Remiss in Posting an Awesome Review
I just realized that Highway Man had received a lovely review from Kassa at ReviewsbyJessewave that I'd forgotten to post. That site has had some difficulties lately, so I'm providing the link to Kassa's site, 3 AM.
She gave Killian's story four stars and had this to say:

She gave Killian's story four stars and had this to say:
I'm pretty open about my admiration and love of Eden Winters' writing and dayum, that woman has done it again with Highway Man. Just a quick story, too quick in my opinion, that introduces some intense characters, a hint of possible love, painful pasts, and a cowboy future. Seriously I'm not sure what else the author could have included but altogether this delightful little story is wonderfully angsty, incredibly hot, and a delicious bite you won't want to miss.

Recommended Read from BlackRaven's Reviews.
It looks like the good folks at BlackRaven's Reviews are making their way through my backlist, giving five ravens to Same Time Next Year and naming it a recommended read.
Here's some of what the reviewer had to say:

Here's some of what the reviewer had to say:
With all of this said, it was one of the BEST reads I've enjoyed in a long time. And I've enjoyed a lot of great reads, but this story is such a paradox of satisfying and disturbing…and somehow Ms. Winters makes it work. She draws out the inner thoughts and feelings seamlessly and carries us on a sensory journey.

Another Great Review from Blackraven's Reviews
A few days ago Taz at Blackraven's Reviews awarded The Match Before Christmas five ravens. The very next day he gave the sequel, Fanning the Flames four ravens.
Here's some of what he had to say:

Here's some of what he had to say:
Once again, Ms. Winters has nailed it, providing rich characters, true emotions, and the same humor we saw in the first book. As I read I found myself chuckling at the various comedy of errors. If I loved Barry in the first book, I fell head over heels for him in this one. He's just so sweet and caring, and just a little bit dense in a sweet sort of way. What I mean by this is he is so innocently clueless to how his actions speak so much louder than his words. It's heart-warming.

Charity Sip Benefitting the It Gets Better Project
Every year Torquere Press launches Charity Sips, benefitting a worthy cause. This year they chose the It Gets Better Project. I'm honored to participate in this effort. The guidelines for submission called for "getting better" in the story. My offering is Summer Boys, featuring a man who holds so tightly to the past that he's letting the here and now slip through his fingers.
Here's the tentative blurb:
Ferris Stuart has two missions to accomplish while on vacation on Oahu: research for a new Hawaiian Islands themed hotel and have a little fun, something he hasn't had much of since his partner died two years ago. So far he's managed to halfheartedly accomplish the first task; however, he's failing miserably at the second. That is, until a charming islander shows him both the locale and how to start living again.
Expected release is September 15.

Tentative Blurb for Galen and The Forest Lord
For those of you who've seen the cover and wondered about the story, here's the draft blurb for Galen and the Forest Lord, due out September 10 from Torquere Books:
By the time Galen Olaf-kin woke up and smelled the spiced ale, it was too late,
and he never finished the wicked deed for which he stood trial. Banished from
his home, he flees to the forest, taking nothing but the unwanted infant he's
rescued. Perhaps the legends are true and the Forest Lord will take them both
in – he's said to give sanctuary to outcasts, but none of the stories mention
the naughty, tempting things he whispers, or that he shares Galen's forbidden passions.
Lord Erik rolls his eyes at the prophecy that states when human hands deliver a babe to the forest he'll meet the mate destined to reunite forest folk with humankind. What interest has he in a child? The handsome human that brings the babe is another matter entirely, and a little thing like destiny won't stand in Erik's way of claiming the golden-haired Galen as his own. Or will it?
Sometimes prophecies are overrated, legends incomplete, and heroes not always the sharpest swords in the scabbard.

Lovely Review for The Match Before Christmas at Blackravens Reviews
Blackravens Reviews awarded The Match Before Christmas five Ravens. Reviewer Taz had this to say:
Read review here.
I may be a bit biased since Eden Winters has become one of my favorite authors, but the story Match Before Christmas did not disappoint. First off, this was not a holiday themed story as the title suggests. It's a story about a guy who wants to find a partner before Christmas.
