Gut Microbes Drive Evolution of Bigger Brains in Primates

Dr Mercola

Story at-a-glanceGut microbes significantly influence energy production and usage in primates, with larger-brained primates having microbiota that promotes energy use, while smaller-brained primates’ microbiota favors energy storageShort-chain fatty acids, such as acetate and propionate, are crucial in energy creation and reducing fat storage, thereby providing energy for brain growthResearch shows that gut microbes played a pivotal role in the evolution of larger brains in humans by optimizing energy allocation to meet the brain’s high demandsThe gut-brain connection is central to understanding how energy is allocated in primates, with gut microbiota composition varying across species, thus influencing the metabolic traits of each speciesSupporting your gut microbiome is essential for proper brain function. Strategies such as replacing processed foods with healthy carbohydrate and practicing proper breathing techniques will create a strong foundation for probiotics to flourish

Gut microbes are fascinating entities that play a pivotal role in how energy is produced and used in our bodies. These tiny organisms produce short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), which are crucial in influencing our metabolic function.

For example, SCFAs such as acetate and propionate have a significant impact on glucose production and fat storage. They are not just passive bystanders — they actively shape the metabolic processes of their host. But have you ever wondered how the gut microbiome works for our primate companions?

Interestingly, each primate species exhibit variations in their gut microbiota composition, which are instrumental in supporting their brain evolution. Larger-brained primates, for instance, have gut microbiota that promotes energy use, while smaller-brained primates have microbiota that favors energy storage. This variation in gut microbiota composition is a key factor in understanding how energy is allocated in primates.1

The underlying metabolic differences in each species’ microbiota are rooted in their respective abilities to produce SCFAs, which are produced through the fermentation of dietary fibers and carbohydrates. Once synthesized, they influence various metabolic processes, including appetite regulation, fat synthesis and glucose metabolism. By modulating these processes, SCFAs help determine whether energy is used for immediate needs or stored for future use.

A Look Into the Gut Microbiota of Primates

A study published in Microbial Genomics investigated how gut microbiota across different primate species influences their metabolism. Specifically, the researchers focused on the relationship between brain size and energy requirements.2 The study utilized germ-free mice inoculated with gut microbiota from three primate species — macaques, squirrel monkeys and humans.

The three primates were selected based on their relative brain sizes and distinct metabolic traits, providing a comparative framework to explore how each gut microbiota affects the host’s metabolism. The researchers demonstrated that “the primate gut microbiota contributes to interspecific differences in host metabolism” and that the microbiota “of larger-brained primates shifts host metabolism towards energy use and production.”3

The findings reveal that microbiota from larger-brained primates exhibit significant metabolic differences. Specifically, the researchers noted that “High-EQ (encephalization quotient) primate-inoculated mice had significantly lower per cent body fat” and “appeared to have heightened energy production.”4

Additional testing shows increased fasting blood glucose levels and altered liver enzyme concentrations, indicating a shift towards enhanced energy utilization. There was also a notable increase in triglycerides and a decrease in cholesterol levels among the test subjects.5

The study identified SCFAs, particularly acetate and propionate, as key metabolites produced in greater concentrations by the gut microbiota of high-EQ primates. “The GMs (gut microbiota) of high-EQ primates produce increased concentrations of SCFAs, particularly acetate and propionate,” which play a crucial role in supporting energy metabolism.6

For example, propionate is important for optimal brain function among humans. As noted by the editors of Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience:7

“It plays an important role in maintaining the health and proper functioning of the brain and in protecting against neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases (NDD), such as Alzheimer’s disease. These roles of propionate are potentially mediated by endocrine, immune, vagal, and humoral pathways …

In addition to the microbiota, other potential sources of propionate include the diet, where it is used as a food preservative, and in medical treatments, such as valproic acid. Propionate and propionate-enhancing pre/probiotics, diet, and fecal transplantation can be effective treatments for NDD, but measures should also be taken to prevent propionate toxicity.”

