What Exactly Is Racism?
This article was first published on July 2, 2014.
I want to look at two words that the State and its hangers-on have employed with much success on behalf of increases in government power. One is racism. The other is equality.
What exactly is racism? We almost never hear a definition. I doubt anyone really knows what it is. If you’re inclined to dispute this, ask yourself why, if racism truly is something clear and determinate, there is such ceaseless disagreement over which thoughts and behav...

A Measure of Greatness?
This year is the bicentenary of the birth of Karl Marx, and on the whole the commentary that it has evoked has obeyed the injunction not to speak ill of the dead, as if the passage of time and the deaths of millions in the name of the birthday boy did not somewhat attenuate the social imperative to mute one’s words. There are reasons for this.
The fact is that we sense the approach of yet another economic crisis, as my late dog sensed the approach of a thunderstorm. Perhaps the crisis to come...
The View of Russia
The upcoming Trump/Putin summit is hampered by the crazed portrait of Russia painted by presstitutes. Jonathan Chait, Amy Knight, Max Bergmann, Yaroslav Trofimov, Roger Cohen, and the rest of the conscious or de facto CIA assets that comprise the Western presstitute media have turned Putin into a superhuman who controls election outcomes throughout the West, murders people without rhyme or reason, and has President Trump under his thumb doing Putin’s bidding. Who could imagine a more extreme...
These Eight Words
Can the entire story of the worst economic disaster in American history really be told from just eight words in a political party’s platform? In this case, yes.
Here are the fateful words that introduced the second section of the Republican Party’s 1932 platform, right after a waffling plank on prohibition: “We believe in the principle of high wages.”
This was Herbert Hoover speaking. His most cherished economic belief was that wages could not be allowed to fall, and after the Crash of 1929 h...
Poll: Germans Want US Troop Withdrawn
BERLIN — After over 70 years, Germans have apparently had enough of the U.S. troop presence in their country, the second largest presence of U.S. troops abroad after Japan. According to a YouGov poll conducted by Germany’s DPA news agency, 42% of Germans support a complete withdrawal of U.S. troops in the country with 37% of Germany wanting them to stay and 21% undecided. Currently, Germany hosts close to 35,000 U.S. soldiers and between 30 and 40 U.S. military bases.
The poll also found that...
Trump Defects to Russia?
The turmoil caused this week by US President Trump among NATO allies is approaching surreal. Time to indulge in some satire…
Helsinki was always famed for its Cold War intrigues and secret exchanges between the Americans and Soviets. But no-one imagined this delivery. The 45th president of the United States handed himself over to the care of Mother Russia, renouncing American citizenship and seeking asylum.
While Trump has reportedly gone into hiding somewhere in Russia, the US and its Europe...
There ‘s No Campground Like the Bohemian Grove
With more than 5.5 million articles, Wikipedia is an invaluable resource, whether you’re throwing a term paper together at the last minute, or working out whether the billionaire’s gold-plated yacht that your tax hike is going to end up paying for will be seaworthy. We explore some of Wikipedia’s oddities in our 5,529,165-week series, Wiki Wormhole.
This week’s entry: Bohemian Grove
What it’s about: Ah, the old campground. Hiking through the woods, singing songs around the campfire, crushing...
Mr. Trump!
NATO is obsolete. Donald Trump made this argument back on the campaign trail. Yesterday, in his typically hyperbolic manner, he dressed down the organization for its hypocrisy over its mandate, which is to counter any aggression from Russia.
But, the potential threat of a Russian invasion of Europe is nil. And, literally, everyone involved in this farce of a summit knows this. So, Trump was right to call out the hypocrisy, but wrong about how to solve it.
Attacking Germany over the Nordst...
Dixie Rising: Rules for Rebels
After reading “Punished With Poverty” I wanted to know if there was a way out for the occupied Confederate States, so I read the Kennedy Twin’s other new book “Dixie Rising“. A well thought out plan for regaining the founder’s vision of government by the consent of the governed, and those who may disagree please write us a book and tell us how you would go about such a monumental task?? No plan is ever perfect, but one thing for sure, if we continue to do what we’ve always done, we’ll always...
Bad NATO! Bad NATO!
President Donald Trump says most summit meetings are a waste of time. He’s so right. Most meetings of every kind are a waste of time and energy.
The president was certainly right about last week’s NATO summit in Brussels. At least, he livened it up by openly blasting his NATO allies once again for not spending enough on their military forces. But Trump’s real purpose was to show the world that he was boss of all he surveyed.
Doing his best bull in a china shop routine, Trump lectured and...
