An Al Qaeda leader, the head of a designated terror organization and a confessed jihadist-in-training are among a "Who's Who" of controversial figures who have participated in weekly prayer sessions on Capitol Hill since the 2001 terror attacks, an investigation by FoxNews.com reveals.
The Congressional Muslim Staff Association (CMSA) has held weekly Friday Jummah prayers for more than a decade, and guest preachers are often invited to lead the service. The group held prayers informally for about eight years before gaining official status in 2006 under the sponsorship of Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., one of two Muslims currently serving in Congress. The second Muslim congressman, Rep. Andre Carson, D-Ind., joined as co-sponsor after he was elected in 2008.
Among those who FoxNews.com determined have attended the prayer services during the Clinton, George W. Bush and Obama administrations are:
— Anwar al-Awlaki, the notorious Al Qaeda cleric believed to be hiding in Yemen and the lone American on the U.S. government's capture or kill list, who conducted a prayer service on Capitol Hill shortly after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
— Randall "Ismail" Royer, a former communications associate for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), who confessed in 2004 to receiving jihadist training in Pakistan. He is serving a 20-year prison term.
— Anwar Hajjaj, former president of Taibah International Aid Association, which was designated a terrorist organization by the U.S. and U.N. in 2004.
— Esam Omeish, the former president of the Muslim American Society, who was forced to resign from the Virginia Commission on Immigration in 2007 after calling for "the jihad way," among other remarks.
— Salam Al-Marayati, president of the Muslim Public Affairs Council, who was forced to step down from a national terrorism committee post in 1999 for pro-terrorist comments.
— Nihad Awad, CAIR executive director, who attended a Hamas meeting in Philadelphia in 1993 that was wiretapped by the FBI.
— Johari Abdul Malik, Dar al-Hijrah imam, who made statements in support of convicted and suspected terrorists who attended his mosque.
— Tariq Ramadan, a Muslim scholar banned from the U.S. for six years beginning in 2004 for his alleged ties and donations to terror groups. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton lifted Ramadan's ban in January.
— Abdulaziz Othman Al-Twaijri, the head of a division of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, considered a foreign agent by the U.S.
It is unclear who else has attended these services, because there appears to be no public record of those CMSA has invited to Capitol Hill. The group's website, included in the official congressional staff associations directory, displays an error message. And out of the more than 25 people associated with CMSA whom FoxNews.com contacted for this article — members, participants, guests, listed officers, congressional sponsors and Muslim advocacy groups — only one person was willing to speak.
These government officials paid with our hard earned tax payer dollars are unwilling to speak? Will they speak to villagers with torches?
The most notorious of the lot is al-Awlaki, who is seen leading the prayer service on Capitol Hill in video footage included in "MUHAMMAD: Life of a Prophet," a documentary that aired on PBS in 2002.
In the footage, Jameel Johnson, Rep. Gregory Meeks' former chief of staff and founder and former president of CMSA, is seen sitting next to Randall "Ismail" Royer, a former communications associate for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) who is now serving a 20-year sentence after pleading guilty in 2004 to helping jihadists from Virginia gain access to a terrorist training camp in Pakistan. That camp was run by Lashkar-e-Taiba, which was designated a terrorist organization by the United States in December 2001. One year before Royer was filmed attending the Awlaki prayer service, he attended jihad training camps in Pakistan, documents show.
Nihad Awad, executive director of CAIR, can also be seen at the Awlaki prayer session. Awad has spoken out in support of Hamas and attended a 1993 Hamas meeting in Philadelphia that was wiretapped by the FBI, according to public record and court documents from the Holy Land Foundation trial. CAIR was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the trial.
Last year, the FBI severed ties with CAIR due to evidence of the group's ties to networks supporting Hamas, which the State Department has designated as a terrorist group, according to documents obtained by the Investigative Project on Terrorism, a watchdog group.
"The FBI has had to limit its formal contact with CAIR field offices until certain issues are addressed by CAIR's national headquarters," FBI spokesman John Miller told FoxNews.com last year. "CAIR's leadership is aware of this. Beyond that, we have no further comment."
Awad's assistant, Asma Gheyoub, told FoxNews.com that she had passed along FoxNews.com's request for comment and that Awad would be in contact. But Awad has not responded.
Read the whole thing. I am glad FOX is reported on this but that are complicit when shows like O'Reilly host Hamas-linked CAIR and Muslim Brotherhood ISNA on their broadcasts.

