Margo Talbot

Margo Talbot is an internationally renowned ice climber and an Outdoor Research-sponsored 'athlete. She is the instigator and main contributor to the fourth edition of "Waterfall Ice: Climbs in the Canadian Rockies". She has published numerous climbing-related articles in newspapers and magazines, including "Gripped." "Mountain," and the "Alpine Club of Canada Gazette."

As a climber, her favourite medium is ice and alpine, and she has guided clients to such remote regions as the South Pole. She has competed in a number of climbing competitions, including the ESPN X-Games. She has guided for chicks with Picks and runas an adventure guiding company for women called The Glitter Girls.