The Role of SCFAs in Energy Production

Mechanistically, the increased production of acetate and propionate by the gut microbiota influences liver gene expression, leading to enhanced energy production and utilization. In the words of the researchers, “These host metabolic differences are associated with changes in liver gene expression,” indicating a direct link between microbial activity and host metabolic pathways.8

Furthermore, SCFAs cross the blood-brain barrier, functioning either as an immediate energy source for the brain or as signaling molecules that regulate metabolic processes.9

The study also observed that “mice with the GMs from the two distantly related primate species with relatively high-EQ had a metabolic phenotype consistent with higher host energy use and production.” This means that the gut microbiota not only affects fat storage but also enhances the body’s ability to generate and utilize energy more efficiently.10

Consequently, “High-EQ primate-inoculated mice exhibited increased blood concentrations of ALP and ALT,” which are enzymes related to liver function, further supporting the metabolic shifts induced by the microbiota.11

Moreover, the research highlighted that “the glucose produced via this pathway could be a valuable energy source for the brain,” emphasizing the importance of gut-derived metabolites in supporting brain function.12

By fostering an environment where energy is readily available, the gut microbiota facilitates the maintenance and development of larger brains in primates. This symbiotic relationship underscores the pivotal role of gut microbes in evolutionary adaptations related to brain size and cognitive abilities.13

Four Ways to Support Optimal Gut-Brain Health

As shown in the published research, your gut microbiome plays a vital role in brain function and energy metabolism. By optimizing your gut health, you’ll be able to enhance your cognitive function and overall well-being. Here are four practical steps to nurture this connection:

1. Nourish beneficial bacteria with healthy carbohydrates — Incorporate healthy carbohydrates daily, adjusting based on your microbiome and activity level. Focus on whole fruits with pulp and gradually introduce fiber-rich foods as your gut health improves. But what if your gut is severely compromised and can’t tolerate complex carbohydrates? Don’t worry — I’ll give you tips on how to repair your gut in the last section.

2. Nurture a carbon dioxide-rich environment and eliminate harmful foods — Minimize oxygen by ensuring adequate cellular energy production through proper nutrition and stress management.

Avoid high-intensity exercise immediately after meals, as it can disrupt this delicate balance by redirecting blood flow away from digestion. Additionally, eliminate vegetable oils, processed foods and nuts from your diet to protect your gut and overall health.

3. Optimize SCFA production while protecting the gut barrier — Enhance the production of SCFAs, essential for both gut and brain health, by consuming appropriate carbohydrate sources. Introduce fiber gradually and monitor your body’s response to avoid increasing endotoxin levels. SCFAs help maintain the integrity of the blood-brain barrier, supporting overall well-being.

4. Protect mitochondrial function with healthy fats — Vegetable oils are one of the most pernicious toxins in the modern Western diet. Instead, cook homemade meals using natural fats like grass fed butter, tallow or ghee. These healthy fats support mitochondrial energy production and the maintenance of beneficial gut bacteria.

Additional Strategies to Support Gut Microbiome Function

Is your gut severely compromised? If it is, you need to slowly repair it until you’re able to digest healthy carbs regularly. In my interview with Dr. Vincent Pedre, an internist focusing on functional medicine and gut health, he recommends beginning with low-carb and carnivore-like diets, as this creates an environment that limits the fuel sources of pathogenic bacteria.

While it will bring results, I recommend against long-term implementation because you will eventually need carbohydrates. If you don’t have enough carbohydrate intake, your muscles will eventually waste away, and cortisol will elevate.

Leaked Trump Peace Plan Calls for Ukraine Ceasefire by April

An administrative building stands damaged after Russian missile attack on February 5, 2025 in Izium, Ukraine

By PERKIN AMALARAJ

US president Donald Trump will try to force Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky to agree to a ceasefire with Russia by Easter under a peace plan, according to a report.

Trump, who has long claimed that he would be able to negotiate an ending to the brutal invasion of Ukraine in a single day, is said to be working to end the war within 100 days.

The unconfirmed plans, reported by Ukrainian outlet Strana, have been doing the rounds in ‘political and diplomatic circles’ in Ukraine, and will include a ceasefire by April 20 that would freeze Russia’s steady advance, and a ban on Ukraine from joining NATO.

According to Newsweek it would include a demand for Kyiv to accept Russian sovereignty on annexed land. Zelensky has denied the existence of such a plan.

