What holds people back from making a bold choice or following a dream?

So I decided to start a YouTube channel, because a) why not, b) I need to adapt just as I encourage other people to do, and c) Im not going to 40 cities at the moment.

The Second Best Thing You Can Do Right Now
Wondering what to do during this time of chaos? I have a proposal.
