A brand new compilation for August
I’ve been part of short-story compilations but short-novel compilations are new to me. Still, I just *love* this cover.
‘I Married the Third Horseman’ is the first of two stories in this new book, ‘Gatekeeper and Goddess’. It begins as filmmaker Cassie Van Deene discovers that she’s married one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. In no time, Cassie’s on the run and desperate to find a way to annul the worst marriage decision in history!

Wow, was THAT fast…right on the heels of Episode 4 of Strangelets with a Side of Grilled Spam, Banty Hen is also offering the four Strangelets stories as ‘Season One’. Very cool.

Better late than never…
…I just turned in my final draft of Strangelets Episode Four to the editors of Banty Hen. Woohoo! Feels like a big weight off my chest!

Strangelets Ep 3 is Out!
Now that’s the way to kick off the month of June! The latest Episode from the Strangelets series is now up on Amazon et al. A blast to write, I’m looking forward to capping off the first Season of this series with one more episode, to come out before the July 4 holiday.

A question of Spam, Spam, Spam…
I got a kick out of a recent review of Centaur of the Crime by customer Greg311 on Amazon.com: ”I have read a lot of fantasy stories and this one ranks up with some of the best. It is well written and the story moves along well. I really enjoyed the humor injected into the story. This was especially so for the reference to one of my favorite Monty Python bits, “Spam”. “Well, it’s not got much…. in it.”
Ironically, while I know the exact part he’s referring to in the book – it’s the only joke in the book that recalls Monty Python – it’s not the ‘Spam’ sketch! As to which it is, I’m going to remain mum. Might be fun to make this part of a reader contest in the future.
