Whimsical Wednesday: Hallelujah
I'm a big stickler for the way this song is sung. I think Jeff Buckley's version will always be the best. But I admit that when this version began, I got chills. Beautifully done.
It wouldn't let me post it here. Here's the link to it on youtube. http://youtu.be/bsuXbkrA_AQ

Whimsical Wednesday: Let Me Fall
I've always loved this song. Josh Groban is an excellent and passionate vocalist. This song is haunting, sad and yet inspiring and powerful.

Whimsical Wednesday: The Joy is in the Journey
John Williamson is an Australian singer. This song is from the folk musical, Quambatook. I love this song. It reminds me of what's important in life.
The Joy is in the Journey~ John Williamson
Everybody has their disappointments
Days when nothing seems to go your way
It all comes down upon you in the evening
But tomorrow morning brings another day
You'll never make a mark just being lucky

Musing Monday: The Myths about Dragons
How should we be able to forget those ancient myths that are at the beginning of all peoples, the myths about dragons that at the last moment turn into princesses; perhaps all the dragons of our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us once beautiful and brave. Perhaps everything terrible is in its deepest being something helpless that wants help from us.So you must not be frightened

Whimsical Wednesday: Heather Faesy!
Today I'm featuring Heather Faesy's blog Lost in the View. She's a YA author, mother, sister, daughter and friend. She has a love of Dystopian novels and Wentworth Miller. She's an excellent writer and one day I hope you have the chance to read her stories. She says silly words like heckles and shittles. She's also my critique partner which makes her more awesome than awesome.

Musing Monday: Creating a Playlist
I don't create play-lists for my stories. Or at least not how I imagine other writers do it. I have songs that remind me of my stories that I'll put together, but I don't write to these songs. I listen to the songs when I'm getting ready to write, but not when I write. I do listen to music, however, when I write. Mostly classical. Sometimes soundtracks. Usually with headphones. Always

Whimsical Wednesday: Megg Jensen! *Updated*
From the author's website: Reychel is a slave girl surrounded by magic, lies and manipulation. Her best friend disappears in the middle of the night leaving Reychel to face her fifteenth birthday, the day her master burns his brand into the back of her bald head, alone. She's sheltered from the outside world and doesn't have any
