Readers’ House Magazine London Awards Gish 2024 Award of Literary Excellence

A big congratulations to our author, Candace Gish! Readers’ House Magazine London presented Gish with the 2024 Award of Literary Excellence for “exceptional contributions to the world of literature and unwavering dedication to the craft of writing.”

Gish created the Absolute Love Publishing anthologies, Animal Prints on My Soul and Our Mothers, Our Daughters, as well as Podcast Journal, a journaling tool for podcast listeners.

“I feel so grateful and honoured to have received the Readers’ House award,” said Gish. “I could not have done it without the amazing contributors in the anthologies and the extraordinary support of Caroline and everyone else at Absolute Love Publishing.”

Readers’ House Magazine also featured Gish in the print edition of its magazine, in “Navigating Success and Empowerment in Everyday Life: A Conversation with Author Candace Gish.”

Gish founded the Divas That Care network, which has aired over 1,000 podcasts, and is known as a motivator and empowering change agent who understands the challenges women face while finding success in their everyday lives and businesses. She is an advocate for mentorship and strong, supportive networks.

Polly Parker Meets Her Shadow: International Book Awards Finalist

Polly Parker Meets Her Shadow by Victoria Lowery was named a Finalist in the 2024 Annual International Book Awards. As one of the largest international book award programs, the competition – in its 15th year – yields thousands of worldwide entries.

Book Launch: Polly Parker Meets Her Shadow

Held at Pan Yan Bookstore, a community book store in downtown Tiffin, Ohio, the event attracted dozens of attendees and made the front page of the local newspaper, the Tiffin Advertiser-Tribune.

“After spending years alone with this story, tediously preparing every word, every concept for maximum benefit, it was a tremendous joy to talk with actual readers,” said Lowery. “Based on their brilliant questions and humbling feedback, I know Polly Parker’s determined bravery is connecting.
