A *finished* map of Andeluvia

And for the new year, the finished map of Andeluvia!  As I work on the third novel, all I can tell you is that Dayna’s hip deep in trouble yet again.  Which, of course, is half the fun.

A rough map of Andeluvia

Just finished a new map for the world of Andeluvia…this is a rough, which will be translated into something better in a couple of months by an artist in Australia.  Figured that as I get further into the worldbuilding through the books, it’s worth putting them down where the reader can see it!

An interview with Liam, the Fayleene Prince

Prince Liam, one of the characters of my novel ‘The Deer Prince’s Murder’, sat down for a quick interview with Leiah of SoIreadThisBookToday.com!  Check out what he had to say, and the rest of Leiah Cooper’s site – and her most excellent services – by clicking on the picture below.

A royal portrait for the Deer Prince...

Thailand seems to like ‘Strangelets’

Interesting…Banty Hen just sent me a report on where my freebie Google eBooks are being downloaded. The most commonly downloaded place for my and other people’s fiction: Thailand!  And the most popular work downloaded is the short story about the Apocalypse, with a side of grilled Spam.

Not that I’m complaining, but why? Could Thailand like stories about the Apocalypse?  Or is it the Spam?

So, I Read This Book Today…

I don’t normally make recommendations to authors (aspiring and otherwise) on my blog, but I’ll make an exception from time to time.

Leiah Cooper, of ‘So, I Read This Book Today’ is an expert editor, reviewer, proofreader, and all-around amazing person.  Her rates are quite reasonable and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking to break into publishing to check her out.

Massive numbers of typos and mangled sentence structure are a sure way for lots of readers to put down your book after viewing an Amazon sample, so services of her type are always a great investment.

You can reach her at her site: soireadthisbooktoday.com by clicking on the picture bar below.

Griffins galore!

All right! I beat my darned book outline into submission today. So book #3 in the Centaur of the Crime series to set sail starting first week in August. Working Title: GRAND THEFT GRIFFIN!

Check out the work-in-progress detail of the cover. Based on the artists’ prior work, this should be glorious…

Whoo, this one was a struggle, but I hope you all like it! Kudos to the amazing artist Annah Wooten-Pineles who did the magnificent cover! Be sure to check it out on Amazon by clicking on the cover image below.
