The Great Ron Paul

Introduction: Where We Are

It’s a fallacy to believe the US has a free market economy. The economy is run by a conglomerate of individuals and special interests, in and out of government, including the Deep State, which controls central economic planning.

Rigging the economy is required to prevent market forces from demanding a halt to the mistakes that planners continuously make. This deceptive policy can last only for a limited time. Ultimately, the market proves more powerful than governm...

An Amazing Look at 100 Years

A sailor drowning in a deep, dark sea points his finger at the viewer and stares accusingly. ‘Someone talked!’ the poster screams.

A concerned-looking father sits in an armchair while his son plays with toy soldiers on the carpet and his daughter sits on his lap asking, ‘Daddy, what did YOU do in the Great War?’

Five short, sharp words below a crown tell the British population what to do in the event of a German invasion in World War II: ‘Keep Calm and Carry On.’

These are three of the most p...

The Best Survival Watches

While a survival watch may seem like a quaint idea, you need to think about how tough it actually might be out in the bush or during a SHTF situation. The best survival watches are not just about telling the time or setting an alarm. These devices have a lot of different functions that make them worth considering as part of your preps.

Materials

Survival watches are made from a variety of materials. Paracord is popular because it is lightweight and serves another purpose if you need some easy...

Rose’s Tinted Glasses

I write this on my last day in the Bagel, and it sure is a scorcher. Heat and humidity so high the professional beggars on Fifth Avenue have moved closer to the lakes in Central Park. Heat usually calms the passions, but nowadays groupthink pundits are so busy disguising fake news as journalism, you’d think this was election week in November. Here’s one jerk in The New York Times: “In a narrow vote the Supreme Court…” This was the decision that a baker could resist a gay couple’s demands for...

Atrocity Porn and Hitler Memes

American and global audiences have been bombarded with media images of wailing children in holding facilities, having been separated from adults (maybe their parents, maybe not) detained for illegal entry into the United States. The images have been accompanied by “gut-wrenching” audio of distraught toddlers screaming the Spanish equivalents of “Mommy!” and “Daddy!” – since, as any parent knows, small children never cry or call for their parents except in the most horrifying, life-threatening...

Currency War Can End Global US Dollar Dominance

The world is facing a currency war and the only hedge against the crash of the US dollar is real gold, a precious metal analyst has told RT. With geopolitical power shifting from West to East, US dominance may be ending.

One such sign is the recent repatriation of gold from the United States. Countries such as Turkey, Germany, the Netherlands have been moving the bullions home. The reason is the Cold War is over and countries don’t see Russia as a threat anymore, says Claudio Grass, an indepe...

Why Can’t We Drive Faster?

Almost everything about cars has changed over the past 50 years – except for how fast we’re allowed to drive them.

In 1970, you could legally drive 70-75 MPH on most highways – in cars with drum brakes, without ABS and not even one air bag. There was no Lane Keep Assist or Automated Emergency Braking and the headlights were pitiful things by the standards of the 1990s.

But we can’t legally drive faster today in cars with more technology – and capability – than the race cars of 1970.

What then...

Trump Demands Immediate Deportation

Trump has taken to Twitter in order to reaffirm his stance on the immigration policy amid a row over the separation of families.

“We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country,” US President Donald Trump wrote on Twitter, adding that if an illegal migrant enters the US, the authorities must “immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came.”

He has also slammed the US immigration policy as a “mockery,” which is being “laught at.” He has also yet a...

Hillary’s Psychotic Anti-Putin Rant

Former Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has hit out at Russian President Vladimir Putin, describing him as the leader of a “white supremacist and xenophobic movement”  which is designed to “weaken America’s traditional alliances and undermine democracy.”

The former secretary of state did not mince words when discussing the Mr Putin during a lecture at Trinity College Dublin, and declared that Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election – which is the subject of multipl...
