Just To Get This On The Record

I believe the 2nd Amendment protects the right of every adult to own any weapon of their choice, up to and including a nuke.

Don't give me any of that bullshit that, "No honest American needs a nuke for hunting deer!"

The reason to own weapons is to kill criminals, invaders, and uppity politicians.

And realistically, if Bill Gates wants a nuke, no law is going to stop him, and shy a few million dollars in assets, you can't get one anyway, and even if you could, you'd have no delivery mechanism, so any "you're an extremist!" responses are just pathetic.

I've been told there should be a fine for setting off your nuke without good cause.

Ridiculous you say?  No law could stop someone from doing that, and it wouldn't be enforceable?

Gee, that sounds like every other weapon law on the books.

Point proven.  Thank you.

I Learned Some Things From the Greens

http://www.npr.org/2012/09/14/161156783/wind-power-plentiful-study-says

I learned that coal mines ruin the landscape, but wind turbines do not.

I learned you can pull power out of wind and not reduce its available power to blow, so there will be no environmental effect.

I learned we have magic technology that lets us place wind turbines on the ocean, on land including mountaintops and in the upper atmosphere all at the same time, without affecting landscape or environment.

I learned that wind turbines, if taken to a maximum level, will "only" use 15% of the world's supply of neodymium, assuming we extract it all and don't use more of it for other high power magnet applications.

I learned that Big Wind has isn't biased and has no agenda, because it serves a liberal purpose.

Given all that, I say we should immediately start building more wind farms, and strike their tax credits, so they can contribute positively to society.  It would be wrong to allow those wind fatcats to make windfall profits on this.

Just Start Bombing

This is why you pat liberals on the head, say, "That's nice," and send them off to make some modern art, or write a poem, or some crap, while real men deal with relatively simple problems.

Anyone who's dealt with Arab culture can tell you that apologizing gets you nowhere.  It's seen as weak, submissive, "feminine."  You show up strong and polite, demand 300% of what you wish for and settle for 125%.  If not, you smack them, smack them again, kick them in the teeth on the way down, and tell them you're taking 200%.  That is how their culture works, and has worked, since Biblical times and since The March of the Ten Thousand.

You don't argue with 2500 years of culture.  You simply bomb it into the 21st century, or the stone age, their choice.

The latest crap I hear is that the video Islamists find offensive was made by a "Romney supporter" and "Free speech doesn't extend to deliberately angering people."

Yes, liberals are all for free speech, BUT!

And failures of policy are never their fault, even when it's their policy.

Pennsic anecdote

I've been hanging smurfs by nooses outside my Pennsic tent for a decade. Everyone is amused.

During a rainstorm this Pennsic, I open the tent to see some woman untying them and putting them down in the mud. I asked her WTF she was doing, because she was getting them muddy.

"It's no worse than what you're doing to them."

Well, actually it is, because they AREN'T ACTUAL CREATURES and mud hurts them worse than hanging from a rope.

She actually tried to hinder me from putting them back up.

"It's wrong to do that. Children don't need to see that."

Apparently, she's not aware that the children's archery shoot often features Barneys, Smurfs, etc, to be gleefully riddled with arrows.
I told her I'd been doing it for a decade, and no one, including the event staff had ever had a problem with it.

"It offends me," she said as she stormed off.

I said, "So go buy your own damned smurfs and cut them down."

Actually, Yes, He Did

http://discussions.wdbj7.com/20/wdbj7/wdbj7-radford-business-owner-declines-joe-bidens-request-to-stop-in-store-20120815/10

So, the man expresses an opinion, which many people support.

I'm gratified to see there weren't many charges of racism.  Apparently, since Biden is white (But works for a black man, who is the actual patient in question), the usual libtard mouthbreathers aren't reminded that everything anyone does agaisnt the great 0 is racist.

However, the "you didn't build that" mouthbreathers are in full swing:

It's his prerogative. It's fortunate he was able to start a business with no help from anyone at all. I've seldom heard of that happening, no bank loans, no police protection, no fire department, not nuttin.