On top of this, Ukrainian troops will be made to leave Russia’s Kursk region, where it launched a counteroffensive in August, while a contingent of European soldiers, which could include British troops, would be asked to police a demilitarised zone. American troops will not be involved in this contingent.

The EU will reportedly be asked to assist Ukraine in its reconstruction efforts, which may cost as much as $486billion (£392billion) over the next decade according to the German Marshall Fund thinktank.

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has denied the existence of the ceasefire plans and the White House has yet to officially comment on the reports.

But if confirmed, it would see Zelensky and Vladimir Putin sharing a phone call within days before the warring pair meet either in late February or early March. An official ceasefire declaration would then be made on April 20.

A declaration on the agreed parameters for ending the war would then be released by May 9, after which Kyiv would be asked not to extend martial law or mobilise troops.

Trump also wants to set up an International Peace Conference, mediated by other prominent nations, that would gather to help forge an agreement to end the brutal war that has so far killed over 45,000 Ukrainian soldiers, according to Zelensky, and an estimated 840,000 Russian troops according to Ukrainian intelligence agencies.

While many of the terms of the reported plans include concessions for Ukraine, Trump is also reportedly planning on continuing American support for Ukraine’s military, as well as a pathway for it to join the EU by 2030.

But Russia would also make significant gains as the plans include lifting sanctions on Russian energy over several years, though money from special duties on energy will be used to help fund Ukraine’s rebuilding efforts.

Zelensky’s office has strenuously denied the legitimacy of the peace plans.

Andriy Yermak, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, wrote on Telegram that they did not ‘exist in reality’, adding that such reports often disguised allegations spread by Russians.

Zelensky told media groups on Sunday: ‘Russia’s war is against Ukraine, against Europe, against the whole world, but above all, the war is waged on our land. It is impossible to exclude Ukraine from any negotiating platform.

‘Either this negotiating platform will have no real results, or it will have only political results. And such results will have nothing to do with security or the end of the war.’

He added: ‘I would really like the European voice to be there as well. It is important for us because we will be members of the European Union.

‘But I can’t say clearly today what the structure of the negotiation process will be. Because we do not have a joint plan yet.’

Russia, meanwhile, said that the US is yet to offer any substantial details on the ceasefire deal.

Moscow’s foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said: ‘Right now there are a lot of words, a lot of statements.

‘There is no clarity or certainty about the steps being taken. Therefore, it would be premature to discuss the prospects of negotiations or anything in general in this context… We will focus on specific steps and actions.’

Russia currently controls around 20% of Ukraine’s territory, and has held widely disregarded referendums in four regions in which they ‘voted’ to join Russia.

Zelensky previously claimed that he would never allow an acre of land to remain in Putin’s hands, but has also admitted that land may not be returned to Ukraine immediately.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

Criminal charges filed against Federal Councillor Albert Rösti and Yves Bichsel for negligent or intentional omission in an acute danger situation (imminent danger). Despite scientific evidence of the release of toxic threads, no protective measures were taken.

Ladies and Gentlemen

I hereby file a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against:

Mr Albert Rösti , in his capacity as Federal Councillor and Head of the Federal Department of Environment , Transport , Energy and Communications ( DETEC ), andMr. Yves Bichsel , UVEK Secretary General

In the name of protecting public health, the environment and the safety of the population, I hereby file a criminal complaint against Federal Councillor Albert Rösti on suspicion of negligent or intentional omission in connection with an acute dangerous situation (“imminent danger”).

Despite clear, scientifically proven evidence of a serious threat from the release of toxic threads throughout Switzerland – with proven effects on humans, animals and the environment – the responsible federal authority under the leadership of Federal Councillor Rösti has neither taken appropriate protective measures nor shown adequate responses to urgent warnings and analyses.

The facts are clear:Concrete evidence was provided by independent, highly professional laboratory analyses.Repeated requests to the responsible federal authorities remained unanswered or were dismissed with evasive, inadequate answers.Imminent danger : Continued inaction not only represents a failure of administration but actively endangers the life and health of the population and the integrity of the environment.

In accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Criminal Code (StGB), in particular the articles on abuse of office (Art. 312 StGB) , breach of the duty of care (Art. 128 StGB) and endangering life and public health (Art. 129 StGB) , I demand the immediate initiation of criminal investigations.

