Its app uses artificial intelligence to help busy folks find the time to keep on top of important matters in their professional and personal lives. But no matter how effectively it did so, convincing people to dump the apps they already use to wrangle their schedules was a daunting prospect.

Report: Apple Is Trying To Cripple Spotify's Free Streaming Catalog

Apple is allegedly chipping away at Spotify's free tier catalog in order to tip the cards in favor of its own streaming music service, set to launch this summer at $10 a month.

The Roomba's Inventor Launches What Might Be The Easiest-To-Use Drone Yet

Even the worst pilot can get this flying robot to perform.

Consumer drones are so cheap now that almost anyone can get one. But that doesn't mean they're easy to fly. They often wobble like drunken bees (you can see Fast Company's own harrowing experience here). At minimum, keeping them level takes focus that distracts from the operator's ability to keep an eye on what they're filming.

Painless and easy to apply, Georgia Tech's new microneedle patch could revolutionize vaccination by 2020.

Most people hate getting jabbed with even a single needle, but Georgia Tech's Mark Prausnitz thinks the future of vaccination is to jab people with a hundred needles at once. Microsoft HoloLens And The Danger Of Mismanaged Expectations

The mixed-reality headset is remarkable. But it isn't remarkable in the way that the simulated demos and promotional images suggest it is.