The Muslims Against Crusades website includes graphic images of children wounded in warfare and the torture of detainees at Abu Ghraib.
The protest, in Exhibition Road, near Hyde Park, involved about 50 people while about another 50 counter-demonstrators had to be kept apart from the group by a line of police.
Three men were arrested at the scene - two for public order offences and one for assaulting a police officer.

It reads like a dream order for some wild frat party: Maker's Mark whiskey, Courvoisier cognac, Johnny Walker Red scotch, Grey Goose vodka, E&J brandy, Bailey's Irish Crème, Bacardi Light rum, Jim Beam whiskey, Beefeater gin, Dewars scotch, Bombay Sapphire gin, Jack Daniels whiskey … and Corona beer.
But that single receipt makes up just part of the more than $101,000 taxpayers paid for "in-flight services" – including food and liquor, for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's trips on Air Force jets over the last two years. That's almost $1,000 per week.
Documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by Judicial Watch, which investigates and prosecutes government corruption, show that the Pelosi incurred expenses of some $2.1 million for her use of Air Force jets for travel over that time.
"Speaker Pelosi has a history of wasting taxpayer funds with her boorish demands for military travel," Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said today. "And these documents suggest the Speaker's congressional delegations are more about partying than anything else."
Pelosi, D-Calif., who joined President Obama on a list of Top 10 corrupt politicians, was added to that list for her "sense of entitlement," Judicial Watch said when the "honors" were announced not long ago.
"Politicians believe laws and rules (even the U.S. Constitution) apply to the rest of us but not to them. Case in point: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her excessive and boorish demands for military travel. Judicial Watch obtained documents from the Pentagon in 2008 that suggest Pelosi has been treating the Air Force like her own personal airline," the evaluation said.

What hasn't been revealed so far is that military aircraft are being used to shuttle Pelosi's kids and grandkids between DC and San Francisco without any Congressional representatives even onboard! Put simply, the United States Air Force is serving as a multi-billion dollar chauffeur- and baby-sitting service for Nancy Pelosi's kids and grandkids -- presumably because commercial travel is beneath the families of the autocrats.
But this couldn't be a waste of resources because the U.S. military really isn't engaged in any other significant activities around the world.

Nancy Pelosi has commented on the party at various times along the lines of "just because I've been rejected by the American people doesn't mean I'm not really good at what I do" and "I understand the American people better than they do themselves. Nothing can convince me otherwise."
Nancy Pelosi hopes to lead the next Congress to an even worse defeat in 2012. She has the full support of the Republican Party. No Democrats were available for comment.

Saudi Arabia where a 32 year old woman is jailed for disobeying her father, where a pregnant gang-rape victim is sentenced to 100 lashes for committing adultery, where women are not allowed to drive, where women are lashed for being in the company of anyone but a male relative, where a 75-year-old could be flogged for breaching sex segregation rules, a Saudi father weds his daughter, 10, to 80 year old pervert: "according to the shari'a his marriage is legal as long as the girl's father consents," where a child bride is turned back over to her 80-year-old husband........... must I go on?
And yet, Obama continues to advance international law (the sharia) while reliquishing American sovereignty.

