Samsung Is Opening A Massive Flagship Store That Doesn't Stock Any Products
Meet the "un-store," Samsung's vision for the future of stores.
On Monday, Samsung opened a new 40,000-square-foot store in New York's Meatpacking District. Across the street from the High Line and a block away from the Whitney Museum of American Art, it's a prime piece of retail space. But one pursuit "the flagship" is not focused on, says Zach Overton, its general manager, is retail.

Data from more than 13 million text messages can shed light on when, where, and why crisis arises.
Crisis Text Line (CTL) is sitting on a massive amount of data that, analyzed, could help save lives. Since its launch in 2013, the nonprofit has received more than 13 million text messages from people, mostly teens, from all over the country who need help in their moment of darkness. Users can text any time, about anything, from self-harm to romantic relationships, family issues to eating disorders, and get an immediate response from a live crisis counselor.