I request:The immediate opening of an investigation against Federal Councillor Albert Rösti.Ensuring all relevant documents, communication protocols and decision-making processes. The criminal prosecution of all other persons involved in the inaction or deliberate delay.

This criminal complaint will attract both national and international attention, as the dimension of the problem extends far beyond national borders.

In the interest of justice and the protection of the population, I expect your immediate confirmation of receipt and prompt processing of this application.

Detailed facts

1. Physical and chemical properties of the threads

These threads are hollow and consist of nanoscale polyamide structures with a diameter of about 4 to 6 micrometers. Their structure and properties differ clearly from natural spider webs or similar biological materials.Chemical analyses have identified more than 30 different substances, including highly flammable, toxic and harmful compounds such as:Benzene derivatives: These substances are considered carcinogenic and highly toxic.Epoxides and ketones: chemicals with high hazard potential.Histamine derivatives: substances with possible biological effects. In addition, an increased aluminum content was detected, which could indicate possible geoengineering activities or experimental technologies. Other metals such as iron, copper and chromium were detected in trace amounts.

2. Relevance of scientific research

Scientific analyses carried out by independent laboratories show that the chemical composition of these threads poses a significant risk to humans, animals and the environment .The use of modern analytical methods such as FTIR and Py-GCMS has shown that the threads are not of natural origin and suggest experimental, industrial processes, or even hostile and military operations. They may also have been released intentionally. (See the Scientific Investigations section for details).International reporting and scientific analyses on similar phenomena:

USA:

Exclusive report from European researchers (Reinette Senum’s Foghorn Express)Nanotechnological poisons from the atmosphere (Dr. Ana Mihalcea)

Italy:

After years of silence, interest in falling spider webs (NoGeoingegneria) awakens

3. Responsibility and official duties of the accused

As a sworn Federal Councillor and head of the Federal Department of Environmental Protection, Mr Albert Rösti is obliged to ensure the protection of the environment and the health of the population in accordance with the relevant legal requirements of the Federal Constitution and environmental laws. These official duties include in particular the control and prevention of environmental hazards caused by chemical or other harmful substances.

The repeated and documented spread of these poisonous threads on private initiative represents a risk to the environment and health that falls under the supervisory duties of the Federal Department of the Environment, Transport and Communications (DETEC). Failure to investigate and contain these risks therefore constitutes a breach of official duties under Articles 11 and 312 of the Criminal Code (abuse of office).

There is a reasonable suspicion that, despite repeated warnings about the problem, Mr Rösti did not take appropriate measures to prevent a threat to public health and the environment.

4. Legal assessment

The available findings indicate violations of the following legal bases:

Federal Constitution:Art. 2 Purpose (protection of the rights of the people and security of the country)Art. 3 Cantonal sovereignty (intervention by the federal government and internal omission)Article 5, paragraphs 1-4, principles of constitutional action!Art. 7 – 10 Human dignity to the right to life and personal freedomArt. 35 Guarantee of Fundamental Rights (Obligation for Authorities)Art. 57 Security – Protection of the population (including against hybrid attacks)Art. 74 Environmental protection – Liability – JurisdictionArt. 76 / 77 Water Protection – Forest ProtectionArt. 79 / 80 Fishing and hunting – animal protectionArt. 102 / 104 National Supply – Agriculture (Protection from Chemicals)Art. 118 – 120 Protection of health – Protection from poison and genetic engineeringArt. 185 External and internal security (also against hybrid attacks)Swiss Criminal Code (StGB):Art. 11 Committing an offense by omission in conjunction with StPO Art. 302 Duty to reportArt. 128 Violation of the duty of careArt. 129 Endangerment of life (through publicly distributed poisonous substances)Art. 186 Trespassing (spreading poisonous substances in the yard or garden)

crimes and offenses against public health

Art. 230 – 232 (Release / hazard with toxic substances and organisms)Art. 234 / 235 Contamination of drinking water and feed (grass, herbs, etc.)

crimes against humanity

Art. 264 Use of biological or chemical substances (hybrid attack)

