How Do Bernie Sanders And Hillary Clinton Compare On Women's Issues?

Despite a growing divide in support among young women, the two candidates have almost identical positions on women's issues.

In recent weeks, the tension has ratcheted up between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton supporters, especially among women in the wake of some recent comments by celebrities and the Vermont senator's overwhelming victory in the New Hampshire primary. Over the weekend, feminist icon Gloria Steinem was forced to apologize for calling Sanders supporters "young women who aren't serious in their politics," while Clinton supporter Madeleine Albright stirred up anger by claiming that "there's a special place in hell" for women who don't help each other, implicitly, by voting for the female candidate.

Zenefits Is Under Investigation In California

A few days after Zenefits CEO Parker Conrad resigned, the company is under scrutiny for its compliance with California laws.

Zenefits, the $4.5 billion health insurance brokerage startup whose CEO stepped down on Monday, is being investigated by California regulators, according to BuzzFeed News. The California insurance commissioner will make the news public on Thursday, BuzzFeed reports, though the investigation has been underway since last year.

Report: Uber Could Face 13 More Class-Action Labor Lawsuits

After a California lawsuit was granted class-action status, new cases have cropped up across the country.

Following a decision last fall, in which a district judge awarded class-action status to a California lawsuit against Uber, a host of other suits have been filed nationwide, according to Ars Technica. Thirteen proposed cases in New York, Ohio, Maryland, Florida, Arizona, and Pennsylvania are attempting to follow the example set by O'Connor v. Uber (the California case).

Time Inc. Acquires Myspace Parent Company Viant

Viant will bring big data and ad technology to Time Inc., which owns more than 60 websites, including Fortune and People.

Over the past year, 94-year-old publisher Time Inc. has made several high-profile, digital-first acquisitions—including of HelloGiggles and xoJane—and now it's added another: Viant Technology, the parent company of 12-year-old social network Myspace. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Gmail Will Now Warn You If Incoming Messages Can't Be Encrypted

The company said in 2014 that about 40 to 50 percent of emails between Gmail and other providers weren't encrypted.

Gmail will now warn users when they're exchanging email with someone whose email provider doesn't support server-to-server message encryption, Google announced this week.