New York, November 10, 2010 – Human rights groups condemned today's election of Saudi Arabia to the governing board of the UN's new women's rights agency.
"It's morally perverse to reward a country that lashes rape victims, and that systematically subjugates women in every walk of life, with the power to negatively influence the global protection of women's rights," said Hillel Neuer, executive director of the Geneva-based UN Watch, who is currently visiting New York to monitor today's vote.
UN Watch organized a worldwide internet campaign to mobilize public opinion against the candidacies of Iran and Saudi Arabia: www.facebook.com/stopiran. The non-governmental human rights group lauded the democratic governments who pushed to defeat Iran, but Neuer expressed "deep regret that there has been complete silence on the offensive election of the fundamentalist and misogynist regime in Riyadh. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper said that a "threat to the Jewish People is a threat to all of us." Does that include Obama, Prime Minister Harper? Indeed it does.
In a stunning rebuke of Jewish rights in the Jewish homeland, President Obama, in yet another demand to ethnically cleanse the Jewish capital of its Jews, said that Israel's construction plans were harmful. His remarks came during another Muslim apology tour in Indonesia, and echo the Islamic supremacist OIC (Organization of the Islamic Conference). The story is here; the LA Times has since removed the video of Obama's remarks, I am not sure why.
Obama says new Israeli home construction harms peace efforts Shortly after arriving in Indonesia, where he is to deliver another address to the Muslim world, the president says Israel is jeopardizing peace talks by reviving settlement building in East Jerusalem.
"This kind of activity is never helpful when it comes to peace negotiations," Obama said. "And I'm concerned that we're not seeing each side make the extra effort to get a breakthrough that could finally create a framework for a secure Israel living side by side in peace with a sovereign Palestine."
How can there possibly be peace when Islamic antisemitism is not addressed, but is vigorously spread and taught throughout all of the ummah in madrassas, textbooks and television broadcasts, all citing Islamic teaching and the qur'an? How can there be peace when all of Israel is considered "occupied"? How can there be peace when a tiny Jewish state, surrounded by enormous Muslim lands, is forced to struggle for its survival and justify its existence every day, while living under the existential threat of promised annihilation by Iran?
I salute Prime Minister Harper, while feeling nothing but embarrassment and shame for a US president who continues to expose his antisemitism in his unabashed subservience to the Muslim world.

(INN) Speaking at an Ottawa conference on fighting anti-Semitism that is part of Holocaust Education Week, the Conservative party leader implicitly agreed with a common analysis that the United Nations recently turned down its bid for a temporary seat on the Security Council because of its solid pro-Israel stand.
"And I know, by the way, because I have the bruises to show for it, that whether it is at the United Nations or any other international forum, the easiest thing to do is simply to just get along and go along with this anti-Israel rhetoric, to pretend it is just about being even-handed, and to excuse oneself with the label of honest broker.
"History shows us, and the ideology of the anti-Israel mob tells us all too well, that those who threaten the existence of the Jewish people are in the longer term a threat to all of us," Prime Minister Harper said to an appreciative audience.
"There are, after all, a lot more votes in being anti-Israeli than in taking a stand," he added. "But as long as I am Prime Minister, whether it is at the United Nations, the Francophone or anywhere else, Canada will take that stand, whatever the cost.
"Let us not forget that even now, there are those who choose evil, and would launch another Holocaust if left unchecked."
Canada's principled stand for human rights and Western values cost them a seat on the OIC-driven United Nations Security Council, while the Obama adminsitration stood by and did nothing.

For over a century these events have gone uninterrupted, as millions of people continue to reflect on the casualties of modern warfare.
Unfortunately, the bitter reality of Remembrance Day is that the majority of people (who participate in it) are blissfully unaware of the hidden truths behind this very distasteful event. Put simply, Remembrance Day is a symbol of imperialism and everything that is wrong with democracy and man-made law.
As Muslims, we can poignantly remember the victims of (British) military intervention, the bullets fired and the bombs dropped, the lands occupied and the resources stolen and in light of this find it very difficult to remember the perpetrators of such crimes without much anger and hostility.
The British military are currently at the forefront of some of the harshest campaigns against Islam and Muslims, and furthermore have played a crucial role in cementing economic and strategic interests that rob large Muslim populations of vital resources.
In light of this, Muslims against Crusades have organised an emergency demonstration, to highlight these injustices and to furthermore ensure that on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, this message is heard loudly and clearly.