Crimes and offenses against the state / administration of justice

Art. 275 Endangerment and disruption of the constitutional orderArt. 312 Abuse of officeEnvironmental Protection Act:obligation to prevent environmental hazardsInternational Agreements: Violations of the Precautionary PrincipleUN: Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques (AS 1988 1888; BBl 1987 III 797)National and possibly international perpetrators are currently violating the declaration of the United Nations Conference on Climate Change adopted in Stockholm on 16 June 1972.The violation lies in the intentional or negligent use of environmentally altering technologies that cause significant harm to our country, other states, the global environment, and people and animals.risk assessment and urgency

The proven toxic properties of the threads represent an acute danger that requires immediate action. In particular, the potential use of these threads as a transport medium for chemical or biological substances poses considerable risks. The lack of official response by Mr Albert Rösti exacerbates these risks and raises the question of whether this was done negligently or intentionally. A further failure to investigate is irresponsible.

demandsInitiation of an investigation to clarify whether Mr Albert Rösti has fulfilled his official duties in his capacity as Federal Councillor.Investigation of the origin, mode of distribution and intention of these poisonous threads.Identification of the responsible persons, companies or institutions.Examination of possible links to experimental or military activities.Immediate measures to prevent further dangers.Transparent information to the public.Criminal assessment and sanctionsevidenceResults of laboratory analyses (detailed reports in the appendix)Photographs and physical samples of the discovered threads (location, date, etc.)Testimonials from those affected and expertsPatents:https://www.vereinwir.ch/spinnenfaeden/#flipbook-252410/1/https://www.vereinwir.ch/spinnenfaeden/#flipbook-meso-und-nanoroehren/1/Scientific reports from independent laboratoriesDocumentation on flight and weather phenomena in the affected regionsInformation about further information and video discussionshttps://www.vereinwir.ch/spinnenfaeden/

Potential sites identified for Trump-Putin summit

Potential sites identified for Trump-Putin summit – ReutersUS President Donald Trump (R) meets Russian President Vladimir Putin (L) in Osaka, Japan on June 28, 2019. @ Kremlin Press Office/Getty Images

RT

Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have been identified as potential venues for a summit between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, Reuters reported on Monday, сiting sources familiar with the discussions. This development follows Trump’s recent statements expressing his intent to swiftly end the Ukraine conflict and his readiness to meet with Putin.

While no direct contacts between the US and Russia regarding the summit have been confirmed, senior Russian officials have recently visited both Saudi Arabia and the UAE, according to Reuters. Both Middle Eastern nations have maintained neutrality throughout the Ukraine conflict, engaging in dialogue with both the Russian and Ukrainian leaders. Their neutral stance and established relationships with both Trump and Putin make them suitable candidates for hosting the summit, the outlet reports.

Venue selection is reportedly being influenced by the current geopolitical landscape, with traditional Western venues deemed unsuitable due to the support for Ukraine in the region.

Both Trump and Putin have been cultivating good relations with the leaders of Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was the first foreign head of state Trump called after taking office. During a speech last month via video link to an audience at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Trump described the crown prince as “a fantastic guy.”

Last September, Putin expressed gratitude to bin Salman for facilitating the largest US-Russian prisoner swap since the Cold War. “We are grateful to him, because this resulted in the return of our citizens to their homeland,” he said at the time.

Washington and Moscow have not commented on the potential meeting between the US and Russian leaders. In a recent statement, Trump announced that his administration had “meetings and talks scheduled with various parties, including Ukraine and Russia.”

Russian officials have said they are open to talks with the US on the Ukraine conflict, but stressed that no substantial agreements on discussions have been reached.

By Alex Nitzberg Fox NewsTrump indicated the US will ‘take over’ the region

President Donald Trump announces his vision for the Gaza Strip during a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

After President Donald Trump announced that America “will take over the Gaza strip,” Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., pushed back against the idea, suggesting that the move would betray the “America First” principle Trump voters expected.

During his inauguration speech last month, Trump unequivocally declared that throughout his administration he will “put America first,” echoing a longstanding pillar of his political philosophy, which he also expressed during his 2017 inaugural address.

But Paul is throwing a red flag in response to Trump’s newly unveiled Gaza plans.

“The pursuit for peace should be that of the Israelis and the Palestinians. I thought we voted for America First. We have no business contemplating yet another occupation to doom our treasure and spill our soldiers blood,” Paul declared in a Wednesday post on X.

