Author Chat & Book Signing - July 24th - 10 am

Wow has it been a super busy month! Several book signings these past few weeks, not to mention the usual daily housewifely chores. Laundry, ironing, cleaning, cooking, you get the idea. It's been great!



The Lord really blessed us this past weekend at the 41st Annual Threshermen's Show up in Adams, TN. I got to meet quite a few wonderful people ~ I loved every second of it! Thank you to all who stopped by my table. It was a pleasure!

Book Signing in Franklin, TN ~ July 11th, 3-5pm

This week is going to be an eventful week ~ I can already tell. First, a friend of mine's book is officially released today ~ Toni Nelson, author of A Beggar's Purse. Congrats Toni!



Second, I'm working on finding any and all the kinks in my audio book ~ if you'll look at my pages, you'll see that I've uploaded Chapter 1 for your listening enjoyment. Ways to Help an Author

Good morning everyone! I hope you are enjoying the middle day of the week! It all goes pretty fast from here on out..hehe!



This post is for all those that want to help an author, just don't exactly know how. Here's a few tips, tricks, and techniques.



Question: I already bought a book. What else can I do?

Answer: If you really liked the book, post a review on several different websites where others can read your thoughts.

This alone will be a tremendous help to the author. Really. Who wants...

Stepping out on Faith. Easy, right?

Oh my word. I went to a church today by way of introducing my book to them, and you would have thought they picked up stones to throw at me. (They didn't. In fact, they were very nice) Here I am, a grown woman, and I had to have my mommy walk across the parking lot with me! (sad. I know.) Let's just say confidence is not one of the gifts God's given to me.
