Rating

Hey everyone. It has come to my attention that some people are under the impression my book is YA. Let me set the record straight. This is NOT a YA novel. Please, if you are a young adult, this book may not be for you. It is a love story for adults. Though it is not in the category of erotica, there ARE love scenes of the adult nature. Kinda like Sandra Brown, Jackie Collins and Sydney Sheldon. Not Nora Roberts, Nicholas Sparks or Stephenie Meyer.

Kindle

So I went to amazon about a week ago and thought I had performed the necessary procedures to make the book available for Kindle, but unfortunately, I must've missed a step or something because they had no record of it. So, I went back on last night and now I think I got it right. I should know for sure in about 48 hours. Keep your fingers crossed!! It's already available for Nook with BnN and on ebooks. The last frontier to conquer now is Smashwords and the IPad. It's a killer!! I'll let ya'l...

Look Inside

Hey everyone. I've been so busy trying to make my book available on kindle and nook and Ipad. I'm waiting to see if it went through for kindle and it's now available for nook through BnN. The only one left is Ipad. I am attempting to reformat my pdf file for Smashwords. Man, it's tough!
The good news is, I uploaded the "look inside" feature for amazon. Now potential customers can get a sneak preview of the book. It's very COOL!!
I'll keep you updated on the kindle news.

Facebook Fan Page

My goodreads friends probably aren't aware that I have had trouble with my fan page on fb from the beginning but let me tell you, it has been one giant pain in my, well, you know. That is until today. Now I know he's going to blush when I say this but hopefully he'll be by himself when he reads it, but I was saved today by my very good (son) friend, Tom. He literally walked me through setting up an all new page. Even then I couldn't get it right so he just did it for me! That's right! He is da bomb! You really are!! He set up my links and made it look good! Real good!! It's only been set up since this afternoon and I already have 27 fans and I don't believe it's going to slow down anytime soon! So Tom, Thank you Thank you Thank you!!

Contest

Hey Fans! I'm so excited!! Someone had sent me an invitation to enter a short story contest at novelnovice.com on Twitter. I just happened to look at my twitter account (which I hardly ever do) and there it was as a re-tweet. I opened it and found that the deadline for entries was the next day. I opened it at like 11:00 p.m. the night before the deadline. It was called literary mash-up. You take really well known literary characters from different books and make up a short story about them. For instance, I took Edward Cullen and Sookie Stackhouse and wrote a scene at the bar in Bon Temps. He had left Bella and was traveling aimlessly, not knowing what to do and how he was going to live without her. It was cool because they both have the ability to read minds, including each others'.
I got notification today that I won!!! They loved the story and it will be posted on novelnovice.com by the end of this week!! Please check it out!!