The senator made the comment in response to a post in which Secretary of State Marco Rubio declared on Tuesday, “Gaza MUST BE FREE from Hamas. As @POTUS shared today, the United States stands ready to lead and Make Gaza Beautiful Again. Our pursuit is one of lasting peace in the region for all people.”

While delivering remarks alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanhyahu on Tuesday, Trump said that Palestinians should be settled outside the Gaza Strip, and that the U.S. will transform the region, which he described as a “demolition site.”

“The U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip,” Trump declared, saying, “we’ll own it, and be responsible for dismantling all of the dangerous unexploded bombs and other weapons on the site … level it out, create an economic development that will supply unlimited numbers of jobs and housing for the people of the area.”

“I do see a long term ownership position,” Trump said of the region.

Israeli Occupation Forces Expel Hundreds of Families from Northern West Bank

Al-Manar English Website

Israeli occupation forces Wednesday detained eight Palestinians in the course of the ongoing aggression on Tammun town, south of the northern occupied West Bank city of Tubas, according to the Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS).

Kamal Bani Odeh, Director of the PPS Office in Tubas, said that the occupying forces rounded up eight residents from the town since the morning hours.

He added that the gun-toting soldiers were still conducting house-to-house raids in the town, arresting civilians and subjecting them to interrogation.

The Zionist Occupation Army announced on Wednesday it expelled around two thousand residents of Tulkarm camp, during the ongoing offensive in northern West Bank.

The occupation forces have continued a massive onslaught on Tammun town and al-Faraa refugee camp for the fourth consecutive day, maintaining a tight siege and causing a shortage of water, a lack of essential supplies such as infant formula, diapers, and medicine.

They deliberately ploughed through infrastructure, destroying main water pipelines, leading to a water shortage and causing a power outage in parts of the town and the camp.

The onslaught comes as the occupation forces continue to wage large-scale aggressions on Jenin city and camp as well as on the city and the refugee camp of Tulkarm.

This comes as the occupation forces tightened military measures across the occupied West Bank hours after the release of 90 Palestinian prisoners as part of the Gaza ceasefire went into effect, dismembering and isolating cities and governorates one from the other using military gates, barriers and concrete blocks.

The Israeli military measures are in parallel with ongoing attacks by Israeli colonists across the West Bank to terrorize Palestinians and displace them from their lands to seize them and build illegal Jewish colonies that separate Palestinian communities.

Closures besides to other measures, taken under the guise of security, are intended to entrench Israel’s 58-year-old military occupation of the West Bank and its settler colonial project which it enforces with routine and frequently deadly violence against Palestinians.

Featured Four Studies Confirm Serious Health Risks Associated With Childhood Vaccination

Photo Credit: Shutterstock / Comzeal Images

Vigilant Fox

Four damning studies, compiled by epidemiologist Nic Hulscher, expose the devastating long-term health risks linked to compliance with the CDC’s recommended vaccine schedule for children.

Hulscher wrote on X: “FOUR vaccinated vs. unvaccinated studies demonstrate consistent links between vaccination and increased risks of autism, ADHD, chronic infections, asthma, severe allergies, and gastrointestinal disorders.”

Here’s a closer look at the data in layman’s terms:

1️⃣ Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Mawson et al. (2017) found that vaccinated children were over 4 times more likely to be diagnosed with autism than unvaccinated children.

• Hooker & Miller (2021) found an even higher risk—vaccinated children were 5 times more likely to have autism.

• Mawson & Jacob (2025) found that children who had 11 or more vaccine appointments were 4.4 times more likely to develop autism.

2️⃣ ADHD

• Mawson et al. (2017) found that vaccinated children were 4 times more likely to be diagnosed with ADHD.

• Hooker & Miller (2021) found an extreme risk—vaccinated children were 20 times more likely to develop ADHD.

• Mawson & Jacob (2025) found a 3 times higher risk for ADHD-like symptoms (Hyperkinetic Syndrome).

3️⃣ Asthma

• Mawson et al. (2017) found that vaccinated children were 30 times more likely to develop allergic rhinitis (seasonal allergies).

• Hooker & Miller (2021) found that vaccinated children were 4 times more likely to require an EpiPen for severe allergic reactions.