Good luck guy.

Here's the thing, Charlie:  The police and fire didn't help him start the business.  They may respond if there's a problem later.

If he got a loan, it was almost certainly from a bank, a private entity. He had to negotiate with them, they didn't just give it to him.

This is the problem with you 0bamab0ts.  You're great at bleating out catchphrases, not so great at deductive logic.

Here's a comparison for you:  The world is full of Yugos.  In America, we all have Mustang GTs.  I win a race.  I didn't win because I had a Mustang GT--everyone has one.  I won because I'm a better @#$ing driver.

Liberal response:  It's not fair that I'm better, my taxes should be raised so everyone can have Ferarris instead.  By declining, I'm selfish.

When Zer0 insists people don't create things by themselves, he's looking in a mirror and projecting.

And I'm quite sure you DID write that illogical, pathetic whine by yourSELF, Charlie.

Regarding "You didn't build that."

"Liberal" apologists keep insisting "He's correct, you right wing morons are just too stupid to grasp the context!"

Why is an allegedly great leader making speeches that can be taken out of context?

PS: I got the context exactly. It was "Give the government more money."

And telling people they didn't get the context and are therefore stupid is not going to win any points or encourage them to vote for the man.

Go ahead, trot out the platitudes. Tell me I didn't teach myself to read (Correct, I was taught to read by my parents and by a religious school in another country with no US tax dollars). Tell me I didn't teach myself my occupation (Actually, I did). Tell me I use roads (which I pay for with property and excise fuel taxes)(And which means you never get to complain about defense spending, ever, since the Interstates were built for DoD).

In the world of Yugos, everyone in America drives a Mustang GT. If I win the race of life, it's not because I have a Mustang GT. It's because I'm a better @#$ing driver. Buying everyone Ferrari Testa Rossae won't make losers into winners, it will just waste more money. But hey, it's other people's money, right?

Finally, since I'm an immigrant, I can state with a clear conscience that I live in the country I think best and chose as my home. If there's somewhere you'd like better, @Q#$ING MOVE THERE and let the rest of us keep America, and our Constitution, intact.

GFY.

No News is Good News

The press exacerbates these lunatics by giving them coverage. "WORST SHOOTING IN HISTORY!!  SHOOTER (INSERT NAME) WAS SUCH A NICE BOY!! EVERYONE SHOCKED!!  LOOK AT ALL THE BLOOD!!  INTERVIEWS WITH BYSTANDERS! EXPERTS!  OUTRAGE! SADNESS!"

The losers with the mindset to do it are encouraged.  "Everyone will know who I am!  I will be FAMOUS!"  Their lives have no meaning, and this gives them a way that works with their sociopathic needs.

What I want to see:

"Some piece of shit attacked a group of people.  Someone shot him dead. A dozen drunks went over and pissed on the body.  Per Public Law 2012-t56A, the body was tossed into a nearby outhouse and prune stew served to the aid workers.  No, we won't tell you his name.  He's Dead Asshole Number 12."

Either that, or some citizen beating the punk to death and smearing his brains across 50 feet of roadway, to be sluiced off by the fire department.

Who Didn't Seee This Coming?

http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/story?section=news%2Fstate&id=8729292

Texas Medical Association survey given to The Associated Press over the weekend found that the number of Texas doctors willing to accept government-funded health insurance plans for the poor and the elderly has dropped dramatically amid complaints about low pay and red tape.

Only 31 percent of Texas doctors said they were accepting new patients who rely on Medicaid. In 2010, the last time the survey was done, 42 percent of doctors were accepting new Medicaid patients. In 2000, that number was 67 percent.

IOW, what always happens in a socialist economy. It's cheap, if you can actually find it.

They Keep Expecting Different Results

The flaw in this article is the assumption that worthless layabouts in the education industrial complex would magically turn into productive private sector workers.

This is not to say that all teachers are layabouts, but you can bet the excess ones are.

The rest will follow suit when they realize doing a good job doesn't matter and singles them out for retribution.
