levels into dangerous ranges.

“Because of the structure of the voltage sensor and its location in the plasma membrane, one can predict from basic physics that it’s extraordinarily sensitive to the electrical forces from EMFs,” Pall notes. On average, these forces are approximately 7.2 million times stronger on the voltage sensor than they are on singly charged electrical groups in the aqueous (watery) part of the cell. What this means is that current safety standards are off by a factor of about 7 million.

That’s how these very weak EMFs, which industry claims can’t possibly cause you any harm, are actually taking you out prematurely. They work by activating VGCCs. This turns out to be absolutely critical, because when there’s excess calcium in the cell, a number of things happen. Not only do you get excess calcium signaling, you also get increased nitric oxide (NO). While NO has many beneficial health effects, massively excessive NO reacts with superoxide.

Superoxide levels also rise in response to increased intercellular calcium. Together, they form peroxynitrite, which is an extremely potent oxidant stressor. While not a free radical, peroxynitrites break down to form reactive free radicals, both reactive nitrogen species and reactive oxygen species (ROS) including hydroxyl free radicals.

“You get both, because you get hydroxyl radicals and carbonate radicals and NO2 radicals,” Pall explains. All three do damage. According to Pall, most of the damage is likely done by excessive free radicals, but some damage is caused directly by the peroxynitrites.

The end result is rather massive harm, as excessive oxidative stress and nitrosative stress are involved in nearly all chronic disease. Much of the pathophysiology also has to do with the excessive calcium signaling, independently of peroxynitrite.

NO Signaling Pathway Versus Peroxynitrite Pathway

It’s important to realize that not all oxidative stress is harmful. There’s a certain baseline of free radicals that’s biologically useful and necessary. NO, for example, is a free radical, yet it has many very beneficial effects. The problem is excessive oxidative stress. Interestingly, Pall notes that the NO signaling pathway and the peroxynitrite pathways inhibit each other, which I never previously knew.

Neuropsychiatric Effects of EMF Exposure

And this brings us to the crux of the problem, namely the physical locations where VGCCs are the densest, and the subsequent diseases you can expect from chronic excessive exposure to EMFs. The highest density of VGCCs are found in your nervous system and, indeed, studies dating back to the 1950s and ’60s show the nervous system is the organ that is most sensitive to EMFs.

Some of these studies show massive changes in the structure of neurons, including cell death and synaptic dysfunction. When the VGCCs are activated in the brain they release neurotransmitters and neuroendocrine hormones. Hence, consequences of chronic EMF exposure to the brain include the following, which Pall details in a 2016 paper:5

AnxietyDepressionAutismAlzheimer’s

In animals exposed to EMFs, there are massive, cumulative effects in the brain. Genetic polymorphism studies also show that elevated VGCC activity in certain parts of the brain produces a variety of neuropsychiatric effects.

[…]

Cardiac Effects

Your heart is also very sensitive to EMFs, particularly the pacemaker cells of your heart, as they have the highest density of VGCCs. As a consequence of this, we find that EMFs tend to trigger the following conditions. If you have any of these conditions (or any of the ones discussed above and below), you need to know that EMF exposure is a major contributing factor and take immediate and aggressive steps to remediate your exposure.

Cardiac arrhythmias (associated with sudden cardiac death)Atrial fibrillation / atrial flutterPremature atrial contractions (PACs) and premature ventricular contractions (PVCs), also known as heart palpitationsTachycardia (fast heartbeat) and brachycardia (slow heartbeat)

EMFs and Cancer

Studies on cancer have also been blocked by the industry in a number of ways, including preventing researchers from obtaining real-world data on cellphone usage. Obviously, people who use their cellphones the most are at greatest risk. While not at the top of the list of concerns associated with EMF exposure, cancer is yet another potential consequence of mitochondrial damage.

Women who carry their cellphones in their bra, for example, risk cancer in the upper inner quadrant of the breast, which is very atypical and not the usual upper outer quadrant.

Brain cancer is another possibility from extended cellphone use if you keep the phone to your ear. That said, emphasizing the cancer risk is likely counterproductive, as most people use cellphones and those who develop brain cancer are few and far in between.

The problem is brain cancer has a latency period of a decade or more. Arrhythmias, autism, anxiety and Alzheimer’s, on the other hand, are extremely prevalent these days, and we now have a mechanism that explains how EMF contributes to all of them.

So, even though two U.S. senators likely got brain cancer from cell phones (Ted Kennedy and John McCain), it’s important to understand that cellphone dangers are not just about brain cancer. It’s all these other problems as well, including infertility. “In my judgment, cancer is down around No. 4 or No. 5 on the list of my concerns. It’s not that cancer is not important. It’s very important. We’re just looking right now at the early stages because of long latencies,” Pall says.

What Is More Dangerous, Cellphones or X-Rays?

If you are like most, the answer is obvious: X-rays. That is because you have been convinced by the deceptive lies of the telecommunications industry that have lobbied the government to reinforce this delusional myth. The reality is that there is compelling evidence showing cellphones are more dangerous than X-rays — by several orders of magnitude.

Some of the best evidence comes from a German study (headed by professor Franz Adlkofer), in which the effects of ionizing radiation equivalent to 1,600 chest X-rays were compared to 24 hours on a cellphone. Surprisingly, they found both produced roughly equivalent amounts of DNA breaks in in-vitro assays. According to Pall, this actually vastly underestimates the effects of cellphones, because they used a continuous wave EMF, not pulsed.

There’s extensive evidence showing pulsed EMFs are far more damaging than continuous wave EMFs. That’s important for a number of reasons, including the fact that all wireless communication devices communicate by pulsations. In another paper, the group showed that when you use pulsations designed to be similar to the pulsation from a real cellphone, damage occurred at far lower intensities.

[…]

Ionizing Radiation and DNA Breaks

The industry says there’s not enough energy in microwave radiation to cause direct damage to covalent bonds in DNA. This is true. There isn’t. It’s the biological amplification resulting in excessive oxidative stress that causes the damage. Interestingly, even most of the damage caused by ionizing radiation is actually due to secondary free radical formation that breaks DNA. It’s not directly from the energy within the radiation.