5️⃣ Chronic Ear Infections (Otitis Media)

• Mawson et al. (2017) found that vaccinated children were nearly 4 times more likely to suffer from chronic ear infections.

• Hooker & Miller (2020) found a 2 times higher risk of ear infections in vaccinated children.

• Hooker & Miller (2021) found that vaccinated children were 28 times more likely to develop recurring ear infections.

6️⃣ Gastrointestinal Disorders

• Hooker & Miller (2020) found that children who received the highest number of vaccines were 4 times more likely to develop digestive issues like chronic constipation and diarrhea.

• Hooker & Miller (2021) found that vaccinated children were nearly 14 times more likely to experience serious, ongoing gastrointestinal problems.

“These data indicate that the current CDC ACIP hyper-vaccination schedule (up to 32 doses by age 2) needs a complete restructuring,” Hulscher concluded.

“The large number of serious safety signals must be addressed if we are to combat the chronic disease epidemic and have a future where the majority of people are not on the autism spectrum.”

Is Elon Musk Shutting Down Government Payments to His Competitors?

Elon Musk To Lead Department Of Government Efficiency

By Pam Martens and Russ Martens: February 3, 2025 ~

Elon Musk is the billionaire CEO of the publicly-traded EV company, Tesla. As such, under corporate law, he owes a Duty of Loyalty to Tesla. Notwithstanding this well-established law, Musk is engaged in an array of other corporate endeavors outside of Tesla, including being the CEO of SpaceX, a private rocket company.

SpaceX is a major federal contractor to NASA and the Department of Defense. See our report: The U.S. Government Is Plowing Billions into SpaceX, Overlooking Drug Use, Sex Parties, and Elon Musk’s Coziness with Putin.

Now, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News, and a host of other media outlets are reporting that Musk has used his 2-week old position as the head of a Donald Trump faux agency – the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) – which Trump created out of thin air last month by Executive Order, to have his DOGE operatives gain access to the U.S. Treasury’s $6 trillion payment system and snoop on its payments. This means that Musk’s DOGE hires could potentially access confidential information on government contract payments made to Musk’s competitors as well as highly confidential payments related to national security.

There are media reports this morning that Musk has begun to cancel payments to some federal contractors.

One of the individuals engaged in this snooping on behalf of Musk, according to reporting at the New York Times, is Tom Krause, the CEO of Cloud Software Group, which describes itself as “Developer of enterprise infrastructure software” whose platform encompasses, among other things, “business intelligence.”

Krause is still listed at the website of Cloud Software Group as its current CEO, as well as using that same title on his personal LinkedIn page. So how, exactly, did he gain security clearance to snoop on this vast U.S. government payment system. Why is the Board of Directors of Cloud Software Group allowing him to engage in this legally dubious undertaking?

Cloud Software Group’s major owners include Vista Equity Partners and Elliott Investment Management, according to an interview with Krause at SpencerStuart.

The founder, Chairman and CEO of Vista Equity Partners is billionaire Robert F. Smith, whose net worth is pegged at $10.8 billion according to Forbes. In 2020, during the first Trump administration, Smith was charged by the U.S. Department of Justice with engaging in a massive 15-year international tax fraud scheme. Smith was given a non-prosecution agreement and settled the matter for $139 million after cooperating with prosecutors.

The other major co-owner of Krause’s firm, Elliott Investment Management, is the giant hedge fund founded by billionaire Paul Singer, who remains at Elliott as President, Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Chief Investment Officer. Singer gave the Trump-supporting Make America Great Again Inc. PAC $5 million in one check in August of last year.

In addition, and notably, Singer is also Chairman of the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research, a right-wing think tank. William Barr, one of Donald Trump’s Attorneys General during his first term as President, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Manhattan Institute. Megadonors to Trump and Republicans, including hedge fund titan John Paulson and former Education Secretary Betsy DeVos in Trump’s first term, also serve on the Manhattan Institute’s Board of Trustees.

Senator Ron Wyden, the Ranking Member of the Senate Finance Committee has sent a letter to Trump’s recently confirmed U.S. Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessent, raising national security concerns about the snooping by DOGE inside the Treasury’s payment system and demanding answers in short order.
