What Was the Christmas Star?

Around the Christmas season, its always interesting to see even secular news sites paying special attention to the account of the birth of Christ in the Gospels. Its not that they believe it really happened, but they know it still captures the imagination of their readers and generates clicksso they continue to write about it! Take this headline from a pop science site: Was the Christmas Star a Real Astronomical Event?
The article (which even has an accompanying video) stated,

What a journey its been, and what a great announcement we have for you.
The Answers in Genesis ministry officially began in December 1993 when the organization was legally incorporated in Kentucky. The three founders, Mark Looy, Mike Zovath, and Iand our familiesmoved to Kentucky in 1994 to build the Creation Museum as part of the apologetics outreach of the ministry. And what a journey it has been!

Looking back on the past 30 years, we stand in awe of what God has done. The Answers in G...

We arent just celebrating gifts, family memories, or fun traditionswere celebrating that the Son of God was made flesh and came and dwelt among us. What a beautiful truth! What a gift to us!
He came, he lived a perfect life, he died on the cross in our place, he rose...

Babies and Hypocrisy

In October of this year, we heard the shocking news that Hamas terrorists who invaded Israel had killed 40 babies (beheading some). It was a terrible atrocity. Political leaders from around the world condemned this evil done by the terrorists.

President Joe Biden delivers remarks on the recent atrocities committed by Hamas terrorists.
The president of the US, Joe Biden, said, This was an act of sheer evil. More than 1,000 civilians slaughterednot just killed, slaughteredin Israel. Among ...

Pew Research: 1 in 5 Americans Identify as Spiritual but Not Religious

The Pew Research Center recently released the results of their Spirituality Among Americans survey. And the results highlight a trend weve been seeing for yearsthe rise of the spiritual but not religious. These are individuals (mostly younger people) who dont identify with any particular religion or faith, but who believe themselves to be spiritual, usually pulling from a variety of religions to create a personalized belief system.
So how many of these spiritual but...
